Esseite: Birth rate should be massively controlled or massive shift to manufacturing, especially in third world countries. Nigeria is heading for the rocks if we dont make a change..
I dont want to sound like an doomsayer, but a world war maybe looming and only a massive depopulation of the world would balance out life. Maybe the reason for the (covid 19)...
Before the advent of AI(Artificial intelligence), countries must go to lesser countries to setup factories and companies to earn more while employing, developing and training the lesser countries in return.. (The Manufacturing era 1980 to 2000)
With the Advent of technology, they no longer need to come down, develop and train... they can earn and drain your forex directly with a single app. (App development 2000 till date), seeing that these lesser countries are no longer beneficial, borders would be closed and point based immigration would be employed to seive out those who can help it. (US, Canada, UK, Australia)
Verdict:... resources of developing nations would be drained so bad with very serious unemployment using introduced technology from developed worlds leading to major crisis (terrorism, insecurity, anarchy), they would run into massive debt (Africa, india, Sri Lanka, venezuela) to an eventual take over, there would be serious revolt from developing nations due to the renewed slave mentality from developed nations (china / American domination and racism on blacks) that would trigger a world war which would massively reduce population to bring about a balance again, or a pandemic to wipe off quarter of the human race... Why I might not totally agree with everything you said, I like the way you wee able to articulate your thoughts. You are clearly an intellectual mind. |

Farki: My sister is grown up so why would I do that? When we were young kids it happened, mom did it to everyone. The issue now is that everyone thinks because you're kissing a kid then you absolutely must be sexually abusing the kid. That's what people with perverted minds will be thinking, but only if a guy is involved women can do whatever they want and won't be arrested for it.
Later in 10 years time when fathers don't even touch their children feminists will be calling men 'emotionless' and blaming it on 'toxic masculinity'.

trutht828: You are the one sounding like you have a leaky brain. You can't dress like a dog and expect to be treated as human. You should dress how you want to be addressed. You see...I typically don't dignify uncouth and morally bankrupt people like you by engaging in an online repartee. However, I'll just point out to you again that if you think a lady's dressing to a night club or anywhere for that matter, is a justifiable reason for YOU to rape or defile her in any way (whether physically or verbally) then you need to quickly sign yourself up for therapy. Folks like you lend credence to the idea that humanity is a failed species. Cheers! |
Crime › Re: Peruzzi's Old Tweets About Rape Emerge Online by Bamibor: 9:03pm On Jun 03, 2020 |
trutht828: Show me pictures of men wearing boxers on the street. Oga, you are beginning to sound like a halfwit. Even if a girl dresses semi nude, it doesnot give you permission to her body. Many of you are simply consumed by savage lust and simply seek out stupid justifications for your depravity. Outside the country, people go semi nude (and even nude in certain places) to hang out at beachside during summer, yet no one sees that as a justification to rape. Peruzzi's posts are reprehensible and outrightly contemptible. In saner climes, he would currently be struggling to remain signed to record label or keep hold of any endorsements he might have. To think that he still has enough effrontery to engage in public tirades on social media rather than, in the very least, apologise for his unguarded comments in those tweets, simply reveals the shallowness of his person in terms of having a moral compass. He is a talented artist no doubt but with such character flaws as are being revealed, his genius becomes like gold hung around a pig's snout. |

Lekan239: I already have my OND in mechanical engineering, and I'm currently in HND1 but there's no clue on how I could get enough money to pay the remaining bills before exam. Sometimes I still thank God for bringing this corona virus at the right time, if not for the virus exam would have began and I would officially have been a dropout again. Either way I'm always looking forward to what life throws at me. And I'm already planning of the way forward if I eventually dropout. But all I know is that either now or later I will surely complete my education On your mom's present situation, a couple of people have already shared similar advice to what I would have told you. Bottom line is she has to leave that environment. For your education, if you presently cannot foot the Bill's for your HND, I would advise you to get into ICT, skills like computer programming, Linux Engineer or Administrator, AWS etc are "hot cakes". You can learn these on DIY basis by taking advantage of a site like Udemy and watching YouTube videos. When you have garnered enough skills and saved up some money, you can take relevant certifications and set a path for yourself towards a magnificent future. All the best to you, your mom and siblings. Cheers! |

Bluffly: But they've been using the word merger more The choice of words is deliberate to avoid stoking panic in the polity. The banking industry is the backbone of the economy any sense of panic created will have a ripple effect. |
Business › Re: First Bank Confirms Merger, Acquisition Talks With Heritage And Polaris Banks by Bamibor: 8:41am On Mar 14, 2020 |
Bluffly: They should be specific if it is merger or acquisition. I think it is Merger with FBN having the higher stake and being the unbrella It can't be merger because Polaris for example is currently owned by AMCON and CBN has been looking for a buyer since last year. Heritage bank's numbers don't also look very good. |

BULLIONVAN4: Nope! it was announced yesterday via our fbn whatsapp group(anambra chapter), then it became the talk of the day at the office. You did not get his comments. He's simply trying to debunk the inferred idea that FBN is getting into a merger because it needs saving whereas it is actually the one doing the saving by coming to the rescue of the two apparently distressed banks. |

Abayhormy: Don't mind how the press is painting it. Polaris and Heritage failed the stress test by CBN, and CBN have opened them up to be acquired by a capable bank, which Firstbank is. Firstbank however have not yet concluded on buying them. But the press wants to make quick gains on this, considering the popularity of Firstbank. Facts stated. And as a matter of fact, more acquisitions are in the pipeline as several banks have very weak backbone ( capital adequacy ratio et al). |

serendipityF: For those of you saying mega acquisition. No that's not the case, they are merging not like first bank is acquiring them the way access bank acquired diamond bank oo. First bank is not all that powerful People just talk out of assumptions, so FBN with over 5trn in assets and No 2 in total deposit base is not that strong. Try to study a little before you talk so you don't sound too shallow. |

I believe this is the best time for all stakeholders in the state to come together to forestall any further break down of law and order. People had been patient enough for Dickson to go. But now that the law has acted otherwise, the elders must save the state putting politics aside.
The tension in the state currently is very high. The Governor and every other stakeholders must act.
I advise the new Governor visit Goodluck Jonathan, Timipre Sylva, and even David Lyon to immediately relive the state of every possible breakdown of law and order. And also to prepare him a smooth and peaceful governance of his new administration.
God bless Bayelsa state. Very well said. |

Jimi24: Militants killed and wounded my colleagues. Live. I saw it. Their blood was pouring on me. I witnessed many kidnappings - as in shoot police personnel dead to kidnap oyinbo people or rich business men. I have personally seen or heard first hand many killings, kidnappings and rapes. However all does not bother me as much as much as the way Niger Delta people tell lies or go into denial about the crimes they committed against each other during that period. It means you guys are cowards and again..many of them are my friends. Please STOP doing this because God hates it. Blood was shed violently and ironically almost no northerner died in it. So it was fracticide because of oil money. Confess your sibs and ask.for Gods mercy.
Anyway, the same way Nigeria rehabilitated Niger Delta militants is the same way we will rehabilitate Boko Haram. They are Nigerians too. Misguided terrorists yes but still Nigerians. They want to break up and form their own caliphate. We wont allow that. We would rather kill all of them first before we allow any theocratic self governing entity in the North East of Nigeria.
They have been killing their own people just like Niger Delta militants were doing. No difference. I wont dignify you with a response, more than one sentence long: just witless. |

The daylight abduction of Sowore inside the courtroom today is an act of tyranny and I join all Nigerians to condemn the barbaric act. There is no justification whatsoever for the evil act that was perpetrated by DSS today.
Buhari should immediately order the release of Sowore and apologize to Nigerians for desecrating the temple of justice. Whether they are sycophants, drunk or mentally challenged is of no consequence, the fact that Buhari still has people supporting him in Nigeria today and people still ready to carry out the kind of unimaginable protest, calling for the re-arrest of Sowore, despite a valid court order for his release, shows you the abyss Nigeria has sunk.
