No one can predict IRCC when it comes to timeline for application. Some people can get a decision within a month and some may take 8 months or more. I can say it's all about luck depending on the VO handling your application.
Ok but actually my question is that is it possible? Do they usually give PPR up to 2 months to resumption date? Or it’s usually some days or couple of weeks to the resumption date. As a lot of pple here got theirs this week nd January is resumption. Did anyone get PPR October or November for a January resumption is my exact question.

Yes they don't require initial deposit. But you can still make payment if you have the fund and wish to do so. They refund you back your full money incase of anything.

It's not a requirement for study permit application. A lot people didn't include it also in their application including me.
Ok thanks. Pls I have another question I actually want to apply and intend to go with my wife. Do they issue PPR up to 2 months before resumption? Because most pple I’m seeing that got theirs this December are for January intake. I’m working on some other things so when God do the Visa successfully (my prayers) is it possible it comes much more earlier before resumption date or it’s always the month before resumption??

Unlike PR applications, temporary resident applications are based on the discretion of the VO handling your applications. As a result, expect different answers to your question.
If you can connect the program, school and your ambition, you should have no issue, especially if the school is a DLI and the program is PGWP-eligible. For example, you can say that the college is a small school with a small class size which makes it even easier to have a closer learning interaction with the instructors. You can go further to discuss the method of learning the college uses in Project Management and that it is your best method. Vos likes to know that you have done your research.

What I can say regarding the information you received is that if proof of funds barely meets the requirement (considering the low tuition fee), and you have chosen an affordable school, it could raise the issue of the ability to cover the cost of study without working in Canada. So, it is not because of the school per se but how the VO views your intentions for choosing the school. Show you are financially capable, and the school will not be an issue. There are many Nigerian studying at Holland College, and I have helped many with their application.

There are lots of affordable Project Management in Ontario. Could you share why you don’t want to go to Ontario? Maybe the information you have regarding Ontario and your ambition is incorrect. Let me know if you want to apply to other schools outside Ontario for Project Management, but the tuition fee will not be as affordable
Hello pls I need your assistance I want to secure admission and apply for my study visa

Time To Break My Silence.

Each time I try to keep silence my conscience won't let me be,just as I recall one that the man in me dies when I keep mute in the place of oppression.

Yes I used the word oppression here to justify the suffix on the unjust rustication of a 200L student of the prestigious university of Abuja my alma-mater by the disciplinary panel of the institution because he mobilised students for the peaceful NLC protest over the sudden increment of fuel pump price.

Peaceful protest is not a crime in any sane society and why would that of Ameh Destiny be different?

The likes of Late Obafemi Awolowo And Nnamdi Azikiwe Zik of Africa fought and protested for the liberation and emancipation of this nation and Africa students during the colonial era.

Segun Okeowo of this world also fought and led many struggle for the emancipation and liberation from the shackles of the oppressor.

I therefore call on civil society, human rights activist, union leaders both present and past, the leadership of National Association of Nigeria students national body led by Comrade Aruna Kadiri Nans Jcc Fct Axis led by Comrade Abubakar Yahaya M and other concerned comrades to rise and come to the rescue of this young man.
