Same here, I applied on the 7th of December, No response. My flight date is in few days time. Usually, they should still issue your visa irrespective. I have had similar situations with other countries such as UK before. U do not need to do anything, They will still issue your visa if it’s approved even though your travel date has passed.

Please I am from the UK visa thread. I need an advise because very soon I will be filling my online uk study visa application. I was denied b1/b2 visa twice in 2014 and once in 2015. Currently I can't find those refusal papers, but I can only remember that I have collected both blue and white papers. Which either colour is twice I can't recollect.
I was also denied canadian study visa in 2017 and I have the refusal paper in my possession, which states TRAVEL HISTORY and PURPOSE OF VISIT, even though I have been to UAE and KENYA.
Please gurus in the house, I am prepared to declare both countries. But how can I explain the 3 b1/b2 US VISA REFUSAL when filling "WHY" I was refused.

just write it that you were denied a b1/b2 US visa under section 214B, I have been there before and my UK visiting visa was approved.

I’m in the same shoes, I did biometrics on September 8, if I had known it would take dis long, I would have paid for priority, Now I need my passport to attend an appointment next month, if not , I would loose a lot. I hope I get my passport back before then. I have sent another paid email to them anyway

Hello, has anyone recently gotten a decision on his/her application within the stated 15 working days / 3 weeks. Is it just me or everyone coz It seems like the standard visit application is taking approximately 2 months now to process.

same here, I was also rejected that same day by the black woman, It was a bloody rejection day. But i guess u should give it time, new dates for July should pop up. That Lagos embassy looks very bloody, so I guess I will give Abuja a try if possible

Sir, if you read the message sent you will discovered that it was being generalized. No name was mentioned, no department just to come with our original credentials and photocopy.

A friend of mine only fill the first & second page of the application when we were filling the form without uploading any document and he was also call for the interview.

u guys should have hinted us about this before the date, the fact that people without an invite were allow to write d exam means no names were shortlisted, we all know how bleeped up our system is, me self for show even during the application.

Thats grace bro, i think you have a chance since u have been invited, just go with all hard copies the necessary documents. We were complete everything, over upload self never see anything. Its just grace at work for you.

Wow �, almost there, so close �, but You can only get a maximum of 10 points with this score, considering the fact that your reading score is not up to 79. If you are still keen on getting the 20 points for your application, you need to take the exam again and get atleast 79 in all section. Good luck

I just received my PTE result exactly after 2weeks, but my result is very funny, i managed to score 88 in Oral fluency but 10 in pronunciation, then got a total score of 59 in speaking, they actually delayed my result for 2weeks without an explanation, i guess they might have tampered with my result

Actually she is right, if your papa or mama no get money to sponsor you, please dont come here, go to other better countries where u can study and work, malaysia will question all your moral and ethical beliefs and u might get yourself into doing things you dont wanna do if your funds is not coming from Nigeria, alot of people are already stock in this, and i hate to see people with poor backgrounds are still coming into Malaysia with High hopes, that is the main reason why we have a bad name in malaysia, 90% of this news u read about nigerians in malaysia are bad news, because people get stocked here so they just do whatever to survive and make money but if your family is rich enough to fully sponsor both you tuition and living fee, then malaysia is good for you. Just that you have 0-10% chance of getting a job after you complete your education, i just complete my masters in UPM with a distinction , i have applied to apply to over 100 companies and institutions, only 4 called me for interview, all are rubbish, out of the 4 one is a scam, the other 2 are recruiting companies , the last one just wanna use and dump u, so u need to think twice

after getting your val, the other expenses are minor if you have all your documents intact and ready.
For Visa processing the last information i got was that the application was increased from 1k to 10k, apart from that, others are minor expenses like Yellow card, printing, photocopies etc, another main expenses is staying in abuja till u get ur visa, if you dont have someone to stay with, then you have to rent a hotel, transportation, feeding, if you have someone to stay with during your visa processing in abuja, i think 100k will be more than enough

Open a domiciliary Account, fund with dollar and transfer to the school account, very simple or someone in malaysia can pay the money into the school account for you and send you the receipt, then you pay the equivalent in naira to his account.

1st a public university would advise you not to pay because there are some registration steps you have to pass before you pay the tuition fee and its not advisable because some schools dont refund tuition fee irrespective of the circumstances, you need to check the school policy on tuition fee refund before you make any payment and the last time i checked school fee payment was not part of the requirements to get NDLEA certificate, i think the man is just trying to complicated the requirements for him. But if know someone here and you wanna make the payment the easiest and the cheapest way is to send the naira equivalent to someone you trust here and they will change it to ringgit for you and can pay it here and send you the receipt, there are many people that change naira to ringgit here. But i don think it's necessary to pay the tuition fee except the school ask for it.

Yes, the tuition fee is $3300. Though you will pay the equivalent in ringgit. You don't need to have all the money with you. Just have enough for the first semester tuition, personal bond, accommodation and medicals. The fees for the first semester depends on the credit load which you will offer. Is it coursework or research?
Cost of living in penang is quite high because it is a tourist attraction and highly industrialized. The cheapest condo is 1000 ringgit a month. People usually combine to rent one. 1 ringgit is between 90 and 100 naira in the black market.
To process the VAL is about 1700 ringgit. You should start early by uploading your documents.
Finally, the environment is friendly. Though crowded because it is a small island, you can enjoy your time here while achieving your educational pursuit.
