Sermmie:sorry I have been off since. Great to hear that. Feel free to always ask me anything you want here on nairaland and I will answer to the best of my knowledge. |
Karleb:you are right. And you have to qualify for the jobs to get it. |
Citygal:It depends on the number of courses you register for. German educational system is very flexible. Everything totally depends on you. You can decide to do 7 courses if you don't want to work much, you can also decide to be taking it slowly like I do while making money and improving your language. I registered for only one-course last semester and took a full-time job together with another side job sef because I needed to raise millions for a project in Nigeria which I have done by 60%, this coming semester, I plan to register for 2 courses to finalize the project. If you register for many courses, then you have to reduce your work to pass the courses very well because education here is tough. One lecture usually lasts 40-60mins a day, and you might be having it like two times a week depending on the nature of the course, then multiply it by number of courses you register for. |
MejiLoyon:Will you shut your smelly mouth? will you? |
Make sure you deal with him mercilessly by reporting him to the police. Such a beast needs to pay for his evil deed. I am sure someone like that will always condemn masturbation but will go about raping people and committing crimes. Report him to the police and make sure he pays for this. |
Honestly, I give it to those students in Germany that start another MSc after finishing one. It is indeed not easy to do an MSc here in Germany let alone doing TWO. It is brain tasking especially if you are in science-related courses. Their Maths no be here ![]() |
advanceDNA:I hope so |
sapphiere:Not actually reacting to this particular post but based on your previous posts, I think with the way you are going, you might find it hard to stay in a marriage if you don't amend your mentality and ways on time. Your own feminism is abnormal and risky. That is not feminism, that's gender inequality and bias joined together. Ask older single ladies who toed your path how it ended for them. I suspect you are still young and might not really understand what I am saying now until you are in your thirties or forties. I wish you the best anyway |

My own situation is totally different honestly. Masturbating or not masturbating has nothing to do with success or money-making, but don't overdo it to avoid being fatigue (loss of energy). As someone who hardly has time for girls because of my work and studies, I use masturbation not only for sexual relief but also as a sleeping pill . I noticed that after masturbating and having a warm bath, my body becomes relaxed and I could sleep like a baby without sexual thought or wet sleep at night, and whenever my alarm rings, I wake up like a lion. I don't do it every day. Maybe once or twice a week, but believe me it is not affecting me by any means and it is perfectly normal, no time wastage chasing girls and writing love letters, no time wastage asking have you eaten, no money wasted on gifts etc. Right now, having a girlfriend for me is time-consuming, I will still have but it is not currently possible unless the girl will understand me and don't expect me to spend much time with her because honestly, I don't have time. My idea is this, don't overdo it, especially if your work demands energy. Believe me, there is absolutely nothing wrong with masturbation, some doctors even recommend it. Instead of raping girls or sleeping indiscriminately with every girl around you, why not relieve yourself and be alright without causing harm to anyone and without committing any crime? We Africans spiritualize everything. |
Paperworka:Firstly, it is not your friend, it is YOU. You are asking for yourself, not for any friend. Secondly, I will advise you to use private health insurance since you are above 30yrs old unless you are suffering from any severe sickness or having any health challenge that regularly requires a medical doctor then you can use public and protect yourself more. You will save a lot of money when you use private insurance as a student above 30yrs. As a student, you will save about 1million naira or even more within just one year if you use private health insurance instead of public health insurance when you are above 30yrs. Then after you graduate and get a job, you can now switch to public health insurance under the employee option. private is about 30 Euro per Month while public is 200 Euro per month for those above 30yrs. 30 x 12 = 360 Euros 200 x 12 = 2400 Euros 2400 - 360 = 2040 2040 Euro difference. So in summary, using public health insurance at 30yrs+ as a student is very expensive and I won't advise that especially if the person is young, vibrant, and healthy like most Nigerian students I have seen. |
Paperworka:I just researched about it. TK is above 105 for those that are above 30yrs. You can read more about health insurance here https://www.reddit.com/r/germany/wiki/health_insurance Because I work with a company that pays my insurance, I don't have to pay that even when I reach 30 provided the contract still runs. |
Paperworka: It's really much o o o, let the person use TK na. I was paying 105 with TK before my company took over. Though I am still less than 30 |
PropertyVendor:Price increased? I thought it was lower before |
OlujobaSamuel:Please where is that? Location please |
psucc:Greedy people. What's the latest price now? |
Keep the updates coming. Many people are following in the background |
OlujobaSamuel:To what price? |
daambassador:Maybe after reading my signature ![]() |
Lol, this category A stuff reminded me of our time in 2019. The bulshit actually started from our set (winter 2019) . I booked under category B but there was no invitation letter from the embassy for 2months ,others that booked under category A all got dates. Actually during our time, second class upper could book under category A but there was a space to tick you have scholarship. I have second class upper but I didn't have scholarship, so it was very confusing for applicants. We were all afraid to choose category A because of that scholarship stuff, we thought it could be used to send us back. After waiting for more weeks, I vex canceled my booking and rebooked under category A and even ticked that I had a scholarship while I didn't. I got a date within one week and went for my interview. I was prepared for the worst, I told myself, even if they send me back, e better than all these unending waiting. I also came late that day due to traffic at Victoria Island and was the last person to be allowed in by Paulinus, may God bless that man for me. When I entered the interview hall, I was trembling because I thought I would be sent back for booking under category A, the man just demanded for my documents and gave me something to fill, Like play like play, interview started o o o o o. After the interview, I quickly walked out of the embassy ignoring those guys asking for money before them go remember say na category A I book under. 4 weeks after my interview, I got the German visa a.k.a Visum. One of my guys after hearing that I scaled through the interview stage also canceled his own application and rebooked under category A but was bounced back and was not interviewed for choosing wrong category, that was when I knew that German waka na per head. I wish you guys the best in your application. German is indeed a very good country to study and make money even as a student but be prepared to work very hard for everything you get. It's a country that does not condone laziness. |
promise2:Yeah, I agree with you but body differs. Perhaps you are a lady. Secondly, you can be rubbing some pain relieving creams everyday you work nd also be eating good food, enough water, milk, pepper soup and be sleeping well, it helps reduce all these and reset your body system Honestly I feel pain because I work over 160 hrs every month but whenever I remember the monthly salary, I forget the pain and continue because the money is indeed exciting (night job is the best because it pays more and also give you the opportunity to attend all your lectures ) I am not going to work like this forever, I have a plan that's why my priority now is to enter into IT field, I already have my plans drawn. |
promise2:If I get you clearly, you mean after the two years expires, you are expected to go back to Nigeria? If that is the case, I think it's not for me because going back to bse in Nigeria now is not in my options at all. If I must leave Germany then that should be to live permanently in another western country or where the option of leaving permanently is higher. |
CptWalter:Exactly my plan. Because if you go to a new country, you also start from scratch, maybe another masters etc and your permanent residence is not assured unless you go to Canada which is more flexible. For me, the essence of leaving Nigeria is to have a permanent residence of a country with a working system where I can make money and have rest of mind. So even if you don't like Germany, get your papers and then leave for the country you like instead of going there to start afresh. Well everyone has their own plan |

Mysticwebb:HahahhaHHhahaahhaaha. Nigerians really make me happy honestly. Very comic people |
soundOsonic:Nice. |
tensazangetsu20:I totally agreed with you, but this is a different case and that is a case of mismanagement of resources. In terms of wealth, we get wealth but the management of wealth is our problem. |
soundOsonic:GDP per capital of Luxembourg is almost double that of the USA. Luxembourg has over $100,000 GDP per capital and they are not even the first. In fact, the USA might not even be among the top 10 countries in the world when you talk of GDP per capital. Simple research will tell you about this. |
soundOsonic:hahahhahhahhahahaahhha .Oga you dey fall my hands seriously. |
soundOsonic:There is absolutely nothing to read bro. I know about GDP per capital a long time ago. I ask you again why the USA is referred to as the world power and the world's best economy if GDP is as useless as you claim? |
soundOsonic:Lol, if GDP is useless as you claim, why is the USA world power? Why are they referred to as the richest country in the world and the best economy? |
