Education / Re: First Year Semester GPA Of 0.2, I Need A First Class. Am on Verge Of Giving Up. by Basalt(m): 7:01pm On Jan 17 |
Amakababe: Well, I understand your worries. We were all there before. We all hoped for first class then until second year results were released then we started praying to even graduate sef. To cut the story short, you can't make first class with such start It will even take a lot of work from you to even make 2nd class upper. I know you might not understand what I am saying but things will become clearer if you manage to stay in the course until 400 level. But just remove first class from your dictionary for now, it's not for you. Aim at 2nd class upper backed up with extremely serious work, otherwise you might not even get 2.1 if you continue like this. This is just the hard truth. |

LilMissFavvy: Lol, as you believe in giving 10% of your monthly hard earned money to your pastor who is by far richer and well connected than you, another brainwashed individual also believe in giving their entire January salary to their pastors in other to have a successful year. So there is no difference here. Both of you are still in the same manipulated and brainwashed boat. All these are the product of religious manipulation and brainwashing which will probably be removed when one travels and lives in a developed society and see how things work. The gullibility of Nigerians have made politics and religion the two most legal ways of making money in the country 5 Likes 2 Shares |
Politics / Re: FG, TUC Meeting On Fuel Subsidy Removal Ends In Deadlock by Basalt(m): 12:30pm On Jun 05, 2023 |
Acidosis: The question is was it sufficiently implemented? Increasing the minimum wage is not the problem but implementation both in the government and private sector |
Politics / Re: FG, TUC Meeting On Fuel Subsidy Removal Ends In Deadlock by Basalt(m): 8:20am On Jun 05, 2023 |
Acidosis: Very simple. Increase the price of your product. In Germany, when minimum wage is increased, even the private sectors must comply with the new increment or face the heavy wrath of the government. |

Nice2023: Omo, wetin carry your brothers enter building discussion? We dey talk about building costs, and I gave my own little advice based on my own personal experience, vuum, you carry your bitterness come dey quote me dey say dey open office for my head without knowing the details of the building in question and the extent the construction has reached. As if that is not enough, you started shocking me and announcing publicly that two of your brothers are medical doctors and well accomplished. What has your brothers being medical doctors got to do with the topic at hand? |

Nice2023: I can see your pains right now You are simply envious and bitter . I can bet that you didn't even calm down to read all I wrote but was carried away by envy and bitterness. Probably you are ignorant of the current price of building materials olodo. Go inside the market and price rods and cement and check the prices of trucks of sands before talking below the current market price or better still focus on your area of life and stop talking trash about what you dont know 1 Like 2 Shares |

Nice2023: A typical Nigerian is always like that, I wont blame you. In life don't be fast to make a conclusion on something you don't know until you see details which includes the design, the size, the quality of materials used etc. These things are very important before jumping into conclusion. But irrespective of the design, it is extremely hard to build and complete a duplex with less than 35million naira right now. Including railings, tiles, glass windows and protectors, doors, plumbing pipings, electricals, POP etc. I am just telling you the truth |
Properties / Re: Can 10M Naira complete a housing project(land Inclusive)? by Basalt(m): 1:13pm On Apr 14, 2023 |
like1: How much do you think is enough to build a duplex even in the cheapest part of Nigeria? Ask any person that built a duplex recently or any honest Engineer you know (though most engineers will reduce the price for you in order to get the contract) Also check the current price of building materials in any location in Nigeria. |
