As for the Foriegn student thingy, sorry mate, you can not expect someone to spend close to £35,000 in tution and not reclaim some of that investment back from the economy. Afterall, for every ONE foriegner in a UK, TWO home students are being paid to stay in the University by him!

There are always jobs - just depends on how picky you are. Register with the agencies on the high street - Adecco etc. You will definitely get something part-time, maybe kitchen assistant, cleaning (no-interview/start next day). Then you are can start looking for something better
