Family › Re: How Can I Managed My Anger With My Wife. by Basseybruce: 11:38am On May 26, 2024 |
Paramount01: I am very temperamental, I stayed together with my wife and my 1year old baby with a neighbour in the next compound where we share a fence,my wife always piss me off most times by not obeying or listen to what I say,if I tell my wife something now that I don't like , she might listen for a moment but with a short period of time you see my wife doing what I don't like again,I am tired
Don't serve me food without cloths to wash my hand after eating ,it is very disgusting to me using my hands to clean my head or chair after a meal, she will obey for some days but change within a few days to her normal ways
Don't take my baby anywhere without you pre-informing me before going, my wife will not listen, I have talked and talked.
Prepare to cook, not just enter kitchen and join anything you see together and say I should manage it,I provide all what that Is necessary for the cooking,I gave her money for soup at the begining of the months so that I wouldn't hear ,no money to buy this, just imagined,I have been eating food without salt for almost a month now,I don't want to confront hwr because I just assumed salt just finish until yesterday I still saw my food without salt ,asked her ," you no dey use salt cooked again ni or they warn you not to use salt in food again, but my wife said she forgot for more than a week,I can't confidently tell my colleague to test my food until I test it becaue I don't know if Maggie or too much pepe is inside, not that she don't know how to cook, but she don't use to be prepared to cook, anything she finds at home just join it together and take.
I just observed the only time my wife listened to corrections was when we had issues that the second neighbor would hear due to the fence we shared.
Pls how can I correct her without my neighbour hearing our arguments Cool down man, that's how most of them are when they are nursing baby, she will change soon. Encourage her too. Speak to her gently not rudely. Thanks |

To you, you have forgiven her but to her, it's a stepping pad to do more hence she won't take you seriously. Don't say you weren't told. She had left you psychologically. Iykegodslove: Good day everyone!! I am emotionally shattered as I type this message. I have been suspecting my wife for years now but no concrete evidence to confront her.
There is a boss of my mine who happens to be our family friend. Each time he calls my wife, she deletes the call history immediately. This has been happening for years but I keep quite because i love my wife and my children so much.
Of recent, i decided to know what is happening by hacking her call with him. Lo and behold, they are into deep relationship that my wife calls him baby. Infact, sleep has gone out of my eyes and am thinking of how to deal with the situation.
It should be noted that i am not working under the man in question only that we are church members and he has rendered countless of help to me. I am wondering what puts my wife into this mess. I am graduate but i decided not to work for anybody but to focus on my farming. I am doing well financially bcs i can boost of 500k or more every month. We are not lacking anything at all.
Please house ignore my typo and help with good advice.
Note: i dnt want to divorce my wife and am ready to forgive her bcs she has been of great help to my success and moreover, i love my family very well. What should i do to stop them? Good morning br, I am saddened by ur situation, not a palatable thing though but as it is now, I won't advise you to take this lightly, God forbid, it may lead to what you don't expect, someone befriending ur wife can never look at you with good eyes oo... PDJT: -So this man is from Ikere Ekiti? That place is an epitome of poverty. When I last went there, the only storey building was a mud-house built by a photographer from Benin.
-Yoruber people should stop abandoning their villages. What I saw there was an eyesore. No toilets in most of the "houses". School self mchew! That's the private stadium commissioned there last week. Let me shock you, the one and only Femi Falana is from Ekiti too, guess what, He's from Ilawe Ekiti, not even close to Ikere in civilization. When you are not sure of something, don't always put it in the public domain for consumption.

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: I've Just Been Employed As A Teacher, What Should I Do Next? by Basseybruce: 2:12pm On Aug 29, 2023 |
TrustNone: Hello guys, I graduated earlier this year but couldn't serve as I wasn't eligible for NYSC as I was above 30 years of age when I graduated.
Coming back to Port Harcourt, I applied as a Subject Teacher in several schools, went through several interviews and made it, after going through their salary rates, I had to go for the highest bidder which is 40k and I'll be Teaching two subjects..
Now the thing is, I lied heavily that I'm a experienced Teacher during the interview and added imaginary and non existent schools to my CV, what made me scaled through the interview here was that I researched and also went through several threads and noted down all what could possibly be asked and I also obtained lesson notes and lesson plan samples from one lessonnotes moniker, researched, practiced, found a topic and revised and scaled through the micro teaching, the next day I was offered the job.
Now schools would be resuming two weeks from now and I don't need to fumble, guys please any insight on what is expected of me as teacher?
How often should I give assignments? Where do I get the syllabus and textbooks? How often should I teach a topic, should it be one week per topic? Any other thing I need to know? Your inputs would be so highly welcomed. as per the experience stuff, don't bother yourself, just dress up, look nice and head to your new place of work feeling optimistic... They will be the one to administer class for you, give you textbooks, give you the curriculum for the class and other statutory documents... Be prepared and read ahead of the learners... There's nothing much. Giving you all these from experience. Education Officer from Ekiti State reporting... Thumbs up. |

Family › Re: Help! My Wife Doesn't Want To See My Best Friend In Our Apartment Again by Basseybruce: 12:11pm On Sep 10, 2022 |
Domipraiz: Good evening to you all. I don't know if this is the right place to drop this.
Am a married man. I lived in the same compound with my best friend sister. We Just moved into the neighborhood not too long (11 months ago). My friend's sister is also married with kids.
Let me go straight to the point, ever since we moved into the compound this woman has been disturbing my wife with gossip. She's a full house wife while my wife is running a M.sc programme but due to ASUU strike, she has being at home. This woman will come to my wife and talk bad things about everyone living in the neighborhood including those living in our compound. Most funny thing about her is that once she leave our apartment, she's moving into the next apartment.
My wife and I have studied her very well that most time we try to avoid, ignore or resist her from coming to our house but to no avail. Not that I can't warn her to stop coming but am trying to avoid issues that will arise between me and my friend and also her husband.
She was keeping malice with another woman (Mrs Adelaku) in our compound because the woman ignored her totally as a result of her gossip.
Last two weeks Mrs Adelaku came to our apartment to invite my wife to her brother's wedding and as a result of that she thinks my wife is getting closer to that woman.
Yesterday she came to our house and confronted my wife of gossiping with the other woman (Mrs Adelaku) about her. That when neighbors are trying to settle issues between her and Mrs Adelaku that she quoted my wife. She accused my wife of telling Mrs Adelaku everything she has being telling her. And also tell my wife not to confront Mrs Adelaku.
But my wife went to Mrs Adelaku that same day to confront her but she swear with the bible and everything she has that she never tell her anything related to that. That perphers she and my wife are not a gist partner if not for the wedding invitation that she brought.
With anger, my wife went back to this woman (my friend sister) and tell her what the woman said. She later apologies to my wife that it was a trick. That she just wants to know their discussing that when she came with the wedding I.V she discovered that the woman (Mrs Adelaku) stayed a little bit longer in our apartment.
Ever since my wife has developed so much hatred for her/ her husband and even my friend that she doesn't want to see anyone of them again in our apartment.
Am so sorry for the long story, am not to good in this. Kindly bear with me.
What can I do in this situation? Matured mind please, thanks. hey, this is the time for you to act like a man... Man up and handle the situation. Serve everyone what they deserve and I fervently believe you know this... |

I can relate with you Sis, you are trying to protect your said brother from the delicate claws of this harsh economy. You are perfectly understandable. Be that as it may, you should also take cognizance of the fact that he is the one that would be directly involved in this, hence, the need to stay aloof after rendering your sisterly advice and also assist him in prayers. I think with all these, you have fulfilled your duties as a loving sister that you are.... In other words, don't try to place a lady on him. You are a sweet Sis. |
