This deranged boy as you called him, is typical and the norm of what you would expect across the board in UK. And pray tell how can you defend yourself, even mere restraining that child will leave fingermarks on him which will get your a.r.s.e in jail.

Well newsflash, Uk does, so welcome to our World, where sex education including teaching children it is right to have gay tendencies starts from age 5, yes sex education commences from age five, now go figure the level of rot in such society.

well what's wrong if a child has gay tendencies? you gonna whoop the gay out of him?  I don't see what sex education has to do with the rot in society.

and what got you UK folks cranky, is it the tea and crumpets.

we bussing our guns over here and you sissies are complaining about bread knife crime  cheesy

on a serious note - your friends son needs anger management and therapy before its too late

Kids with Bad character are seriously scolded by the entire society. In this case i mean such kids will be avoided by either their mates and/or their parents.
Most of what we see as bad character in Nigeria is nothing compared to kniving, violence or outright murder going on in these "civilised" world.

i wonder where those agberos came from. must be niger republic

Bamo, learn to compare like for like, this ain't about university levels or college levels, but kids age 7-18 in UK and their poor quality of life that is cheaper than pure water, dissaffected youth with hardly any sense of direction. Kids for whom the way out is getting pregnant to get council flats or dabbling into drugs to make a fast buck or getting featured on x-factor Undecided  Kids engaging in postcode (zipcode) turf war - you get killed for tresspassing Undecided N.E.E.T with N.F.A'S Undecided

nigerian secondary schools have rivalries too.   trust me, i lived around secondary schools (ijesha boys, sanya grammar school, ayo ni o). it wasn't uncommon for those kids to get into fights.

teen violence happens anywhere,  what the participants typically have in common are parental neglect and impoverished backgrounds.

Is this what i was talking about, all this bleudy liberals sef, mschew angry We are saying "Your child can tell you to shut up and Zap. off without fear of repercussion, i have got a Greek friend whose 6-footer 14 year old punches him and beats him up without the Dad retaliating because he can't as well as because he does now want to grass on his own flesh, and you are here talking tripe undecided These children will categorically tell you they know their rights and will call Social Services and the Cops even before you hit them, yet they will hit you without compulsion.

I know you are a staunch advocate of its my body bigade, but deep down, is it right for your child's school backed by legislation to be able to arrange for your 10 year old to have an abortion without telling the parents because it is the child's right undecided  What a sick society that is undecided

Its not liberalism's fault your greek friend has a deranged kid.  I don't think social services says a parent can't defend themselves from their wild feral son.  demonic kids like that are the exception and not the norm.

since when did schools arrange abortions?  a 10 year old shouldn't even be having sex.  i heard of 16/17 year olds being able to get plan B but 10 year olds having abortions is unheard of.

They have a way of defending every thing.

Where in Nigeria do youngsters kill themselves like in the UK?

the same nigeria where crimes go unreported? the same Nigeria were secondary/grammar schools have rivalries. group fights between secondary schools are common in Nigeria.

turning this thread into an home-based nigerians vs nigerians in diaspora is pretty pathetic.
Crime / Re: Another Nigerian Kid Shot Dead - London No Place To Raise Your Children ? by bawomolo(m): 3:13am On Oct 25, 2010
Great Britain failed him, and those who died ahead of him, children have so many rights yet not a single responsibility, you are not allowed to discipline your child for fear the child would report you to the authority. Teachers are not allowed to touch them, the Police aren't, hence reason they have become feckless and have no fear of anyone.

this kind of thinking is simplistic.   children have little responsibility because they are CHILDREN.  i don't think they asked to be brought into this world.

discipline doesn't have to be always physical by the way.  it says a lot about a parent if your only way of getting your point across is through physical discipline.

Which kin lawsuit?. Kola has finished siphoning the money out of the country by liquidating all his father's company. Even if the plaintiffs wins the case, they will walk away with Abiola's liabilities instead of assets because there are none left.

well kola had better lawyers and accountants then. checkmate

why are they making fun of the poor kid
Celebrities / Re: Kola Abiola Loses Wife by bawomolo(m): 1:07am On Oct 22, 2010
Aloy+Emeka:

True, if it was Abiola himself who decided to give the whole fortune to Kola but this is what rightly belongs to them and one person taking the whole thing while citing the adult excuse is greed besides, some of them were minors and they needed to complete their education when Kola confiscated all their father's assets.

i have a feeling the lawyers took a huge share. there were lawsuits over abiola's will or lack off.

what was left after litigation wouldn't be that much.
