^ I said the FG and you are talking bullshiit about GEJ. Dude, try to sound like you have sense sometimes. People like you keep screaming "true federalism," but evidently, you are hypocrites who do not wish to face the reality of fending for yourselves. Pack of lazy leeches. ![]() I don't know of any developed country where the govt 100% runs universities. They are always part funded by research and similar sources. No mediocre school would attract funding. Maybe you can see the reason our uni's are like forgotten butcher shops. |
The FG is divesting off everything. GEJ is weakening the center in tactical ways, by the time he is done, we will only need a couple of tickboxes to fill for TRUE FEDERALISM. IMHO, the ship is headed in an unflinching direction. |

Andre Uweh: Beaf hardly attacks any one who critiques Delta state. He himself has on numerous occasions spoken about some ills of his state.Thank you jare! @Olalekan 0, the same goes to you too. I purposely ignored dayokanu, because I know the smallmindedness he was up to in order to drag the thread into the gutter. He has failed woefully. When we put Ibori's head on the slab and smash it, dayokanu and his bigot kind freely join in, but when we critisice Osun they immediately turn primitive. Its sad. @dayokanu Nothing you do will hide the fact that Aregbesola is a loudmouthed failure. ![]() |
Qaslay: Bashar Assad, Syrian president, is also on the list. So i guess "important" can be both in the positive and negative senses. And what would that negative thing be? Jonathan is on the list, most likely because he is leading Nigeria through some deeply fundamental changes in political power structure (core-North vs the rest) as well as toward true federalism. We have embarked on an epic journey, but shockingly, few Nigerians realise it. Thats sad. |
sheyguy: Beaf, can u do us all a favour by presenting facts like Gbawe did when comparing Osun state to Akwa Ibom and stop using Okorocha u r ''probably'' not sure of to argue blindly. If possible give us population, land area, average monthly allocation and major projects since Alams time of Bayelsa state, and let's see how PDP is performing there.Lol! Gbawe begged me not to use Akpabio, because of oyel, so I've decided to use Rochas... Now you are begging not to use Rochas (for obvious reasons ).See what Rochas acheived in 6 months without lying or making noise (compare to the poverty stricken pictures Gbawe insulted our eyes with): https://www.imostateblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/New_Imo_University1.jpg https://www.imostateblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/New_Imo_University8.jpg https://imostate.blog.com/files/2011/11/DSCN0010-1024x768.jpg In 6 months, from scratch to this... https://www.imostateblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/DSCN0534.jpg https://www.imostateblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/DSCN0522.jpg To this!!! https://www.imostateblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/Ikemba-Ojukwu-Centre.jpg https://www.imostateblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/kij.jpg More here: http://www.imostateblog.com/2012/03/14/progress-report-ikemba-ojukwu-convention-centre-and-recreation-park/ |
Osun, 73, 935 and Oyo, 71, 272 did very well indeed too, considering their population figures. |

LaughterNoon: I dont blame Ciroma, El-rufai nor other holier than thou cows who open his or her mouth to spit poo becos the geo-graphical expression called Nigeria gave them the liberty to hide their own shame and criticize another of their type, GEJ no doubt has make some blunders while discharging his duties as the President of the republic but my question is who among the formal President has covered himself in glory without serious blunders, just like some racist Americans who sees Obama as the genesis of US problems and are fighting (through the media) to exonerate Mr Bush who is the chief architect of their problem as if to say Bush never ruled America before Obama.Word. ![]() |
Gbawe: A d.u.n.c.e and a Cow rolled together. Not a good combination. Akpabio: 5 years in charge with monthly allocation of 18 billion (13 billion from 13% derivation) an estimated population of 4.8 million and total area of 7,081 square km.Rewind... You people have a way of convincing yourselves with stup!d talk. How many have even been to Bayelsa? How can anyone in their right mind compare Aregbesola's Osun to bayelsa? |
^ Will insults tar the roads in Osun? Lol! You will continue trying to escape reality by behaving like an NURTW member and lying like Aregbesola. Shame on you. Firstly, your megalomaniac, the negus negast, king of kings and lords of Osogbo; his highness, emperor Aregbesola publicly boasted just a feww short weeks ago that that "he didn't need no phucking federal allocation." You see why sensible people would toss your foolish allocation argument straight on the dung heap? I am quite sure Rochas Okorotcha is getting much less, but has achieved at least 10 times more in half the time Aregbesola has been emperor. Aregbesola plainly has not told you that you leave by your mouth and die by your mouth (as he is currently experiencing). Lies and empty rants buy no favours and won't move a grain of sand, talkless build a road. Aregbesola's problems would have been less if he wasn't living in Lagos, trying to govern Ondo, while abandoning Osun. Its a sad story, really. “I am, however, very disturbed by his political antics as far as my state, Ondo, is concerned. By my reading, Rauf is the arrow head of the ACN onslaught on Governor Mimiko of Ondo State. Consistently, with the latest being yesterday (Tuesday), he had been launching political assault on Mimiko, boasting that ACN would flush him out in next year’s election, because he believes that South-West states can only achieve regional and developmental integration only under one political party, to wit, ACN.http://www.newsnet.com.ng/2012/03/yoruba-integrationattack-on-mimiko-knocks-for-aregbesola/ Look at the pictures of malnourished looking machines you have posted as progress in a governors 2nd year of office. Is this not wickedness? https://www.osundefender.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/429963_10151390465650634_900245633_23542984_1494884808_n.jpg Please, lets pause for a moment while I cry for you, I really wanna weep bitterly: https://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lnza7aMOgb1qkpp5h.gif |
afrodiva: I can't speak for Delta state. But at least rivers and bayelsa have been able to live for centuries with minimal internal strife and even when present was mostlyDelta state too will live in peace. With the touted Itsekiri/Ijaw malice, isn't it surprising that swathes of Ijaw land in Delta state are Uduaghans strongholds, despite him being Itsekiri? Delta states agro is like matrimonial matters, we slap ourselves today and sneak under the covers tomorrow. No outsider can understand it. ![]() |
jedisco: The post is not full.It might be even worse next year. Something drastic needs to be done about the core-North and education. Abuja recorded the lowest number with 3,380 candidates, Sokoto placed next with 5, 664 candidates while 5,713 candidates sat from ZamfaraCan you imagine this? |
bashr8: your crying for delta, what will you say about lagos that should be the first position with its population and virtually everything including schools located there.Hmm! That is true o! I didn't even think about any other state, but the top 3. Many states are really underperforming to shocking degrees. Choi! |
You are still trying to dodge, I ask you again, "do we need the proverbial Usman Danfodio mentioned in Ciroma's statement?" The obvious answer by any reasonable human should be YES. Who cares where this proverbial leader comes from? I know you undertand how the word "proverbial" is used in that question. Only bigots will prefer to replace Usman Dan Fodio with the name of someone from their region before accepting the statement as valid and truthful. Your objections to Ciroma should not preclude you from accepting a truthful statement by him, neither should the fact that GEJ is from your region preclude you from accepting that he makes mistakes atimes. Drop the bigotry, its not helping you. It makes you appear silly, frankly. @Dede1, you, of all people can translate God to quite a few languages, no? abi you dey find trouble ni?
Dan Fodio saved your people, init? Crap. |
Stop pretending to be a dummy, dummy! You understand exactly what I meant about "letting go of the bigotry that has overtaken you so that we can discuss issues like reasonable Nigerians". You can't dodge me like you typically do when chatting with gullible Nigerians. You cannot with an honest and straight face say that Nigeria does not need the proverbial Usman Danfodio mentioned in Ciroma's statement. You can pretend not to know how to interprete the statement like a wise human being - that will not work with me. I will continue to let breeze blow to open ya yansh each time you screw up and I catch you. Mumu.
Usman Dan Fodio is a champion only to boko haram types. Ciroma is a quotable hero only to boko haram types too. Where does that leave you, sir? As for the breeze, I will advise you to look at your jalabiya to see that it is blowing around your neck, while your lil danglies are fluttering in the wind. |
If you disagree with any of my statements or posts, I'm sure you are smart enough to challenge it and defend your stance, knowing fully well that I will not be deterred by your weird graphics which you use to hide your inferior logic.
It is quite unfortunate that most of the posters here would rather be consumed by bigotry, than to acknowledge the truth in Ciroma's pronouncements. Who among you does not wish that a leader who can clean up the Nigerian mess emerges in 2015 or earlier? The proverbial leader in Ciroma's statement is exactly what we need in Nigeria, and it does not matter where in Nigeria the said leader was born, or his/her ethnicity. I weep for you people.
Weep for yourself and your fellow scarabs. Loser. |
It seems some of these leaders are simply looking for ways to allow boko haram to flourish. ![]() |
Kayi: Core North has taught you politics and leadership and GEJ knows better than you know that without north there will be no Nigeria. If I'm wrong tell me what get you stuck with (parasites) as you always prefer to refer to the north.May be you enjoy your self inflicted wahalaIs the bolded a pride? Dude, nobody wants a Nigeria that the core-North has phucked up; we have been listed as a failed state for donkey years now, because of the wicked fools at the head of the core-Northern hegemony. The core-Northern leaders are vampires and no better; in before taking a look at what their abysmal mediocrity has brought on Nigeria; look at the suffering of the ordinary Northerner; look at the pitiable terrain of the core-North where one in four kids is an almajiri; consider that there are a whopping 10 million almajiri's; recall the the place is also one of the few left in the World with polio... I could go ono and on, but would take an id!ot to beat his chest about the so-called leadership and political talent of the core-North. They are a pack of phucking scarabs, half of whom should be in jail. |
Northern Leaders To FG: Demilitarise The North Now Leadership Editors's picture Wed, 21/03/2012 - 2:05am | ABU NMODU, SALISU IBRAHIM, AUWAL S. MU'AZU, and SUNNY NWANKO https://leadership.ng/nga/sites/default/files/articleimages/abdulsalam_and_shagari.jpeg Disturbed by the socio-economic hardship being experienced by the people of northern Nigeria as a result of massive deployment of military personnel in most states of the region, leading stakeholders have called for withdrawal of the armed forces from the streets. Speaking after one of the meetings held last Thursday at Maizube Farms, belonging to former head of state, General Abdulsalami Abubakar, a former minister of finance, Malam Adamu Ciroma, who chaired the meeting, said that the summit had acknowledged the tension generated by the massive deployment of soldiers in the northern region and it had directed that the concerns should form part of the communiqué that would be sent to the federal government for redress. A source at the meeting said that the heavy military presence in the northern region was the leading subject of discussions at several meetings of the region's leaders that had been held in Minna and other locations in Abuja and Kaduna by technocrats, professional groups and other stakeholders of northern extraction. A source close to the meetings told LEADERSHIP that participants lamented the colossal economic and social losses in the wake of mounted roadblocks and security checkpoints in the major cities of the north. It was observed that the roadblocks have resulted in unnecessary gridlocks for motorist. "A trip of one hour is now undertaken in three hours as a result of the series of roadblocks that one will run into on any of the major roads in the affected states,” the source said, adding that this has equally affected easy and free flow of traffic, which hampers economic activities especially in places like Kano where commercial activities are dwindling. Heavy military presence has also become a source of worry for the residents of the affected areas who the intimidating posture of the uniformed men is scaring, dissuading law-abiding citizens from going about their normal businesses. Concerns were also raised about the alleged victimisation of innocent civilians by overzealous security personnel in the aftermath of attacks. Meanwhile, four people were reported dead in a fresh attack launched by unknown gunmen in Kano yesterday. According to an eyewitness, three of the victims, who were in mufti dresses, were killed in the attack by the suspected gunmen while the other victim lost his life when members of the Joint Military Task Force who stormed the area engaged the suspects in a gun battle. There was no confirmation of whether the victims were uniformed security men or civilians. Our source said that the attack was launched around 6pm in the vicinity of Sharada Quarters in Kano municipality when gunmen riding on a motorcycle arrived and opened fire on people believed to be civilians. All efforts to reach the police for confirmation were not successful. In a related development, the Boko Haram sect has foreclosed dialogue with the Federal Government, saying that the government is not serious about its resolve to dialogue with it. The sect spoke yesterday through its spokesman, Abu Qaqa, during a teleconference with journalists in Maiduguri, Borno State. He said, “Almighty God has told us repeatedly that the unbelievers will never respect the promises they made. As such, henceforth, we would never respect any proposal for dialogue. “In fact, we have closed all possible doors of negotiation. We would never listen to any call for negotiations. Let the government forces do whatever they feel they can do and we too, would use all the wherewithal at our disposal and do what we can. “If the government thinks arresting our members will discourage us from launching onslaught, then let them continue arresting and killing our members. http://leadership.ng/nga/articles/19802/2012/03/21/northern_leaders_fg_demilitarise_north_now.html |

Nairalanders can judge for themselves. Surely it is obvious what you are.So, if you didn't post that sad picture of a kwashiorkored road to nowhere as "progress," what did you post it for? In your high-fevered rush to undo your history, you have only ended up dribbling yourself in amazing ways. Gbawe, where are the 50billion World Bank roads for the "dry season" you boasted about?
