so much annoyance and anger towards the niger deltans, sir, apart from being blessed with oil, what else have we done to you? Its really not our fault to have the oil there, but if we promise not to do it again will it reduce ur anger?
Like many others, oyb is not normal. I posted a while ago that 90% of posts here are driven by primitivism and ethnic bigotry. Well, oyb clearly falls into that class. His hatred for the ND is as much as Hitlers hatred of the Jews. Witness:

oyb: disgusting and ridiculous melodrama. i always knew beaf had some sort of romantic persecution complex. i can see all those nders being rounded up in cattle cars and sent to the gas chamber

LOL,

So you agree that SURE program is dead grin grin grin down for now, until your new N97 document surface.
You are a real dunce.
Let me break it down for you in very simple English. First of all, we will define the word, brochure:

Publication consisting of one folded page, or several pages stitched together but not bound. Used mainly for advertising purposes.

Read more: http://www.businessdictionary.com/definition/brochure.html#ixzz1n1djIjtG
I have also included a picture of a brochure for your pleasure below:

https://www.end-your-sleep-deprivation.com/images/Sleep-Terrors-Brochure-Elaine-Patten-01.jpg

Now thats done, lets proceed to part two. If you have any further questions or that definition is too weighty, please do not hesitate to ask. I am a very patient teacher (especially as I know there is only agege bread in your head).

Ready for part two? Good!

1. A brochure was circulated to the public which had promotional material based on N141.
2. The fuel price never went to N141.
3. the fuel price went to N97 instead.
4. There was an administrative error that kept the old promotional document in circulation.
5. GEJ pointed the error out.
6. A new brochure with promotional material suited to N97 is being printed.

Comprende?

Phew! That was tough! Teaching stones is a real mans job, but I am very focused and here to teach, teach patiently teach. Even if your head is hard as nails, one day I will achieve breakthrough. grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

So what is being reprinted,

The-same N1.134 TRILLION SURE PROGRAM OR another one.

That N1.134 TRILLION SURE PROGRAM is no more feasible.

It is dead.

You keep fooling yourself .
After several pages, Mr clever gets it at last!
A new brochure is being printed for N97 and the N141 one is being withdrawn. Its not so difficult to understand, is it? No?

He inaugurated the SURE programme because it is still running, but you are toooooooooooooo daft to see that. LOLZZ!
English is your problem.
What the President has said is that the old document should be recalled because it can not be met at 97 per litre; SURE has been scaled back cos the projected sum cannot be realised when subsidies are still running. Thats honesty, bruv.

Poor things. Simple math eludes them.
Next time you guys will think twice before accepting money from oil marketers to demonstrate against the future of your own kids.

The subsidy windfall has been slashed because you still have subsidies. But then, the average person loves awuf; thats why nobody is bothered to ask their useless governor why their state is not generating money and they have to rely on the FG like lepers who cannot do a days work or have the brains to imagine anything outside of free oil beggars money.

If you have a look on Chevron site they say they have been producing electricity and water for free to some communities in Nigeria. They talk about it as part of their contribution to their host communities and they put it on their website as an asset to their corporate image.

So why then are Nigerians jumping up and down they they are being told to do it for Delta oil communties?

Gbawe:
Are you not ashamed? Gbawe this, Gbawe that all over the board? Don't you see how obsessed and insecure you appear? You claim I deem myself superior when this is more to do with the harmful inferiority complex that feeds your paranoia plus drives this misguided, feudalistic and ugly support for a shameful congregation you call an alliance.

All the undemocratic, divisive and uneccesarily pugnacious nonsense being uttered by Dokubo-Asari et al can only be supported by 'damaged goods' who have lost the plot such as yourself and Onlywuruwuru. Why are men like Ken Nnamani, Sullivan Chime, Soludo, Ngige, Rotimi Amaechi et al not backing this hideous congregation of hate and sabre Rattling? When the SW form alliances, do you not see Fashola, Fayemi and co speak proudly and progressively when they meet?

It is like a liberal white person not being invited to a ku klux klan meeting yet those attending that vile meeting somehow try to take the moral high ground. The likes of Dokubo-Asari, you and oga Onlywuruwuru know in your heart that most Yoruba folks are simply too sophisticated to join you in your lynch mob congregation you term alliance. Trying to spin it otherwise just shows you saps are just sad and have lost the plot.

In fact your constant claim of anyone feeling superior is an exponent of the inferiority complex you suffer from in relation to those people. Every so-called alliance of SW States , since GEJ took charge, has been progressive, constructive and developmental. That is the sort of alliance patriotic and sensible Nigerians, genuinely interested in development and peaceful coexistence, should form i.e one seeking solutions, progress and stability for Nigeria. Not a misguided congregation of hateful losers , not at all concerned with the dire current state of affairs, talking undemocratically and divisively about those who must be prevented from seeking the Presidency in 2015.
Lol! Why the concern that your words are being tackled, are you ashamed of the things you say or how jealous you sound? Most people would be.
The "sophistication" of your "superior" ACN is on display at Idumota with NURTW openly rioting, killing, looting and rap!ng. There are 10 dead this week. Or, what do you say about OPC's "protest?"
You are just a bunch of club weilding Neanderthals, led by the drug dealing, weed smoking, certificate forging, fraudster called Tinubu.
You are displaying the fruits that are harvested when area boys led by a powder pusher sieze the reigns of govt. Nobody will ally with your morally filthy kind; live with it, dry your tears and have a "bath."

What is Tinubu's father's name? Lol!
I see's you wanna dodges de kueshion! grin grin grin grin grin grin

nobody knows who Tinubu is, his life is a mountain of lies, forgeries and imorality. What is the real name of that frog-like phucker, Tinubu that you follow? Where is Tinubu's father from? What state is Tinubu from? What primary school did he attend? What secondary school did he attend? What university did he attend? Can you name a single one of his childhood friends?
I haven't finished. Why is he involved in drugs? Why is he a serial forger? Why is he a serial thief? Why did he order area boys to do the imponderable and pelt an incredible icon like Gani with sachets of pure water?
Allow us bush people to form our alliances jare! Why is it paining you like dis na? You will explode o! grin
In the meantime, enjoy pictures of the "sophisticated" kind.

Politics › Re: Security Agencies Uncover Source Of Boko Haram’s Explosives by Beaf: 8:59am On Feb 21, 2012
Sources also disclosed that most of the quarries whose explosives were stolen by Boko Haram’s men failed to report the incidents but only sacked their security men.

Said a source in the know: “There has been a breakthrough on the source of explosives used by the sect members of Boko Haram in their deadly attacks in recent times. It has been discovered that last year, some of their men were responsible for the theft of explosives from many quarry companies in Borno, Bauchi, Gombe, and Sokoto.”

The source stated that rather than report the development to security agencies, the companies affected merely sacked their supervisors and security men as a way of covering up the development.

“The companies affected covered up the incidents by only sacking the supervisors and some security men on duty during the attacks, because of the fear of reprimand from government. Unfortunately, such raids have now left dangerous explosives called Type C4 in the hands of the sect members. The explosives, known as the conventional Type C4 and used to blast rocks, are regarded as very deadly,” another source said.
The owners of those companies have links with boko haram. cool

My broda ask me again o! Especially when we have the beauty of a cross-cultural/ethnic alliance in a country riven by extremely primitive levels of ethnic bigotry of the type Gbawe and his ilk shamelessly display. They even call it "sophistication," how come the sophisticated are left out of Nigeria's most momentous political alliance? Today, they are like the dog in the manger.
They are hyperventilating at the fear of being left behind, while they practice politics of ethnic domination; "major ethnic group" as Gbawe calls it.

Today, the hypocrites have gathered to utter their dying gasps; they have lined up to insult Dokubo Asari, yet the man is an ACN chieftain. Did they realise he was a "thug" and "lowlife" before giving him a party card?
We can see the clear reasons why their last presidential candidate has abandoned the ship of double-mouthed, lying chameleons to serve under GEJ. It is the same reason that the Northern wings of ACN dissolved. Who wants to sink with a primitive old boys club driven by back-stabbing ethnic bigotry; one whose only principles of existence are treachery and fascism? A pack of scarabs who walk forward on two left legs to serially betray the rest of the South.

Gbawe and his crew can go ally with Tambuwal, he represents the interest of the core-Northern elite (and their 10 million almajiri's). A socio-cultural aspect of our numerous problems and which lies at the heart of it is our mind set as a people, especially amongst the Hausa-Fulanis . We have developed a mind-set that paradoxically makes us feel culturally superior when infact we are progressively retrogressing in many
aspects. We look down on fellow Northerners of a different religion and ethnicity, we feel our own brand of Islam is better than the Islam practiced by a Yoruba man, an Igala or a Tiv such that you’d forgive anyone for thinking the Holy Qur’an was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in Hausa language somewhere in Kano. We feel many career choices especially those which involve working our way to the top are demeaning; our educated youths have been brought up with the mind set to only aim for the ultimate “secure government job” or bust, and as a result many an enterprising and creative youth’s dreams have died at stillbirth by the patriarch’s final fiat.

This paradoxical superiority complex has pitched us against other “minority” groups in the north who used to be our brothers but now regard us with contempt and derision and has been played upon by mischievous people to ferment ethno-religious tensions.  Many are quick to blame Islam or the mixture of religion and politics, but a comparison of predominantly Muslim societies who are doing relatively well-off such as the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Malaysia and Indonesia for instance shows Islam is not the problem, rather a crude cocktail of ignorance, and the perversion of religious teachings and cultural prescriptions. While in Iran, women outnumber men in Universities as many are highly educated and articulate, female literacy in Northern Nigeria by contrast remains abysmally low, one of the lowest in the world and ditto women empowerment though attitudes are positively changing at snail pace. The problem appears as a friend once stated that we haven’t found the right interface between culture and religion in the North.
They took the same ugly mindset and inflicted massive problems on Nigeria. It is taking boko haram and the loss of political power to finally begin seeing the clouds of almajiris and 10 year old girl-brides; a sitting Senator from one of the most backward states (Zamfara) even imported a 13 year old Egyptian child to phuck for N250,000.00 (Pardon my language, but the situation calls for it); many argued that their religion allowed such paedophelia and was above the constitution.

It is disgusting.

. . .And madam, the core-Northern elite feels superior? It is the nature of a parasite to feel superior to its host.
It is the core-Northern talakawa I pity in all this, they are the victims who are too illiterate to even realise it.
