^ You will find that those things are done by the private sector, states and municipal authorities (LG's). What pressure have you put on your state and LG, abi you tink say na magic? Why are they still begging the FG for money after 51 years of existence? Why is there not a single state that can stand on its own, talkless of being like a US state like Carlifornia? In Nigeria, the states and LG's exist only to beg the FG for money. That is what is wrong with the country. |
VoodooDoll:Yet, you want awuf from Abuja? See mystery! ![]() https://i.imgur.com/UPBvj.gif Come talk to us, when you have found the lines in the constitution, instead of a "Salami" court judgement for parasitic phucks who don't wanna work. . . .And keep calling me Reno, it only shows how weak your battery is. lol |
The president also said that the Nigerian government included sympathizers with Islamist terror group Boko Haram. It is quite clear that boko haram has supporters in govt and the civil service and doubly encouraging to hear the President admit it. I hope that these words are a precursor to wide ranging reforms in govt, secret sevice, civil service, police, customs and the army. Nigeria is on the sickbed. |
olas2u:Those who attack others such senseless accusations, must be doing so because they themselves are paid and they think others must be the same. Sir, get someone to pay you to buy a brain so you can actually contribute value to NL threads. Thank you. |
toba:Why do you people love blaspheming? |
VoodooDoll:You know you are lying. All 36 states, including Ogun and Lagos are phucked up and beggarly. And so are you. Get your state generating wealth, developing and feeding you; that is its constitutional duty. Nobody was born to be a beggar and there is no pride in being a parasite fighting for freebies while ignoring the fuckry of your state governor and LG boss. You should be weeping with shame. If your sorry arse has ever been abroad, it would have found out that thats how developed countries work; LG's and states are the centres of development. Parasites never develop. |
^ Is the waste in the centre the reason that phucked up states that have no excuse to exist cannot fund Abuja, instead they go on a monthly begging pilgrimage? They are all official almajiri's. ![]() VoodooDoll:If you like, blow a fuse and jump off the cliff, its your problem and it will not change the fact of your abject laziness. I don't know if you are a dunce or you are pretending, but you failed to show a single line in the constitution to back up your lazy phuck arguments. Secondly, I couldn't give an arse about when your forefathers and whatever they worship, moved to your current hometown. It adds nothing to the argument and does not justify your being a lazy, beggarly phuck with nothing to contribute to the growth of Nigeria. Get your state working and stop being fixated on oil and FG handouts like a disgusting parasite, who is only existing to take out of Nigeria and give nothing back, especially when you are not disabled. |
The excerpts below fairly jump at anyone who takes their time to actually read and digest the article: Achebe: Mr. Jonathan’s decision to remove fuel subsidies in the country at this time was ill-advised. Coming at the advent of the New Year, and barely a week after the gruesome Christmas Day attacks on worshippers, the policy has forced many Nigerian citizens to perceive his leadership as one that is both insensitive and possibly contemptuous of the mood of its people. In simple words, Achebe supports the removal, but not its timing. The timing is govts own card to play, cos they know their enemies best and strategise accordingly. Achebe: Mr. Jonathan’s administration has made a persuasive case that a few highly connected Nigerians have corruptly profited from fuel subsidy. The government should swiftly bring to justice those corrupt profiteers as well as the bureaucrats who aid and abet their unconscionable parasitic activities and economic sabotage.Nuff said. ![]() I agree with the above. Now that the battle is open, the people MUST pour into the streets to support a lonely President in his battle against deeply entrenched interests, vultures, hyena's and the filthy creeping creatures of the night that hold a knife to the national jugular. GEJ cannot do it alone. We MUST demand that heads roll and give our solid backing. In turn, the govt must do its utmost to transparently lighten the burden on the masses. |
@jmaine No mind am jare! Recorded history cannot be changed. Abeem:If your concerns above are honest, then join us in condemning dishonest hypocrites like El Rufai, instead of attempting to derail the thread. El Rufai is a shameless liar. |
TRUTHTELA:You are the evil one and you know it. You are there to support boko haram whenever there is an NL thread on the subject, you also support the phucking Tambuwal who could not even bother cutting their salaries which at 25% of the budget, is on its own as huge as the subsidy. Go and hide yourself and keep talking id!otically about demons and evil when all you have to do is look in the mirror to behold the putrid filth oozing from your wrinkly pimply hairy scary crusty arse. |
VoodooDoll:I have never heard anything so poorly thought through, if at all. When there are oil spills, whose shores are affected? Is it the FG that owns the cancers and respiratory problems that afflict ND people as a result of gas flaring, onshore and offshore? It just goes to show how id!otic paid judgements can be (yes, it was a judgement, not the constitution as you claimed). If the country breaks up tomorrow, would you rush from Sokoto or wherever to talk about offshore oil? Comedy! Dude, get your state manufacturing something or developing. It is really disgusting to hear Nigerians proudly making parasitic arguments as if we are disabled people (both mentally and physically). I feel very deeply ashamed whenever I read such arguments. The way these daft arguments are going, you wouldn't even get true federalism, you will get breakup. Only a wise person would ignore the restiveness in Delta state where the Ijaws are a very small minority (since you think peoples anger is based on ethnicity); y'all lazy phucks are stirring the hornets nest. |
mikeansy:GEJ has proposed a cut in NASS funding in every budget, but they always vote it out; if you recall, there was a quarrel in early December b/w NASS and FG about the same thing. The onus is on the NASS, they are just there to reap the country off. |
Why are our markets so dirty? ![]() |
Let us not forget that funding the NASS takes 25% of the budget as Sanusi made clear. That is an equivalent amount to the fuel subsidy. Why did they not cut their salaries? ![]() |
Gbawe:Facts, math, unambiguous sources and proof is what we demand. So, I ask you to do the following and you can't? Beaf:If you can't, are you not a rumour monger in the same class as an ignorant Dugbe market akara seller? |
Aigbofa:Dude, GEJ has made an extremely bold move considering the players in the cabal, knowing full well that his own office faces risk because of their power. Believe it, these people are everywhere and in control. Let us drop our various sentimental allegiances to support what is right. Just as the fools are trying to shut down the subsidy removal, so they will try to shut down GEJ's proposals for true federalism. The man is Nigeria's last chance, because he means well; if he fails, I don't see a future for Nigeria. |
naijaking1:My guy, na so we see am o! Can you imagine they had nothing to say about boko haram at this time? Nothing can depict what they are any more than that. |
LeoMax:Thanks jare! Who doesn't know that Tambuwal is an IBB/Tinubu cabal implant? They are deeply entrenched like a cancer in the system. Nobody in their sane minds can tell us with a straight face that either of those two vultures means well for Nigeria. |
I wonder why the reps did not cut their salaries? Why did they also reject a motion to investigate, arrest and prosecute the cabal? Is it because they are members? Shine your eyes. These are the people GEJ is fighting. |
I wonder why the reps did not cut their salaries? Why did they also reject a motion to investigate, arrest and prosecute the cabal? Is it because they are members? Shine your eyes. |
The protest is just a jamboree that will acheive nothing but more suffering at the end of the day. It is shocking that although there are thousands of deeper issues, shortsighted people choose to protest one that invests in the future. It shows why corruption is so rampant in Nigeria, because as they say, every man has a price, Unfortunately, the price Nigerians will sell their kids for, is a mere N65 per litre. |
^ Provide an itemised blow by blow list of costs; also show us how you know govt is sourcing funds for each project. Until then, stop flying around, lying and chatting shiit plucked out of your backside. |
I am sure that the average Nigerian who wishes to engage unbiased thinking can begin to see how deeply entrenched the cabal was, and how delicate the task of removing them is. Why would the House of Rep block investigations, arrests and prosecutions if they are not part of it? GEJ did a very bold thing, and now fools are being incited to think they are doing a clever thing by mortgaging the future for their kids. |
Pukkah:I wonder why people think that govt business should grind to a halt because they are protesting? It makes no sense at any level. As for the country disintegrating, it is my personal opinion that it should, then after the oil is gone, we will see who will come out to #Occupy their idiocy. |
The entire article is foolish and a disgrace. I had expected to see math and facts, not silly sentiments and conjecture. Provide proof of your lies or shut up. ![]() |
LeoMax:Its a very good policy indeed! Nice! |
@TRUTHTELA Why are you panicking and telling lies that even a toddler would laugh at? Lol! Its really entertaining to watch an adult behave like the village id!ot. Why are you scared that boko harams hideouts are being found in Cameroon and they will soon be destroyed? Why? |
sheyguy:Just like El Rufai, you cover up your hypocrisy and dishonesty with ambigious phrases like, "someone also mentioned." Crap. El Rufai is a fork-tongued liar, and this thread proves it. |
Evil Brain:First of all, your logic about Nigerian law is unfortunate and daft. How do you think Internet Law was formed in the West, if not by taking Internet matters to the law courts and setting presedents? Or maybe you think God gave it to them at Mount Sinai on tablets of stone with lightening flashing and volcanoes bellowing. Secondly, how can you guarantee that some of your DDOS traffic will not pass through the US and Europe? You need to find out what continent the undersea cable is connected to. Your traffic passes through servers in their territory? You've committed a crime they can nab you for. Thirdly, both the UN and EU openly declared their confidence in GEJ. What do you think that was code for? I will explain it in two simple apt words, the message they were conveying to stoneheads like you is; "DONT PHUCK." Lastly, because of the stance of the UN and EU and the fact that the protests are being coordinated from abroad, it is safe to declare that every last protest organiser has been positively identified. Even a dunce would realise that. Dude, the West is the home of cyber warfare (ask Iran about their exploding factories); if you attack a country from their space, you are zonked. Take it or leave it, script kiddie. |
Pharoh:They think its about doing fuckall, that their only reason for being voted in is to carry a beggars bowl to Abuja every month of the year. They are the biggest set of hypocrites on Earth. What if Nigeria had no oil? |
Its really hard to understand why they bothered to hold a meeting, which some of them even boycotted. |

Cos Obasanjo is FAILURE, LOOTED THE TREASURY & HISTORY WILL NEVER BE KIND TO HIM. " THE EVIL THAT MEN DO LIVES WITH THEM" Ask yourself WHAT MADE Nelson Mandela the GREATEST african alive?? I'm not worried about NOW, TOMORROW, SUBSIDY & all worth not, the FUTURE and HISTORY will take care of Jonathan & his policies and he will be a disgrace to the MINORITIES & South south folks, cos he has chosen to do the DEVILS BID. After the 2011 election, Jonathan went to Obudu for relaxation, guess who was by his right hand, FEMI OTEDOLA, then, I knew that JONATHAN is out to destroy Nigeria. Nigerian rulers are not going to be SINCERE & PRUDENT cos subsidy was removed.
