Then keep it about Warri and stop adding in Rivers state groups, in all your ignorance.
What made you stray into a thread that started in the politics section as a quarrel between Delta state people from the Warri axis? Foolishness or what?

Once again, if Beaf meant Delta state, then he should stick to that. Otherwise, he should come here and tell us the traditions of the Ngwa, the Obolo, the Khana, the Ikwere, the Etche, etc. He should point to the land that was given and tell us the traditions which state that these people "met Ijo" there and that "Ijo gave them land".

If not, then he should help himself and simply stick to Delta state, because as it stands, Beaf does not know what he is talking about.

I've had enough of these lies and disinformation.
You are a bloody clown. Your presence has been registered, now scram.
This topic is an extension of a discussion about Warri. You can go start another topic about Abia or Ngwa or whatever.

look back at F1 history, the same "supposedly" frustrating tactics happened to SENNA but he simply got up and show them all that he WAS the best driver out there. this IS what a truly gifted driver does, he PROVES THEM WRONG ON THE CIRCUIT, instead of crying about his treatment (like a biatch) while NOT winning any championships! lol

Please say things that make sense.
In the recent past, F1 also had the likes of Max Mosley (son of a Nazi) who got intimate licks from prost!tutes clad in Nazi uniforms. Should we bring the Nazi's back because the head of the FIA that victimised Senna loved his Nazi shows? Is the muck of the past good reason for racism? Why not just wheel in public hangings and the Ku Klux Clan since the past is brilliant?

Bombings: I help obtain explosives, suspect admits in Court

… as court charges 8 suspects over Suleja bombings

ABUJA  (AFP) – An Abuja court on Tuesday charged eight suspects in connection with a string of deadly bombings in Suleja near the capital Abuja after authorities said the attacks were linked to Islamist group Boko Haram.

The eight are accused of being behind four separate attacks between March and July this year in which 24 people were killed in the town of Suleja and at Buhari village, both near Abuja.

They all pleaded innocent before a magistrates’ court in the capital.

One of the suspects confessed to having previously been a member of Boko Haram, which has been blamed for repeated attacks in the northern part of the country and which claimed responsibility for a bomb blast at UN headquarters in Abuja on August 26.

Ahmed Hassan Ezimakor said he did not take part in the bombing, but helped obtain the explosives. He said he joined the sect in 2008 but quit early this year.

“I met Salisu Ahmed (one of the suspects) in 2008 when we joined Boko Haram,” Ezimakor told the court.

The worst of the attacks the eight are alleged to have staged was on the eve of parliamentary elections in April, when a bomb rocked a local election office, killing 16 people, mainly recent graduates hired as election officials.

Other explosives went off outside the venue of a political rally, another at a church and yet another at a village near Abuja.

The secret police last week claimed to have unearthed a bomb-making factory near Suleija and made six arrests.

The suspects were ordered to return to court on October 4.

Nigeria Charges 8 For Abuja-Area Bombings
Posted Tuesday, September 13th, 2011 at 2:01 pm

A Nigerian court has charged eight suspects with allegedly taking part in a string of deadly bombings around the capital.

Prosecutors say the accused are members of the radical Islamist sect Boko Haram, which has claimed responsibility for several deadly attacks in Nigeria and has been blamed for dozens of others.

The suspects allegedly played roles in four separate attacks between March and July of this year that killed about 25 people. The most serious incident was the bombing of an elections office in the town of Suleija in April that killed 16.

The suspects entered pleas of not guilty during an appearance in a magistrates' court in Abuja Tuesday.

President Goodluck Jonathan has pledged to stop the wave of political and sectarian violence afflicting Nigeria, but so far with little success.

On Monday, assailants attacked a police station in the northeastern town of Misau, killing at least five people.

Boko Haram claimed responsibility for last month's bombing of the Abuja U.N. headquarters and a June bombing outside Nigeria's national police headquarters. The group wants to see Islamic law applied more widely across Africa's most populous nation.

Because of the violence, the U.S. embassy in Abuja has urged Americans to be vigilant, especially around places of worship and public gatherings.

GEJ Ok's National Conference - Suggest Items For Discussion (poll)

Now that a Nigerian President has agreed to the need for the long awaited national conference; what items do you propose for discussion?
What should be the framework for the delivery of the peoples voices?

‘Nigeria won’t break up’

President Jonathan assures on raised security level
Says Jos crisis is human problem
Govt working on reports of past conferences

https://www.nigerianews1.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/Jonathan3.jpg

The President, who spoke at a two-hour presidential media chat that was aired nationwide on radio and television, expressed support for a national conference, but however explained that government is in the process of collating reports of conferences convened on national issues, with the view to packaging areas of agreement in form of bills, which would be sent to the National Assembly.

He said: “As the current President of this country, I disagree with that assertion. Nigeria will not disintegrate. This is not the first time people will come out with such ideas. Nigeria may have challenges, just like other countries. I remember in 1966 when I was in Primary Four, we had the first challenge in Niger Delta when the late Isaac Adaka Boro declared secession for Niger Delta Republic. In 1967, we had the Biafran war when Chief Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu declared the secession of Biafra. These are major issues that affect the country. It is not just because people are detonating bombs or probably there are some level of agitation in the Niger Delta, which of course, is almost under control that they begin to predict that we will disintegrate.

“The country that will disintegrate, you can get it by the study of the psyche of the people. During the civil war, the South Easterners were the bulk of members of the proposed new country called Biafra. Now, the Igbos have investments across the country. Go to the South-West, go to the North. As small as my village is, Nigerians from North, East and West have bought land. People who want to disintegrate will begin to shift back into their own geo political zones. The behaviour of Nigerians show that we are not really going to disintegrate. People look at us because of our ethnic diversity and begin to predict that we will disintegrate. We will not disintegrate. I will not preside over a country that will disintegrate and I assure you that from now till 2015 Nigeria must remain one united nation.”

On national conference, the President said: “Yes, of course, I support that Nigerians must discuss and Nigerians have been discussing. I have asked the SGF to collate the reports of past national conferences. The ones that are not conclusive are few. We are going to set up a committee. We are discussing to package the reports and take them to the National Assembly. But areas that seemed controversial, we will look at them.”

Some people dont know why there should be a revolution in this country. let them read your list and probably they print out copies for their friends and relatives. I have prepared mine and pledged 20,000 copies of flyers that will go round   lipsrsealed lipsrsealed

Example:

Dimeji Bankole:   Curruption cases

- took $66m (£40m) loan from United Bank for Africa PLC for his office.
- misuse of N10 billion borrowed on behalf of the lower legislative chamber from a commercial bank.
- contract fixing worth millions of naira.
- inflation of the cost of items bought by the house, such as television sets.
- inflated a N2.3 billion contract for the supply of 380 Peugeot cars.
- annual salary and money budgeted for his office- millions of dollars.
- N335.5 million contract for the purchase of “special vehicles” for principal officers of the House.
- N9 billion misappropriated  out of the N11 billion capital vote

Case still in EFCC officially but closed, why? the more you look the less you see.
You know this story is absolutely false. Dimeji Bankole was in court last week and is due back in court again on October 17.

Why would you publish such a terrible falsehood? Well, I guess NL has quite a few id!ots that swallow such stuff without thinking.

Galadima wrongly adopted Momoh’s statements on oath and the latter adopted Galadima’s as his.

Effort by counsel to the petitioner, Abubakar Malami (SAN), to convince the tribunal that the error arose during the arrangement of the witnesses, was resisted by the respondents’ counsel.

Galadima was the first petitioner witness (PW1) and he had adopted the statement on oath on pages 17 to 55 as his own on sighting his signature. He was cross-examined based on the depositions.

Problems arose when Momoh, who came in as the second petitioner witness (PW2), adopted his statement on oath after confirming his signature. But it turned out that his signature appeared against the statement of Galadima.

It was also discovered that Galadima’s signature appeared against Momoh’s depositions.

Its silly tricks like the above, asking for the entire INEC database etc, that make you know that CPC is in court merely to pass time and use the place as insurance against arrest for fomenting bloodshed in the country.
