Odunnu:Thanks so much my lovely sister, I was really busy sorting out a personal project (still am a bit). |
1. We are not complaining about Gej and Boko haram ( at least not for now) 2. OBJ introduced GSM and other thing to nigeria for the first time. also he was the one that paid our debts and gave us foreign reserve excess of 60 million excess which GEJ has reduced to 20 or 10 million 3. We are complaing that we have not seen anything GWEJ has done given the fact he has been in power since march 2010 and this tomorrow is august 2011. Please point out the single thing Gej has done unless reduceing our foreign reserves
If your understanding wasn't so agriculturally impeded, you would have heard about stuff like FOI etc. Dude, I would have attempted to explain FOI to you, but it has nothing to do with chickens, yams or cows, so you wouldn't understand. |
1. Babagandi has done bad things but also good thing and better than GEJ 2. THE BEST PERIOD IN NIGERIA HISTORY WAS DURING IDAIGBON AND BUHARI ERA. if you were born then, you would have experienced the best of Nigeria government 3. OBJ is far better than GEJ OBJ introduced GSM and other thing to nigeria for the first time. also he was the one that paid our debts and gave us foreign reserve excess of 60 million excess which GEJ has reduced to 20 or 10 million WHAT HAS GEJ DONE SINCE EARLY 2010 TO LAST 2011!!!!!
The thing about being daft, is that it takes zero effort. You simply chuck your brain in your arse and start babbling crap. @topic Please, any takers, there is a a lovely choice of several "strong" leaders above. Take your pick and tell us what they did for Nigeria, but if you are merely an ethnic bigot, then tell us what they have done for your people. A little bird keeps whispering, "some of these 'strong' leaders own boko haram and Maiduguri." |

^ The bin is the wrong place to put (users might run into permission and write issues), Asp.NET has special folders. It should go in App_Data, it has the right security and permissions pre set up. The debug folder is well out of the question, because release builds should be deployed for all sorts of reasons, especially security. You don't want to write the whole World a letter revealing vital info about your local file paths in your pdb's. Your pdb's should be release versions. For those new to .NET, the Asp.NET has special folders are: App_Code Folder Bin Folder App_Data Folder App_Theme Folder App_Browser Folder App_WebReference Folder App_LocalResource Folder App_GlobalResource Folder |
az77zy:You sound worse than the "rolex" inspired David West. Shame. The only difference is that both David West and GEJ are PhD's, while you sir, are simply out of your league, like a stranded fish flapping wretchedly in the mud, gasping for air. Poor thing. ![]() |
What a race! Nice win for Jenson, a great way to celebrate his 200th race. Sweet recovery and great racing from Lewis too. |
afam4eva:Daft. What good has ever come from your section of the country (including oil), or did the country suddenly turn bad by miracle in 2011? What have all our "strong" leaders done for you and your people? Once again. . . daft. |
Darthmaul:The 20% stat is very well known. You are right that talent isn't enough though, you also need a good car. For the likes of Lewis (and I would add, Kobayashi), they don't need the fastest car to win, a bit fast is enough, and thats why Lewis has an outside chance despite the wretchedness of McLaren this season. Yes, ALL F1 driver are super talented, but Lewis is gifted; his type appear on the scene one per generation. In all my time of watching F1, the only person whose carcraft compares, is Michael Schumacher. Anyways, lets see how todays race goes. |
Vacancy: Boko Haram In Dire Need Of Spokesperson As They Threaten Kano.Damn! I nominate alj harem. ![]() |
Beaf: Both are your ND brothers However, I would say that Tam speaks the truth about GEJ, even though I am a GEJ supporter too. That truth you are trying now to smoother. Yet, you claim you have no connection to GEJ?
You have 12 posts, yet you no say I be ND man? Guy, identify yourself! ![]() You are missing the basis of David Wests rant. The man made this rather strange statement about the boko haram problem: David West: You don’t win a moral battle with gun.Moral? Boko haram? When did the boko haram battle become a "moral battle?" There is no morality attached to boko harams battle, their fight is for the right to be silly and to enforce their stupidty on the unwilling. When an ex-minister and PhD holder like David West begins making such severely flawed arguments, it does not come as a surprise that the interviewer describes him as: shouting on top of his voiceWhy would a civilised man with a doctorate shout at the top of his voice during an interview and make statements like: “Let me put it on record again. Tam David West has nothing against President Jonathan. I have not met him before. He graduated from secondary school in 1975 when I was already a Professor for two years. He comes across as someone battling an inferiority complex. |
Kind mods, please can you delete this thread? https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-724538.0.html I published it with mistaken information. Sharia was introduced to Osun in 2005, not 2011. Thanks. |
henry101:I believe boko haram is morally and financially supported by at least 80% of the core-Northern elite. Core-Northerners (Hausa-Fulani) make up the single largest ethnic block in both the police and army officer corps. The above points make the boko haram battle one that cannot be rushed into headlong (there lies the trap). IMHO, govts approach of maximum force while creating room for talks is wise. Another thing talks will do is put names and labels to faces, lets know who they are. |
“Let me put it on record again. Tam David West has nothing against President Jonathan. I have not met him before. He graduated from secondary school in 1975 when I was already a Professor for two years. ![]() The above says it all. We have a jealous and bitter man in Tam David West, he desperately wishes to be seen as the foremost ND man with a PhD. Unfortunately, Jonathan is not the only ND man to surpass David West's height as ex-petroleum minister (sacked for recieving "rolex watch" gifts). |
Dude you represent jonathan on this forum and yet you are very tribalistic. What kind of a person are you
I do not represent Jonathan and have zero connection with govt or PDP.Why do you guys wheel out the same stale argument when you are faced with vastly superior armo? Why? You enemies of progress can't all be that tired! Lol! Please face the question I asked without dodging here and there; "what is the purpose of resources when there is a worrying absence of the will to be educated and a complete lack of the required intelligence to harness those resources?" The above is what I have pointed out as the sad story of Nigeria typified by Japan with zero natural resources and the Worlds 3rd largest economy and Nigeria's Borno state with its primitive boko haram and headlong dash for primitivity. Counter that or give the floor to someone who can. |
if you have some else to add, please share it with us thank you
Thank you.The human resources of Maidugury = boko haram. The natural resources of Maidugury = bombs. The state govt = JTF. The citizens = 100 metre champs, running for their lives from their own state faster than Usain Bolt. The above is the story of Nigeria. What is the purpose of resources when the will to be educated and intelligence to harness them are lacking? Japanese natural resources = zero. Japanese economic size = Worlds 3rd largest. |
MRbrownJAY:True, we shouldn't be having these arguments after all this time. But its due to the strength of the completly unfair and sometimes offensive stuff that gets said about Lewis; especially due to Alonso's spat with McLaren, first with Ron Dennis after the infamous Monaco 2008. It is all down to Alonso fans. Its funny, at the time Alonso joined McLaren I had a soft spot for Kimi, BUT was much more an Alonso guy, especially after giving Schumachar brake dust to inhale for two straight years. However, I switched after the 2007 Hungarian Grand Prix when Alonso blocked Lewis from taking part in the 3rd quali; after that, the spygate scandal was the last straw. There was also some grumbling from Lewis at being ordered to play number two, especially at Monaco 2007 where he was much much much faster than Fernando (word has it that Alonso later asked Ron Dennis to short fuel Lewis). There where (and still are) too many dirty games, the straight road is preferable. |
Darthmaul:If by British, you are talking about agencies like the BBC, Daily Mail and the rest of the reactionary/right-wing section of the tabloids, then you couldn't be more wrong. Lewis talent has been overwhelmingly recognised by the rest of the World, that recognition has been largely forced on the British. Big up to Ron Dennis for standing up to a an all white, ol' boy environment and pushing forward a great talent regardless of origins; same to Lewis for breaking through barriers. To the British F1 establishment, Lewis is a foreigner. After Lewis last win, BBC's Jake Humphreys approached no less than 4 people to canvass for Lewis to be punished for overtaking Massa on the last corner. Thats hardly British endorsement. Jake spoke to the following on live TV:
[li]Murray Walker[/li] [li]Filipe Massa[/li] [li]Stefano Domenicali (Ferarri)[/li] [li]FIA Drivers Representative[/li]
They all told him without fail, that there was nothing to complain about. Lewis is a star because of his outstanding talent, not because he is British. The stats say so too, so far this year, Lewis is responsible for 20% of all overtakes. . . and he's just one guy. But, what a guy! |

https://www.punchng.com/images/November/Saturday/pix2010112740535.jpg The supreme leader of Osun state. His primacy, Rawuf AregbeRASCAL; Maximus Rex, the omnipotent one of Osun state. Single-handedly ruling Osun, the all=knowing Great One and newly revealed lord of sharia. . . .What a Taliban-like beard! No commissioners, but the dude looks at Osun as one of those poor Northern states that can run on autopilot, feeding off yams and religion. . . .Another Nigerian megalomaniac is revealed. Case of Shariah Law in Osun Statehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Osun_State Boko Haram comes south. ![]() What hope is there for Osun, so richly blessed, yet one of Nigeria's most rural and poor? A state richly steeped in history, culture; from Ede, to Osogbo and Ife. Who the hell voted for the clown, Aregbesola? |
honeric01:Dude, Papabrowne is a very moral and upright person. So, someone tells you the road is being fixed, even posts pictures to show roadworks and he becomes a "wicked soul?" Why is the average Nigerian so extreme? Yes, the road is bad, but it didn't get bad overnight. So how sensible is it to scream so loud about a stretch of the road that is still bad? How moral is it to label a fellow human a "wicked soul" for publishing pictures of roadworks and repaired sections of road? Are you saying those pictures were fake, if so, where is your proof? Are you saying that there is no ongoing work to fix that road? Again, prove it. Why do educated Nigerians take to extreme words, shouting and fighting? The behaviour is everywhere; it is in the press, it is championed by leaders of certain sections (like Atiku, Buhari, Babangida and Tinubu). Dude, lift yourself above the crowd, I have conversed and argued with you in the past and you were always civil, so I know you are quite a decent soul. |
The core-North is sinking into the stone age at an alarming rate of knots; yet all their elite can think about is "enlightening" stuff like boko haram and other sharia tendencies. Their religion must be mixed with everything to control the innocent talakawa's they have enslaved, the average core-Northern babies future is in almajirici. In the next couple of years, while the South and Middle Belt develop, the North will be like Somalia or worse. Sharia? Why not become cavemen? |
bamosagie:Exactly! Boko haram can be employed to pack nuclear waste by hand, instead of running around the place with hammers and bombs. It can even serve other purposes. If na bleach dem wan bleach, nuclear waste go do am. If na God dem wan see, a dose of nuclear waste can create the illusion; you never even know, nuclear waste might just straighten and connect the missing links in the wretched brains. We can rid ourselves off those primitive animals while providing a cheap source of power; talk of killing two birds with one stone! ![]() It is strange tha Nigerians are scared of nuclear waste, while the average citizen has proven to be worse than the worst nuclear fallout. |
^ Not bad from Red Bull competition. I see Lewis and Alonso finishing ahead of Vettel tomorrow, he can't waltz off into the distance now that other teams have caught up. He has to actually drive against others now and we know he lacks that ability. MRbrownJAY:Lol! Stop griping! History doesn't lie, the rookie beat Alonso, a World champ, in the very same equipment. . . Not just over a couple of races, but over the whole season, rookies shouldn't do that to World champs. A damn rookie! Lol! Nobody is remotely near Lewis, it has taken Alonso 4 years to recover from the shock and drop his hating and childish excuses. He is even praying for Lewis to take Vettel in the first corner right this moment in an interview as I type. |
