Hi morn everyone.as of yesterday, I took bread nd beans in d morn,ate my fruit salad in d noon, but I spent so much hour on d road, I eneded up eating small garri when I went home wit veg soup.presently I weigh 79. Want to drop b4 my marriage. I alsop walk for 10mins every morn when going to work. I tink dats my exercise since I hardly hv time for dat.

Hello dear, tnk u. For now I don't knw wot I weigh, but by monday I will check it. Nd also for today, I took indomie nd egg morn, afternoon I took pawpaw. Nw I want to take garri little .

Thank you.I usually eat my brkfast 8 cuz of work.I eat friuts afternoon, nd may not eat again in d nite, or I will take 2 slices of bread. I don't do exercise, but I walk every morn 5 mins to my bustop be4 going to work.

My own weight is hell. When I ws in d universtiy I ws watching it wit a tea bag nd also watch wot I eat cuz I ws staying alone. It worked so much for me. But now m staying wit my sister, I can't dictate wot I want to be eating. Please my dear ones wot should I do? I really want to loose weight before my marriage.tnk u for ur advice.
