One thing about this President is that he is BOLD
He goes where no previous leader dared to go.
1. Fuel Subsidy - removed. GEJ folded at the first sign of protest at Ojota.
2. FCT minister - gave it a Southerner
3. Student loan scheme - in the works
4. Coastal road - ongoing
And so on..
But this horrible 0.5 or 0.005% tax on bank transfer his government wants to introduce is too much. We are hearing too of Telecom tax. There's the dreaded Band A electricity palaver on ground.
Excessive taxes are suffocating the people and the economy But he is bold abi... wait till he tax ur entire income... shebi u don't want to be reasonable, continue |

Many smes cannot afford the cost of d gas plant... in that it is an extra capital burden. 3. U create severe pollution in a lot of places vs a central place where it can be better managed 4. Everybody handling gas is more dangerous than it being used centrally/pipeline can be dangerous too in Nigeria |

Power is not an issue for an industry really, if we had a adequate gas pipeline network it CNG... It would be far cheaper for business to generate their own power than buy power from nation grids numbers don't lie If you want the maths I can do it
And yes ooh if you can set up s factory, setting up a generator unit won't be the issue

stagger: Yes but in the UK,
- you do not queue for hours to buy fuel - you do not buy fuel for generators - you have access to a proper government health insurance system - well managed transportation which means you really do not need a car to move around - no touts on the road trying to extort you like this new task force roaming about Abuja roads. - no police, VIO or FRSC officials trying to extort you on the road for flimsy stuff.
In other words, those things you spend money on in Nigeria, you find that the tax deductions actually pay for them in UK so you do not need to spend again from your pocket. Also, the Britons don't like seeing your face there. Can u imagine how it feels not being wanted everywhere u go? Have u imagined it might be a worse feeling than driving on bad roads ? |

Is it not true that some sec students don't know anything and "pass" exams? Is it not true that some teachers and parents are responsible for that ? So why beating round the bush cos u have ur hatred for the messenger ? ChangedMan1999: Thunder fire 🔥 you
Are universities better?
Universities where lecturers for no good, justiciable and reasonable reason will just be hating students
Where not less than 70percent of lecturers have tested the Kuntus of different female students
See, it is even lecturers that are encouraging laziness among the female gender; when these females finally experience that allowing them lecturers stab their womanliness won't kill them, rather it will result upgrading their actual score, they will be looking down on hardwork.
Lecturers will contribute to your low self esteem, which mostly last a life time; they will humiliate you in such a way that you strongly believe that you are a failure
Forget what Pan Africanists tell us about loving our blackness and continent Africa; black man is nearest to the giant fork wielding devil with tail.
Listening to these lecturers talking ill about politicians will leave you in wonder and aware; you will be like is it this heartless man that is talking about immorality of politicians
To hell with the opinion of university lecturers
Lastly telling secondary school teachers and parents to muster all their efforts for the development of students is like a dentist filling up a rotten tooth without first clearing the cavity. The government are the ones that should first be told to be responsible.
Due to governments callousness and wickedness parents who should chanel at least 50 percent of their energy on their children won't have no choice but to muster more of the energy on work in order to feed, shelter their family.
So government should first be talked to before writing hypocritical letter to parents and students |

When given cows, the herders feel too big and then do anyhow. But the real owners don't know about it.
Just a theory So the point of d matter is this fulani menace that has stopped people from going to the farms that wasn't a big problem b4 buhari time is not caused by rich indigenes!!! That's d point I want to be clear rather than mixing things up... the fulani killings & kidnappings of farmers is NOT sponsored by indigenes, it is sponsored & perpetuated by the Fulani hierarchy !!!! And that's what should be dealt with if u want a solution. https://www.nairaland.com/8077091/attahiru-bafarawa-bandits-forced-me--Look at that! Just imagine-- how logical is it for a rich man to contract fulani herdsmen ito rear cows in his town.. they kill people and come back to kill and injure people and he is happy working with them ? See don't let's mix things up... the widespread attack of indigenes across different states and that starting all of a sudden in buhari 's time is not just caused by the various rich indigenes.. they were emboldened by the fulanis in govt , in police, in the military with buhari being the chief enabler. Even this ur town case, did u have fulani coming to kill people in the area? Did they tell you that it was rich indigenes that sent them to kill the people ? I doubt |

Responsible student should be expelled, remanded and sent to juvenile detention centers.
Anything short of these only encourages bullying.
Student need to know there are severe consequences for every crime they commit.
As for the parents of those bullies, they should be jailed for 1 year for raising thugs, and still having the audacity to enroll them in public spaces where sane students abound.
As for the students watching while their colleague was being bullied, each should be allocated one acre of grassland to cut and cleanup, for aiding and abetting. |

This is Nigeria where u shouldn't take all the govt says hook, line and sinker.. for instance d govt recently said there has been no subsidy AT ALL for the past 1 yr which from simple arithmetic ratios u can conclude is a black lie. This is very unsustainable!!! being: This is what both sides of the argument needed to note.. yes CBN is selling from reserves but as long as it keeps getting replenished at same volume, no issues. My addition is that the major reason why there has a been a higher supply is because the IOCs have been mandated to keep 50% of their sales for 3 months b4 repatriation. After 3 months, let's see what will happen. Long term solution is higher crude production, more exports and local production ! |
