The entire new testament was written to Christians.. Do u count it ordinary that the letters in the epistles are the ones that were cannonized? Do u know hw many letters have been written to Christians ? Christians had better not follow this heresy so that their inheritance will not be deducted from like Rev 22:19 warns. Because the next heresy after this is all of Paul is wrong, all of John is wrong, James is wrong &revelation is an hallucination!! Whereas the gospels itself cannot be understood well except with the light of the epistles Christians should run from this wrong doctrine |
If Nigeria likes let it sell oil in cowries, it changes nothing aboutbthe economy. the fundamental issue is what is ur import demand value versus export value. For instance, u sell in naira, where will China get the naira they will use to buy d oil from? They will send goods to u.. the value of the goods they will send must be same as the value of the oil... Same thing happens whether d currency is $, pound or cowries... it is value for value!! U reduce usd demand and also reduce d supply at the same time... no effect |
jmoore:Pls help tell LadyExcellency o... The current high inflation is majorly caused by fx rate as we import a lot.. local food inflation is caused by reduced supply and high diesel cost... The inflation currently is not in anyway caused by excess money supply... So.why raise interest rates so high as to kill manufacturing & d rest of d real sector? What sort of militant economics is that ? |
HeadNigga:Lols @HeadNigga, use ur big Head!! Did he tell u that he came back for visit, did he suggest in any way that he went back? No go allow ds ur ginger for abroad to lead u where u no know o! See as u are just give yoursf imagination wey no dey-- he only came for visit. LOL |
@HeadNigga, use that ur Head wey big to learn! No go dey do gragra... u r not d only one in d country, pple are also going through things and everybody cannot leave! Learn! AuthorMan: |
AllenSpencer:Big risk, low probability... Not worth living the one life u have like that! Better to even return to the village and be eating fresh food than running helter skelter in a racist land |
sweetkev:It was!! Even d govt wasn't paying salaries... I don't know any govt worker that bought car used or tokunbo in that period. |
JustPowerApps:Better to buy generator or save money for solar panel than to be working & shivering in subzero temperature. Better still relocate to Aba. Think geometric IPP |
tensazangetsu20:Tensa, over 25 yrs ago, Nigerians were in a terrible economic state with abacha as HoS. It was worse than now.. pple were being owed salaries... there was no end in sight.. But then it passed.. this will also pass @ HeadNigga.. i feel japa is still not necessary... finances are not the only aspect of your life.. there is family, culture, sense of belonging, raising of children, food, social arrangement, religion, weather etc.. |
abdeiz:Actually mowe is better than ikorodu in terms of traffic |
Why not Ghana? |
TradingGod:See this comical child attributing technological developments to his generation.. if it were not for the meticulousness of the previous generations, would u have those technologies u so brag about? |
sirgalahad26:Nah dm be this... nah wetin dm still dey talk. Simple something called respect for age, hin call am ego show... SMH... spoilt pikin. |
Is it the future dollars that has been mortgaged already with previous foreign loans? |
You can't just throw the blame at the people... there is a reason why there is something called govt.. the people can't coordinate themselves.. the govt is the one to.coordinate the people... What has the govt done to create an enabling environmental for local production of agric items-- is it by allowing fulani herdsmen crises? We still don't have constant power that is necessary for manufacturing! If we have these things, local versions of basic imported items can be produced and govt can put hefty tariff on the imported versions to discourage them. |
Barrywilly:It is not o... $ today is over N1,800!! So do the maths |
Trust God Pay tithes as income comes in. MAKE SURE you find a way of learning programming or graphics design or UIUX-- I mean u did CSC.. Find someone to give u old but working laptop. If it so bad u can't get around u, I'm sure if u beg for an old working laptop here on nairaland, someone will give u. U also did Stats, u should be able to teach maths. Do home lessons to keep body and soul together while u learn a tech skill. |
Nilx:SMH... U just get problem. |
Is there really subsidy to start with ? What u call subsidy due to high fx rate or high crude oil price is what the govt already made in revenue by exporting crude at same high oil price and selling dollars! It's basically in and out with d out part being d subsidy part. Subsidy exists accounting wise, but in real terms there is nothing like subsidy... |
The state police must have checks and balances so that enemies of the state gov are not hunted |
Nilx:You wish for an AR? - You are almost a goner! |
3.5? Ridiculous ! |
A lot of our problems are not BLACK man problems they are unique to only Nigeria. They are NIGERIAN problems |
NiceLegs:Hmm |
The major issue was the helicopter blowing up in flames after the crash... if it had been explosion proof, the deaths may not have happened even after crash.. Also, the copter perhaps wasn't supposed to fly in the kind of weather described |
Dozieson:Tokunbo 6-7m Nigerian used: 3.5-5m |
Rada rada.. if u like don't form vigilante and empower massively them lime Fayose did in Ekiti.. Be shedding crocodile tears |
azeecoboy:Well... for tokunbo, that will be the 03-06 corolla or camry which is about 4m. Same differences as their 08-11counterparts.. but d 03-06 corolla is a serious hotbed for theft so security of it must not be joked with at all but it's very reliable. Matrix and pontiac vibe are also great. |
guobe:Don't mind him.. Why not go and live in -20 celcius wearing the light clothes he will typically wear in Nigeria . And btw, u were talking majorly about the discomfort of the weather not about it killing per se.. so I wonder why his life expectancy comparisms |
azeecoboy:You didn't state if you don't mind Nigerian used. For a first car, I recommend the Toyota corolla or camry 08-11 Nigerian used. The corolla would have to be well secured cos of theft of parts but is more fuel economical while the camry consumes some 20% more fuel and is lower but is more roomy for a family. |
It is why Microeconomics is different from macroeconomics! As a family, even a small company, u focus on few things but as a country, u can have several things u export and also other things u produce mainly for local production. Look at USA, hw many goods and services are they major exporters of? - countless. We should be an exporter of different agric items, we should export mineral resources and we certainly can target export of refined minerals and agric commodities!! mrvitalis: |
