From the customer service center through the Trade Tracking service, the production/manufacturing attention given, Their Fund Transfer speed, Easy collection of western union and tellers relationship. . . .

They've got all it takes; all they need is more branches and ATMs.

The recently concluded Global Customer Care week was celebrated perfectly only in all branches of Diamond Bank. So I wonder what else you want from a firm who takes care of your money, if not all these. . .

Infact if anyone should be rebranding, I think it is Nigerians all around the world themselves. Im surprised that people laugh at Dora's effort to rebrand the country. I am not in support of her methods either but I cannot be against someone who is trying to change the attitude of foreigners towards me. We know government we have is crazy, but should we continue to allow that to affect us? Nigerians all around the world are working hard to make a name for themselves but they have to work 4 times harder because of the name Nigeria. People eye us with suspicious eyes. As Nigerians, it affects us every where we go.
