In recent years, I’ve started to lose all respect for this man called Falana. A good social critic / human rights advocate does not comment everything. There are times when keeping quiet is more honourable than talking rubbish, which he’s doing quite a lot now.

You are a liar and a bad tenant. It is tenants like you that give others a bad name. A landlord is within his/her right to give you a quit notice at any time during your tenancy. It could be done even whilst you still have a long existing valid rent. If you’re given a quit notice before the expiration of your rent, the landlord MUST pay you the outstanding balance.

Ifttt is not your house so how on earth do you think you can be the one to dictate if and when you get given a notice. Landlords must mark your alias and be careful of people like you.
