My question is, do i need to wait for the profile to expire before updating the new IELTS or i can update it now before my profile expire? Once the profile expire, can i still use my previous details?

Which of the big 4- I have seen few people who were able to cross over to the same big 4 here in Canada. Let your wife try her luck. Let her reach out to the HR over here. It is a beginning of new FY for most companies and recruitment might be very high.

I have 2 or more degrees, IELTS result was 9,7.5,7.5,7 LSRW, and have 3+ yrs of work experience... I see a disparity with my 'level of education' score from the CRS calculator and my profile. I am guessing that is the issue but I am not sure what to do to fix it.

I want to know about your POF... The relative and what happened.. If you don't mind please?

You may not see my PPR story - was using another moniker then. Ok I can explain what happened again.

I submitted Application in Feb 2019 as Inland applicant ( in Canada already as student ). Had both CAD and naira based POF ( family of 4). My CAD POF statement had a lump sum given to me by my distance uncle in Canada. We are related but not directly. Did gift deed for that and submitted my application with mix of naira and cad.

In August 2019- I got a rejection letter that I did not meet the eligibility criteria because the VO removed the amount gifted to me n CAD and my POF was below requirement. He said an "uncle" is not allowed to gift me money except my direct family like parent and sibling.

I was devastated because I was looking forward to PPR that time to bring in my family. I came back here for help and thanks to my people. I called CIC and challenged the decision, wrote appeal letter, submitted another statement over above the required POF again and started fasting and praying.

After 1 month the application was reopened and VO gave me 7 days to resubmit bank statement for PR. My VO was later changed ( got Infor in GCMS note) and in Oct 2019 I got PPR , it was when I ordered my GCMS note that the VO said that my initial refusal was a mistake and the file was given to another VO and I got my PPR.

My advice is gift deed should come from direct sibling or parent if possible because of some overzealous VO.

As last resort- let her get a direct supervisor/ senior person/colleague who can write for her - she needs to get evidence that she has requested from the employer and nothing was coming forth( let her make request via email ). The person can then write on plain paper ( not letter head) attach complimentary card to proof. She can then add evidences like employment letter, proof of promotion/ pay-slips/ bank proof of salary payment/ and any other document to proof that she was actually employed like tax card e.t.c

Hmm- it looks so simple and same time u can complicate matter for yourself if u are not careful. I am not in support of ur boss giving u gift deed because of an over zealous VO might say your boss is not ur direct relative. Some people have used gift deed from friends and distance relative and it worked- but I am scared in this era of overzealous VO. I was a victim of gift deed from relative and my application was rejected in 2019. Though I appealed and it was overturned and PPR was released( long story).

I would say apply wisdom - look inward there are plenty ways to handle it- my opinion.

I got admission into Babcock with my ICAN certificate so i was exempted from 100 level and 200 level that was how i came about 2 years First degree.

I also have a credential evaluation report from Foreign Credential Service of America. (FCSA)

Ok- Like I explained earlier- start the process with WES - evaluate ur BSC and ATS ( note that ICAN itself is not favorably evaluated by WES). WES evaluates ATS favourably. Use the search button up here to look for previous posts on ATS ICAN evaluation so u can learn better.
Your final report from WES will tell you if u can claim 2 or more certificate point. I hope it helps.

4. My cousin ( son to my father's elder brother) who have permanent resident in Canada

Which gives me 467 point, and that's why they invited me to apply and pay 1500CAD.

To really understand ur point - When completing EE profile- did u select cousin and did u have point awarded for cousin "which I doubt". You will only be awarded point if you had selected him as a brother. If this is the case - he is not your brother he is ur cousin - then your 467 is wrong from the beginning.

You only received nomination from Ontario based on the information you have on EE profile and if the infor is wrong - then I am not sure if u can proceed.

I know it is really hard now getting nomination - but it is better to do it right.

My opinion, there is no issue if the names are actually urs. You can do a letter of explanation to address it or sworn an affidavit of "one same person" see copy on page 1

The main thing is your name as it is written on your passport should be used for your application.

LOEs are a God-send.....just attach a two line LOE stating you decided to convert to foreign currency because of volatility of the Naira.....you may include the Naira statement to show you had the money previously if you like. If the DOM account is in the same bank where your Naira account is, great! Their bank ref letter can indicate you have been a client since 19XX!

I've been stuck in payment method and I'm getting frustrated. My application has been ready for submission over a week ago and till now I can't get seem to arrive to a viable way of paying. would have been very easy with Mater card but won't fly cos of the limit restriction. On the other hand, people are using Flutterwave by barter but their dollar rate is high at 480 for my budget of family of 2 (2,820 cad). Called one or two people I know abroad to help they said that their credit limit is low. I don't have a dollar card either. Make I rant before my head will burst.

Estimate what ur score will be- u could be on 472 if u max out ielts as Principal applicant and wife also max out.

Ur wife has a good age to be the principal applicant but with only bsc, score will be very low. She needs additional cert, does she have nce, or nd or ATS. She can go for additional cert to increase her chance of acting as PA - check page 1 for sample of short courses.

It depends though, both of u should start the process fast, score is dropping hopefully it will remain.

Read more on cic.gc.ca. dont forget to use the search button. I know u will have plenty questions , all which have been answered. Search with key words and u will be amazed of plenty answers.

How old are u, how many years of work experience, how old is your wife, what is ur wife highest qualification ( qualifications), years of experience of wife.
You need to write ielts General training, and max out all score in all sections LWRS -say 8 8 8 8 ( as example).

He paid $210, we used a Canadian address for delivery. You dont even need hard copy because after the completion of the evaluation they will send u ectopy to download. You can use someone address who is living in canada already.
I cant remember if that was what made the cost to be $210 though.
