Really if you are coming here, just be prepared for culture jolt. I stay downstairs (not basement) in a house with a Canadian guy, two Indian guys. Upstairs, there are two Nigerians and one other African guy (I don't know his nationality). Since the first day I arrived at the house, the Canadian guy has been very hostile. The Indian guy beside my room has been nice, my thoughts. Suddenly, the guy changed. If I'm coming to my room and he's going out, he'll re-enter his room and close the door. Happened like thrice. Then he stopped answering my greetings. Me too kuma stopped greeting him. The other Indian too has started this morning,.... Really strange!!!!

This has been answered extensively in previous thread. You should check that up on what the reference letter MUST contain for it to be valid.
Bank statement or proof of payment of your NYSC allowee is NOT necessarily needed. You just have to state it clearly how much you were paid on a per month or per annum basis.

I used NYSC and like they say the rest is history..just identify the appropriate NOC aligned with the NYSC role and get the appropriate reference letter and you are good to go.

It will not work..because that's not considered a valid Canadian experience.If you are a student in Canada on study permit, your part time job either as teaching assistant or otherwise does not count until you have graduated and have a proper and valid work permit..then work experience will count subsequently
