All i can say take a deep breath,think about your situation before you make a decision.
What I really don't understand is did u not sit down and talk about the issue of race.it is a big issue when it comes to marriage alot of African and Caucasian marriages don't end well.It did not just start today but time have proven it(don't get me wrong: I did not say all,I said some) but be strong for yourself and your kids.Your husband is just a asshole I don't care whatever anyone say because what kind of a man will will be think of leaving his wife and kids.Lets not even talk about the wife,what about the innocent baby and then someone will tell me we don't know the truth of the story(that's the most unreasonable thing I have ever heard).

Lovey 2, I do not know where you are based, but I hope this helps. Use unsalted butter as a substitute for margarine. Margarine tends to make a cake heavy and dry. If you live in the UK or U.S., one cup of sour cream in every cake recipe will make your cake moist and dense. I think it's more of a personal thing rather than generalise which is better because I guarantee you we can argue forever if it is safe to keep our little angels in their own crib or share the same bed with us.
For me I have two kids and am about to have another one soon
I slept with the first one on the same bed for a long time which I did not regret,the second is a little bit demand for attention but I allowed him to sleep by himself at 7months although I always keep the door to his room open so that I can check on him from time to time and once in awhile I move his crib to my room because he is very young but I enjoy bonding with my kids.The story of kids choking when you lay them on their chest is just ridiculous because it is surprising to hear Nigerians agree with most of the stuff this doctors say; mind you most of us grew up with our aged parents in the village and those people gave us the best care which is far better than what we even give to our kids due to demand on our time from work and other activities but the bottom line is we all know what to do best if you think it's safe or better for you to keep you kid in a crib in a separate room so be it but if you think other wise go on ahead with it because it the individual that will reap the benefit and not those on this blog.

For everyone's information, natural palm oil does not contain cholesterol. Palm oil contains vegetable fat. Cholesterol is only present in animal fat. I can prove this, because I am a Food Science and Chemistry major. So enjoy your palm oil without guilt or fear of coronary thrombosis.

Marrying a military personnel have allot that goes with it.It is different from dating someone in the Military.
My husband is in Iraq right now serving in OIF.He calls all the time but it's not the same compared to when he was home although he was away from home allot going through trainings in the field.Our second child was two months old when he left.The men in uniform are definitely doing a great job defending our country it does not matter if they are in the U.S or in another country the truth is that allot of people don't have the mind to do what they do.

Don't bother yourself about the whole issue.I myself also went through the samething the only difference was that when it was time for him to let go he chased me out without getting the paper work done but I beat him to his game and got it myself.he sure has his green card now but who care I have learned to move on.I don't love him and he does not love me too.I was born and raised in the states but I still love my father land.He is just one of those people who go about to distroy the image of Nigerians.The law of karma will definitely pay him back in due time.
Honestly I am really surprised at how Nigerians lie with religion and still go ahead to commit their atrocities.

This is a common trend among die hard Nigerians who want to come to America at all cost but in reality when this men and women get what they want they really don't do much with it than go mess around with someone else having kids all over the place and engage in illegal activities.
I had an experience with my ex-Hus,he came here because He want his green card now he has what he want but won't let go.I don't love him and he never did love me too all he wanted was his papers to come to the states.

In the United States, I cook cocoyam pottage. Boil the cocoyams in the right amount of water, when it is soft, then add a few tablespoonful of tomato paste or sauce. teetee2, If you are in Nigeria, then you are lucky. Serve food like fried rice, meat pies, suyas, non alcoholic wines, buns, and scotch eggs. Keep it simple. Angolobabe, thank you for posting this topic. I am also from Rivers State, but I am legally married to a man from Delta State. My half brothers are also adamant about me having a traditional marriage. Of course, I know that my deadbeat half brothers want my husband's money. My husband and I discussed about it and came to a unanimous decision to send my parents-in law with delegates and the bride price. This might work for you too. Send elderly delegates from your village with kolanuts and other traditional delicacies along with the bride price. If you father cares about you, he will understand the financial ramifications that go along with travelling to Nigeria. I hope this helps.
