Start by fixing roads first and creating various alternative routes and you wouldn't have to spend too much on Traffic Report Navi Systems....

Yes, we know that they are working on alternative means of transportation and that's a welcome development. Let's try the water ways and rails. Traffic radio is already doing what he wants to import equipments to do. Put lastma officials and police men in areas where commercial bus drivers cause traffic and commotion to aid free flow of traffic. I just see an avenue to embezzled funds by claiming to import equipments whose purpose have already been served.

You are right. What the OP is talking about, are girls taking pictures in several hotel rooms, car passenger seats and clubs. I have seen girls with instagram pages with so many hotel rooms (and restroom mirrors with the duck lips pose (pucker lips if you like)) pictures. If they were there for an event, they would have taken pictures of the event. If its a once in a while thingy, they wont have so many of those pictures. I have spent the night with girls that always take selfies in the passenger seat when i go and drop them off. When those girls use pictures of other passenger seats, what impression will that create for me. but i am always like, its none of my bizniz. Ball on.

I have had those many times. Some times it hard to convince myself that i had not done those stuffs. It used to be short before, i would actually kinda believe that i stood up to pray only to wake up from my bed knowing that something was not right and that i actually did not wake up to pray, but my mind did. Went as far as waking up and brushing my teeth once and receiving a phone call from someone i wanted to call, only to find out later from the person that we never spoke on the phone...... false awakenings, so that's what those are called ....... freaky.

I think the man should have just shown us one northern baby factory rather than speculate. I don't even think the dude knows what a baby factory is. Yes, the North has a population problem, maybe because most northerners don't believe in child spacing and birth control. Some Northerners believe a child is a gift from God and God will provide for the child, hence the child has to fend for his or herself. The number one thing is to try and change the mentality. As for baby factories, He should have just spoken against it rather than try to turn it into a tribal issue..

I am not judging the school. It's a nice school. I just think that if I was given the opportunity to attend summer school with or without your school facilities, I think things would have been easier. Federal schools just make shyte hard for peeps. This discussion won't be sweet on a forum. Look for someone that attended OAU or UNILAG or UNN or those major federal schools, sit down and let them tell you the woes and troubles of attending a federal school. Before you can think or even talk about a first class. As in schools that have prerequisite courses, where you will already know that you will have an extra year in your year 2 when you fail one course.

Is it true that covenant uni runs a summer school where you can resit failed courses during the holidays before its added to your cgpa. But you will have to pay extra.
