I missed graduation last session because of this.

Hi Everyone,

I'm in the process of ECA evaluation by WES and i need clarification about something, I see that the highest level of education is what is required to submit for evaluation, In my case my BSc is only 3 years as i entered through direct entry (IJMB) and i saw the below statement on WES website:

"If you had direct entry into the second year of study, you must also provide documentation for prior study, e.g. IJMB exam certificate, A-level results, National Certificate of Education, National Diploma or Higher National Diploma."

My question is do i need to add IJMB as part of the evaluation which needs to be sent by ABU Zaria or just add only my BSc and wait till WES reaches out and i provide the exam certificates? I saw in the previous threads that some people also had issues with this specifically, I'd appreciate some answers or if anyone who had this issue and was able to sort it out could guide me.

Go to your study Centre to verify if your TP was upload on the Project Admin System (PAS) in 2022/2 semester. Sometimes, study centres forget to upload. Sometimes, even those that upload don't see their result due to one problem or the other. Overall, get to your study and make findings. If it was uploaded, the details are still on the PAS. Get a print out (if possible) as an evidence and attach to you complain on the e-ticket. I hope this helps.

I am a PGDE student at the Ibadan study Center. I did my TP last year in September and till now my result has not been uploaded. I have spoken to the faculty officer and raised a ticket concerning it on the support platform. I have attached a screenshot of the reply I got.

Can anyone suggest what else I can do? I want to make sure my name comes out on the next graduating list.

Just go to the collection centre, submit your slip when they ask for it and wait for your passport!

The process was very fast as I got my passport within 1hr and no officer harrass me for me. They only ask you to bless their box when confirming the receipt of your passport. You can drop anything you have like N100 or N200.

Please, if I have passed all my courses but haven't done my convocation. Do you think NOUN can send my transcript if I request it?

You will be attended to when they are done with those that paid them, it might be around 5pm or a little earlier than that.

WES evaluation will only bring out the names on your certificate according to how it is on your certificate. They have nothing to do with how your name is arranged on the cert.

Yeah. That's the plan. She intends making a new payment directly and then go to the school with the receipt to get a letter of confirmation that she competed the her first degree in the school. One of the schools that have her admission is willing to accept this letter pending when the transcript is available.

If you can't confirm if he made the payment or not, just start the process all over again by making a fresh payment and I think you can also send an email to appeal to them.

Have you applied from EKSU's website?
I think you need to pay 10k.

Everybody I have talked to so far have told me fast tracking is not sure.
The best bet is to apply and pay online and then hope for the best.

Unfortunately, the schools that have so far given her admission are asking for transcript. She had also explored the option of fast track through a middleman but guy man don chop money dey come up with different stories.

How many single people can actually boast of earning 600k per month in Nigeria? I believe you have not been to Nigeria for a long time and you do not have a clear picture of how things are in Nigeria.

I know you are trying to let people know how things are in Canade, but you people should stop "romaticizing" Nigeria, if you were able to save like that when you were in Nigeria, you wouldn't have left.

There is really no place like home but they have made Nigeria grossly insecure and unlivable. In naija, a single girl earning 600k can easily save 500k without hassle, in Canada, 600k is about 1200CAD which is like 1/3 of your monthly earning. Yet, you can not save beyond 200 CAD per month because of bills! There is really no place like home....may God rid Nigerian of evil politicians and people ruining the country. Let there be a new Nigeria!

Good morning guys kindly put me thru on this I have my ielts ready and I just completed my MSc program but the senete committee in my school have not sat on the result since ASUU has been on strike for months now so inorder not to waste too much time I want to evaluate my B-Tech result but the naira equivalent is extremely high 170k now if I eventually evaluate the BSc would I still pay another 170 for MSc evaluation with Wes? Kindly advice me guys or I sud wait till God knows when ASUU will call off ?

I submitted my file last week Friday and I captured yesterday.

Just make sure it is not the same day as the day for your capturing.

And if it's DIY, get there early because they won't do the required things, you will have to take your file to the office where it will be signed and where you will be interviewed yourself. After the interview, they will not attend to you till they capture all those that didn't do DIY. So prepare your mind and dedicate the whole day to the process.

Mine is still in Nov though. I live far and thinking of when to go for submission of file before capture

DIY Ibadan capturing. Just make sure to be patient and get to the immigration office on time, because you will be the one to collect your file from the office you submitted all your documents and take it to the office where verification and the Interview will be done. I got there around 8 am and left by 4 pm.
