Once you've successfully registered, you don't need this. Because only mobilised PCMs can register.

99% of Nigerian Universities have trashy websites.
UI, UNN, Unilorin, ABU, Uniport alongside all Federal universities have trashy websites. UNN tried though, with a quite informative website but awful graphics still.

Babcock, Bells, Crawford, ABUAD have super awful websites and zero 'official' presence on social media-too poor for private universities!

AUN, Elizade, Landmark, Covenant are the only four universities with well updated websites, no broken links and heavy 'official' presence on SM.

I can't speak for the others, but I sure can speak of UNN's website. It's always updated with a strong social media presence, Google scholar hyperlinks, etc. The site is updated regularly.
I as an alumnus still visit the UNN website, I still get updates from my student email of information being posted on the website. visit: unn.edu.ng and don't deceive Nairalanders.

We know our (federal universities) problem. It's not entirely funding (it is only partly funding), our major problem is mismanagement, nepotism and the quota system.

Well I would assume so. They don't want you to take ill (camp-induced illness) whilst in camp. If you have any issues medically that is significant, get a doctors report and take it to camp with you.

In Nigeria you could travel from Calabar to Lagos in 2 hours. The google satellite map says the distance between Calabar and Lagos is 500 Miles and the current travel time is 12 Hours. And that's because there's a lot of winding roads. The bullet train would be 1 and half hour from Calabar to Lagos if the track is straight . Nigeria is around the same size as Texas and a little bit larger than California.
Japan is exactly the same size as California.

On Another Note, It's clear by looking at the Nigerian interstate roads which were built by the colonialist ,Nigeria needs new and modern interstate roadways . For example ,it makes no sense that you have to drive north through Onitsha instead of a straight coastal road through river state,Bayelsa state ,Delta State to Lagos . By coastal and good coastal road, distance from Calabar to Lagos would be 6 Hours,instead of 12 Hours.

Besides, schools in the east goes beyond UNN. What about ABSU (20), Uniuyo(6), Akwa Ibom State University (33), Uniport (less than 90), Unical (less than 50) and others?

Whereas Covenant, UI, OAU, FUNABB and even OOU will convocate more than 100 students? And yet folks wonder why we've more Yorubas in top schools globally and corporations?

The non-teaching staff of Nigerian universities have suspended their strike.
The staff, members of three unions, NASU, SSANU, and NAAT, announced the suspension of the three month and 10 days old strike on Wednesday.
Samson Ugwoke, the national chairman of the Joint Action Committee of the three unions announced suspension on Wednesday at a press briefing.
He said members of the three unions have been directed to resume on March 15, 2018.
“We shall not hesitate to resume the strike if government reneges on the agreements reached or delays in any aspects,” he said.
The workers commenced the strike on December 4, 2017.
