Why is the Nigerian army trending negatively recently? A corporal beat up a lady in Ikeja today at an ATM. What did she do? Nothing...

What would you do?
Human life is top priority, even a criminal has a right to life. And the constitution guarantees the criminal the right to a fair hearing. In other words the only thing to do is to apprehend the looters by any lawful means. You can't kill them because the punishment for criminals isn't the death penalty. Besides I believe preventing crime is in jurisdiction of the police and not the army.

This is how I see it.

Asymptomatic means not showing symptoms. You may not be showing symptoms but your test results will be positive.

you should focuse more on the rising security issues in the south east.

The communal killings between ebonyi and Benue, communal clashes in Anambra.

And the recent attacks on security agents by ipob members.

That's how Bokoharam started... They came as freedom fighters... Fighting the government and attacking security operatives.

Whit time they started killing their own people...

You see those ipobs una dey celebrate for attacking security operatives... Them go still come after una if una no control them on time.
This person is mad. Communal clashes in which Anambra?

You're stupíd for comparing Ipob and the terrorists that are boko haram. Ipob may be a problem in their modus operandi, but they're not terrorists, they're simply secessionists whose excesses should be checkmated.

Don't be unfortunate to place them side by side Boko haram

RomanceRe: ``I Love You,"is Boring And Clichè, Use These Sentences As Words Of Affirmation by Bifrost:
Chigo247:
Love can be termed more of an action than just a
feeling. When you love someone, only words can’t
express the extent of your feeling, therefore
accompanying them with actions proves the whole
perspective of love. That’s why the proverbial
saying goes, actions speak louder than words.
There are different ways of expressing your love to
someone and there are also different ways that
everyone wants love to be expressed to them.
There are those who love words of affirmation, they
love when they are told, “I love you”, While others
prefer acts of service as a form to prove love, other
people love been gifted as a form to show you love
them, there are those people that prefer physical
touch and finally there are those that prefer
spending of sparing quality time just for them as a
prove for your love.
Of all the above love languages, the highest
percentage of people fall in the category of words
of affirmation as a form to prove you love them.
The most common words of affirmation that are
used are “I love you” which to some may sound a
cliché with time. As a result they grow to lose the
touch of these words. Instead of being a victim of
the cliché “I love you”, use the sentences below
and improve your game on the words of
affirmation.
1.You make me breathless
2.You make my world the most beautiful
3.You are the King/Queen of my Kingdom of love
4.You’re nothing short of a blessing to me
5.You’re the treasure that I seek
6.I find joy in being with you.
7.You light up my world.
8.My heart beat because of you and for you.
9.You are such a priceless gem in my life.
10.With you I find comfort
11.You are my safe haven
12.You are my anchor
13.You lift up my spirit
14.You are my bundle of joy
15.With you the world rotates in my favor
16.With you, I have no regrets
17.You are my sun in the morning and moon at
night
18.You build an Empire in my world.
19.You mean more than a world to me
20.You are the warmth I seek
21.You are a proof of true love.
22.You complete me
23.I’m smitten with you
24.You are my best Mistake
25.You are my favorite and all time addiction
26.Your voice calms me down.
27.I could stare into your eyes all day all night
28.when I count my blessings I count you twice.
29.If you had a twin I’d still choose you.
30.I will climb the toughest mountains and cross
the most scary sea just for you.
31.You are the most amazing and beautiful part of
my reality
32.My affection with you knows no bound
33.I want to do life with you.
34.Words cannot express your worth to me
35.There is nothing I’d trade you for in the world.
36.I feel safe and sound with you.
37.My world is way better with you in it
38.You make my journey of earth amazing and
lovely
39.With you I’d live a million years
40.I want to grow old with you.
Actually it is your list that is clichéd and boring.

"I love you" remains the best verbal expression of how you feel about someone. And what makes the difference is how you say it to the the person you love.

A serious bomb blast just happened somewhere in Borno (about 6000 km from the capital) that left more than 30 persons seriously injured and require immediate medical attention.
As a commander in charge of the rescue operation, how will you get these victims to Maiduguri if you have a jet that can take maximum of 6 persons per trip with a velocity of 200 m/s. And a bus that can accommodate maximum of 22 persons per trip with a velocity of 30 m/s. But you can only use one of the options available to you.
Note: the longer the victims stay without medical attention, the greater their chance of dying.

Expect this question in your exam.

If you come across such question, don't spend more than 30 seconds in it. It you haven't got an answer after 30 seconds, move to the next before you hear "pens up"

Don't understand this statement bro, what query?
Search queries are used to sort or filter specific data on a database using a particular search criteria. In this case the application portal will be queried using the minimum academic requirements as outlined by the NA, the minimum screening height can also form part of this filtering criteria. Such that all applications that meet the set criteria will make the shortlist.

Impressive...when it comes to rail transport development, this administration has done well. Hopefully we'll get to a point where crude oil products will begin to be transported more via rail than on roads. Weldone Amaechi and his team.
Don't you think using "impressive" to describe the current Nigerian rail development in this administration is rather high praise? Have you seen the trains? They're like upgraded versions of the trains used in the 40's.

In 2020, not one high speed/bullet train. Perhaps a fair enough development, certainly not impressive.

Please i need your advice, good people of Nairaland.
.
¶ I want to study Geology in UNN when they resume.
( I easily understand topics on any that relates to the Earth )
¶ Is it a good course you to do in the University nowadays? OR Which other course would be better?
.
**UNN Experts, Please Help A Brother.**
.
Thanks and God bless....wink
grin

You will enjoy Geology in UNN.
But let me clarify something for you, it you think because you're good in Geography then Geology is the right course for you, then think again.

In addition to Geography, you should be grounded in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and a bit of biology to be able to survive the rigours of the course contents. And I say this, knowing how the course is structured in UNN.
There's Petrology where you carry out indepth study rocks and their properties, even with the use of Microscope. There's Palaeontology/Palaeobiology (your biology knowledge is important) where you study fossils and fossil deposit. There's crystallography and mineralogy (you require a good mastery of chemistry) where you carry out indepth study of mineral property. There's structural geology and geophysics, you should be grounded in Physics and mathematics if you want to enjoy this course, else you'll fail out. There's sedimentology, petroleum geology, engineering geology etc... And you will go for a lot of field trips.

In summary, if you think you love Geography but your background in Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology are weak. My brother, opt for Geography. Otherwise, Geology is an interesting course of study.

Just bear in mind that there's a huge distinction between Geology and Geography.
