Politics / Re: Lagos Roads Get Flooded Again! by BigB11(m): 2:11am On Sep 03, 2011
Fashola is the best governor ever! Give me a break!
These fools will rather spend more stolen money on buying more Range Rovers to move around during raining season than fixing the roads.

Nigeria has no leader; this country is only blessed with bunch of greedy figure-heads.
F00ls leading f00lish people, what a beautiful movie.
Politics / Re: Boko Haram: Jonathan Employs Israeli Security For Aso Rock by BigB11(m): 2:04am On Sep 03, 2011
Nigeria got no sense of security; this is the only smart move he Jonathan has made so far.
An advise given to him by "you know who"
Politics / Re: GEJ Contacts Retired Military Chiefs Over Escalating Attacks by BigB11(m): 8:35pm On Sep 01, 2011
I wonder who recommended Gasua in the first place. Can someone guess?
Politics / Re: GEJ Contacts Retired Military Chiefs Over Escalating Attacks by BigB11(m): 8:34pm On Sep 01, 2011
This is absolutely true. Just yesterday, I was at IBB's Hilltop house. We were not allowed to enter into the compound so we packed outside in front of the gate. The only guy who entered the house said He saw Anyim Pius Anyim inside the house. I think he brought a message from the presidency. When he was going back I saw him too with some Hilux vehicles in a Jeep. We concluded that He brought Sallah greetings from the presidency but now I am thinking it has to do with security issues.
Pls, tell them.

@Beaf Pork: Is this all you got?
You're starting to sound like Uncle Blue's Clue.

Why not just do yourself a favor and go somewhere?
Politics / Re: GEJ Contacts Retired Military Chiefs Over Escalating Attacks by BigB11(m): 2:30pm On Sep 01, 2011
This is what we get for planting a clueless president into the Aso rock.
It is absolutely shameful for anyone to come forward to attempt to defend the intelligence or leadership/management knowledge of this president. The dude can't even defend himself.
He is the president today simply because the big wigs (enemies of Nigeria) prefer a dumb dumb president; an entity that they can easily step all over without any hesitation.

Yaradua was Baba Go Slow
Jonathan is Uncle Blue's Clue

This dude has no clue.
Politics / Re: GEJ Contacts Retired Military Chiefs Over Escalating Attacks by BigB11(m): 2:18pm On Sep 01, 2011
What a joke! and another wasted 4 years.
Politics / Re: GEJ Contacts Retired Military Chiefs Over Escalating Attacks by BigB11(m): 2:17pm On Sep 01, 2011
Can you all imagine Obama contacting John McCain for economy advice?
Politics / Re: GEJ Contacts Retired Military Chiefs Over Escalating Attacks by BigB11(m): 2:13pm On Sep 01, 2011
@Beaf Meat: Let's return back to the topic.
How come your Oga "Blue's Clue" is going back to his opponents for help?
Are you saying he can't find 1 Ijaw member to deal with BH?
Politics / Re: GEJ Contacts Retired Military Chiefs Over Escalating Attacks by BigB11(m): 2:01pm On Sep 01, 2011
@Beaf: It isn't IBB or myself, so don't hate.
Instead, Just look closer into your oga's eyes, it won't take you too long to realize that he can not survive without constantly contacting IBB for advise; it is written all over his face. In fact, he still stated this fact just last week.

We all need a shoulder to lean and cry on; it is what it is.
Politics / Re: If Buhari Had Won The April Polls by BigB11(m): 4:58am On Sep 01, 2011
It was stated somewhere that the root of our issues in Nigeria is divided into two parts: 1. Corruption and 2. Indiscipline
If this is true, then something serious is wrong with your head if you think Buhari wouldn't have been the most important and the missing puzzle among other figure-head candidates.

Comparing Buhari to Jonathan is nothing but a serious disrespect. Just stop it!
Politics / Re: GEJ Contacts Retired Military Chiefs Over Escalating Attacks by BigB11(m): 4:51am On Sep 01, 2011
FACT: Charisma, Wisdom and right Connections will make Boko Haram go away.
Politics / Re: GEJ Contacts Retired Military Chiefs Over Escalating Attacks by BigB11(m): 4:47am On Sep 01, 2011
Jonathan will/can not survive a day without contacting IBB for prescription.
FACT: IBB happens to be Jonathan's number 1 and only trusted political friend in the entire country.

By the end of the year we shall all have an idea of who is really running the show in Abuja.

Just chill out and see.
Politics / Re: IBB - I'll Re-Marry Soon Following The Demise Of My Wife Maryam by BigB11(m): 7:09pm On Aug 22, 2011
I do not know why people crave to be f00lish by spreading or believing ridiculous rumor.

Maryam was the first and only wife.

It will simply be unfair to compare a LION with a gorilla; IBB isn't obj in any way.
Politics / Re: Obj Vs Ibb: You’re An Ingrate, Fani- Kayode Tells Obasanjo by BigB11(m): 6:14pm On Aug 22, 2011
@emmatok,
which part of your body did u use to reason out what you wrote above? did i see this write up very well? obasanjo - the father of africa? if all of us begin to think and reason like u, it means africa is a father-less continent. what name will you give to great men like belewa, azikiwe, awolowo here in nigeria and mandella and julius nyerere outside here? i don't think u are through yet with your primary education.
a man morally dead and buried, father of africa? a man that can not father his own biological children talk-less ogun state, nigeria now turning out to be the father of africa. if your types are not sent to rehabilitation homes, u will go ahead and make him the father of the world. do u know why obasanjo stopped nigerian advertisements with CNN after CNN made a documentary on niger delta?
any world leader that is coming to nigeria is either coming for crude oil or military men ready to die in the name of peace keepers and outside these two, nigeria will not have anything to do with normal ppl.
madella is worshiped not only in south africa but the world round. a man that went to jail for 27 yrs and refused to rule beyond 4 yrs while u have a greedy that ruled nigeria for over 10 yrs and wanted a constitutional amendment to get third term. your father indeed. a shameless man that could sleep with his own daughter in-law becoming the father of africa. u are less than any name i can remember now.

Absolutely on point.

IBB today, IBB tomorrow and IBB forever.
Politics / Re: IBB - I'll Re-Marry Soon Following The Demise Of My Wife Maryam by BigB11(m): 3:39pm On Aug 22, 2011
One of the best qualities of IBB is the sincere respect he has for his family. He is loyal, focused, and extremely dedicated to his folks. And the mannerism of his children speaks a lot about a great job he has done as an excellent father.
His love for his wife can never be matched; he calls his wife, his best friend and a priceless gift from God.

Believe it or not, the announcement that he will re-marry was made simply because of the respect, affection and love he has for his children and Nigerians in general. Therefore, this announcement should be treated with proper respect and honor.

Unlike other "leader", I can assure you with a complete confidence that IBB will never sleep with his daughter in-law under all circumstances.

Regardless of how anyone sees it, IBB will forever be the greatest leader and an incredible role model this country has ever produced. You can sit and actually come up with 1000s of his great qualities you want to emulate in your personal lives.

Politics / Re: Obj Vs Ibb: You’re An Ingrate, Fani- Kayode Tells Obasanjo by BigB11(m): 12:14am On Aug 22, 2011
IBB is simply a lion, the king of the jungle. Just wait for a few more days and see what else is out there for OBJ.

You immediately become a st upid F00l when you bite the finger that fed you once before.
Politics / Re: Ibb To Obj: It’s An Eye For An Eye by BigB11(m): 3:04pm On Aug 21, 2011
The only regret of IBB is initiating the release of OBJ from prison, cleaning him up and selling the idea of OBJ becoming the president to Nigerians.
Politics / Re: Call Obasanjo, Ibb, To Order, Govs Tell Jonathan by BigB11(m): 2:59pm On Aug 21, 2011
How can you ask a man that continues to wet his pant whenever he comes across IBB (in person or via phone) to call IBB to order?
How can you expect a mere deer to call a LION to order in a jungle?
Politics / Re: Call Obasanjo, Ibb, To Order, Govs Tell Jonathan by BigB11(m): 10:49pm On Aug 20, 2011
It wouldn't be necessary to call IBB to order; he knows when to sit and when to stand. He just doesn't do things just for the fun of it. Trust me, there is a reason why he made a statement regarding OBJ's failure on his 70th birthday.
Just chill and see what happens.
Politics / Re: Ibb Is A Pillar Of Unity, Stability, Says Atiku by BigB11(m): 10:36pm On Aug 20, 2011
IBB continues to empower or integrate folks from different cultural backgrounds/ethnic backgrounds. He basically represents a form of ethnicity striping for economic success and a better Nigeria.
Regardless of all negative things being put out there about him, he is still the only old school politician that gets unconditional love from all corners (from North to South and from East to West) of Nigeria.

I think Atiku completely knows what he's talking about.
Politics / Re: Augustus Aikhomu Is Dead by BigB11(m): 5:40pm On Aug 18, 2011
Disrespecting the dead will not solve anything, but empowers the rest of the people you're calling enemies.

When Abacha died, just like what we are seeing today on Nairaland, Nigerians mostly came out with full force with all kinds of negative comments about the dude (Abacha). Here we are today after almost 15 years still nursing the same sh1t, the same defective system with absolutely nothing changed positively.
What most of us do not understand is, as 1 Abacha dies another 1000 younger Abachas are entering the system left and right. If it makes you feel good about yourselves, you can carry on and pour out negative comments on these folks as you want, but the fact remains the same; Nigeria as a nation will remain the same until we are all ready to get our lazy behind out there, join hands and work together toward making this country number 1 once again.

Just in case you do not know, FYI: Younger politicians in Nigeria today are more aggressive, corrupt, sharp and have absolutely nothing to offer this country, but yet many of us think they are the solution to all our trouble. I guess, it is true that a blind man is a blind man.
So, you can continue to wait and rejoice as the older ones die out, but I can guarantee you that it doesn't mean anything; their younger replacements are ready to take over and do what you guys love the most (take you for a long ride).

I wonder how long it will take to realize that our issues in Nigeria are bigger than just pin-head politicians, if that wasn't the case Nigerians would have done what Egyptians did a few months ago many years ago.  But we have no true leadership among ourselves, no courage, no self respect, no plans, no future; everybody just want to eat and sh1t.

Just look in the mirror.

Augustus Aikhomu did his part, what are your plans?
Politics / Re: Augustus Aikhomu Is Dead by BigB11(m): 5:07pm On Aug 18, 2011
Nigeria's first Admiral by the way!
ogajim:

Wow, really?
I did not know, thanks for the info.
Politics / Re: Augustus Aikhomu Is Dead by BigB11(m): 4:03pm On Aug 18, 2011
I used to think it was NIGERIAN not to speak ill of the dead but I guess I am WRONG.

If you were in Nigerian or old enough to see for your self during the IBB years, there was no mistake who was in charge or who called the shots, if you are now going to blame a dead guy for not disassociating himself from a military decision, you must not be aware of military guidelines and principles.
Great point.

It is important to clearly understand the difference btw Military regime and Democracy regime, unfortunately, many of us have no idea.
Politics / Re: Augustus Aikhomu Is Dead by BigB11(m): 3:59pm On Aug 18, 2011
I do not have respect or support any of these individuals listed, but one can easily measure how civilized a culture is by the way its dead are treated.
Aikhomu is gone, thank God we are still here. The question is, what plans do YOU have to enhance the developmental standards of your country?
Absolutely on point.

Augustus Aikhomu, rest in peace.
Politics / Re: Augustus Aikhomu Is Dead by BigB11(m): 12:57am On Aug 18, 2011
@kurus:
Could you kindly list 4 things you and your father have accomplished over the years judging anybody?

St upid H0m0!
Politics / Re: Augustus Aikhomu Is Dead by BigB11(m): 11:47pm On Aug 17, 2011
@Sagamite:
Don't worry brother, we are all going to be judged.
