Without education, by chance if you attain enviable heights in the field you find yourself, you may require to go for leadership courses, seminars, workshops etc, anywhere in the world, that alone is educative and may be given certificate of attendance. Infact getting to the military school must have a criteria, which I believe he met before he was trained, he was able to pass out and he excelled, that alone is also education, that should be certificated. To this extent, the President is very well educated, rich in experience but for qualifications, none has been proven, which to me is not an issue. In this context, he made it without the generally acceptable entry qualifications, be it primary school cert, secondary school cert or tertiary school cert. Like he is condemning those who do not have the opportunity he has. Many made it without qualifications but with education, which may not require being certificated. Apprentices in different businesses, trades, crafts, entrepreneurship training, with reasonable capital, do excel. Due to lack of jobs, many with qualifications, abandoned it and made it from the trade they educates themselves. He can simply skip that part of the address or better, if has said without education rather than saying without qualifications.
