Oga spyder, are these types of bathroom doors best fixed after plastering or before plastering.. Or after tiling..

Preferred after Plastering just because of stains on it that's all. So the bricklayers will make the provision by making the window and belt areas rough for the installer. That's all.

Except the bricklayers assure you that they will be doing cleaning as well as Plastering which is rare. So to save yourself the stress. Let them plaster finish. The hood guy go and do his work.

Ready made HDF Doors are similar to the ones we do at site just that they come with a specific size (standard door size), whereas the ones we do are custom made based on the spaces we have for it. So in terms of quality, once they are HDF made up, it's same. Also the unique thing about the one we do by ourselves is the ability to introduce designs RI them at will.

German cast doors and turkey based doors are both good, though their varying differences may come from designs to other security features. However, their water resistant capabilities may also vary depending on their positioning in the building... External entrance doors can mostly be affected due to weather of it is not guarded away from direct rain and sunshine

Oga Dennis, is it better to do window hood, walll belt and precast fence coping before or after plastering and why?

Quick question pls.. What do you think about ready made hdf doors? The types being sold at top door shops at orile? Also what do u think about german cast doors...? are they Better than turkey luxury doors?

By tomorrow, we will power this project lighting works and tests all points, switches, lights, sockets.

Internal fence Railing will be completed too for the staircase, tilers to do finishing touches, concrete stamping will commence this week too. It's going to be a very busy week here and I will be updating the thread directly from the eyes of my camera. Very clear shots. So expect these and keep following up with us

You are a life saver! My front door is completely covered and well hidden in a porch.. Same as the kitchen door.. Just worried about the balcony of the masters bedroom..

Thanks for your steady engagement.

Turkey doors are good.
However, subjecting them to weather over a long period of time will actually make dem fade because of too much sun exposure and rain. However, if they are hidden or shielded a bit, this can slow down the process.

Wooden door that are made of pure hardwood are good too. Unfortunately we didn't use it on this project because of the cost, but we used it at our Lekki projects because the developer can go for it.

One of the ways of maintaining turkey doors is periodic cleaning from time to time not like everyday though. Especially the key point, it's subject to rust over a long period of time too.

Again, your property location determines the extent to which you might wanna go for in terms of security of the door to be used...

Note - My submission here is not exhaustive at this time because there are so many other factors to be considered as well.

Also if possible recommend good doors that tick all the boxes! I would appreciate it sir! If it's not much of an inconvenience!

I just don't have much money to waste on buying things twice.. Make i close eyes buy quality once and for all

Chamberless doesn't block because of the size of pipes used for its construction. We use as much as 6 inches pipes here. All pipes we used here are very thick pipes.

Biodigester is cheaper to build than Septic Tank by a wide margin. Biodigester ranges between 350 - 500K. Septic Tank and soakaway can cost between 900K - 1.3m depending on the size

Is there any advantage of the chamberless over the chambered system.?

In terms of cost, is biodigester cheaper than septic tank? What's the estimated cost for a biodigester for this duplex?

We are currently doing the external plumbing works. It's all chamberless pipng we are doing.

We are also using Biodigester here on this project.

Water tank stand works is ongoing too.

To your question...
The Tank Stand is for 900K though that was a tight budget for the Welder doing the job after pricing from 1.2m. However, we are taking care of providing him with cement and granite and sand for the tank stand foundation.

The tank is going to be carrying 1500 liters each.
Two levels. That's all. One tank at the top, one at the middle. So 3000 liters.

Mr Denis.. You are well versed in ur work and i admire the ease u use in going through everything.. I am a huge fan too...
