this 2.1 /2.2 brouhaha is jus too much . can we just allow it rest?
if some one goes to school and gets a certain grade that is a manifestation of that pesons ability at that particular time he /she was tested.
true they say exams are't the true test of ones knowlegde but it is still the yard stick & we just have to accept it.
oneof my pals made d 3.45 kind fo 2.2, bitter as she was, she did not start brooding .she currently works in a highly reputable firm where she had to beat two 2.1 graduaates and a first class grad

do u know wat she did ? she sat up ., made up for the lost time and startd give " upper -cuts " intelligence wise . she expanded her research scope and while i was 2 home eating and growing lazy, . cos i thot i was now time to relax, she got her self a plum job and challenged me to get ma butts up.
the point am trying to make here is that instead of dissing any grade we all shuld try and work on our self . find out ur weak points , work on them .
and develope ur strengths .
the result can carry u thru the door but u still have to have something upstairs to present.
4 me i don' t like categorising any 1so i wont' agree dat"coys that demand 2.1 are limiting them selves" .
stop dissing 2.1 grad, some ( me number one ) worked , toiled , and burnt d midnightoil 4 my result . i don't diss first classers cos that wuld be some sort of inverted snobbery don't u think?

that Onistha Oceanic bank test and entire recruitment process is so wacked. na real survival of the fitted . i mean brawn wise inclusive not only brains only.
  so u mean they still havent changed . during my service in that town i went 4 one of their exams that was last year @  DMGS that wasthe worst exam i have ever come across even to this day .
           at some point i i had to go back home even with my invitation letter cos i culdn't struggle with other candidates to enter athe hall . some entered thru the window . i bet if ther was an opening in the roof that day people wuld have gone thru it .
  after being seated for a while the staff wuld come address the ones strong enuf to get a seat that the venue ie class room has being changed . then u need to see the stampede that ensues.
    no organisation, even when i complained one of the security guy started threatening me . it was then of course that i flipped , cos guys i bin don tire . so like the typical me i gave it to him .(no becos of work i go dey take insult 4rm person wen no reach) .the other senior staff sha setlled us but by that time i was in no frame of mind to write an exam so i sha left the "babel " house  .
  i learnt the whole process turnd out to be worse cos some people stayed ther tisl 9.00pm.
             the funny side was that the even sent me a letter telling me i was unsucessfull .  . .  oh yes  . .  for the exam i didn't even seat for .
     no sweats sha i am gainfully employed now and all that is in the past .
  just felt like sharing my experience.

i tried this successfuly on my cousin when she was  little, i hope it still works now.
give that child an exaggerated account of the fable " sheep that was always crying wolf".
      In the story ,a a certain sheep was fond off calling for help pretendind that a wolf was on him. he did it the first time ,got people running to his rescue only to tell his concerned friends that he is joking, he does did continuously until people get used to his false alarms and don't act on it. it is at this point that a real wolf attacks him. even when he cries out 4 help, no one shows up because they think he is lying again .

 Describe what happened, in very vivid terms, the fate that befell the sheep @ the end of the story. my cousin was in a shock for days after that story so when i start suspecting she is lying ,i just remind her of the story and out the truth will come spilling.

Yes, if there is an establish interplay of trust (which should be the bedrock of any marriage in the first place ). but these days it 's almost impossible to get this , don't call me a cynic just being realistic here, so, i think whether a couple runs a joint accounts or not,  they should  still have independent accounts cos sometimes i think joint account ownership can be restrictive,stifling and suffocating, as one 's party 's idea of exhaling might just start to choke the other no matter the closeness. Even siamese twins yearn for independence  sometimes.
 
And i beg to differ , that a family that do no operate a joint acount, does not translate to being dysfunctional

  In life there are no hard and fast rules . one size doesn't fit all, cos it's different strokes for different folks .

I know for certain that there wuld be a 3rd batch because when i didn't get any reply from them i went to their hr @ their head office. There it was comfirmed that i was successful and that i will be with the 3rd batch in July . I don't think they would be lying because i saw it(my name on the list of successful people), myself on their system( and if u ask me they don't even have to). i was told thet i should check their site towards the end of June.
  Meanwhile since i have never been someone to put all my eggs in one basket, i have other interviews 2 prepare 4  & attend right now ,so first bank 'll just be in the pipeline.
