During the Taraba state Election Tribunal proceedings, there is this notion of "DOCTRINE OF WASTED VOTES ".
I think this notion should apply here since it is a dead end and the Electoral Act never envisaged such absurdity. It can be amended LATER to take care of such cases in future. You can not amend the Act with a retroactive effect.
So Wada of PDP should be declared winner.

There are many people in the country who enjoy constant and unbroken power for 24 hours every day, through the use of Solar Energy. The country basks in glorious, God given sunlight, showering us with vast amounts of energy daily, and all we have to do is tap that power by installing Solar Panels. But no, instead, we prefer to run generators, so enjoy.

I can tell you that in the 2 and a half years I've lived in Nigeria for, I've never owned a generator, and i've never been without power for even 1 second.

Former Oil minister, Diezani Madueke who is currently undergoing successful treatment for cancer in the United Kingdom has stated that Nigeria has a well recorded history of vilifying its oil ministers.

In an interview with Dele Momodu’s Boss Newspaper, Madueke said even President Muhammad Buhari as an oil minister (1976-1978) under then head of state, General Olusegun Obasanjo was accused of N2.8 billion fraud when same amount disappeared from the Nigerian National Petroleum Corpration’s (NNPC) Midlands Bank account in the UK.

I live and work in PH i'm not jobless .
But i went for those protests.

The people that told you that northerners were beaten up forgot to tell you that the violent were not IPOB members.That they are PH community boys that came out angry saying they've not benefited from nigeria.
