Ian Holloway should have 'packed the bus' when his team was leading two-nil. It was a foolhardy move to continue to attack when they were playing against a technically superior side. Amazingly, Man U remains unbeaten despite not been at their best in so many games!!. A big lesson to all the teams playing them in future. You don't defeat Man U until the final whistle is blown!. Btw I'm a Chelsea fan |

Medicine is harder. This may be a biased answer 'cos I'm a doctor. But when I was in school the brainy students ended up in science class and the brainiest of the brainy ones ended up studying Medicine  - as it usually has a high cut off point. You can argue that this has to do with it been competitive but methinks it is because it aint moin moin to study . Just try figuring out what a brain surgeon does |

England- outplayed, outclassed and definitely overhyped!! I don't know why some people are surprised at the outcome of this result. The German success story is related basically to two reasons: - the ability to instil self confidence(Selbständigkeit) in people wearing their national colours(this why players like Klose and Podolski -who both had wretched seasons at their clubsides are suddenly lethal in German colours!!) The Kaizer(Beckenbauer) makes sure you don't forget their World cup tradition as a German player( and what a great tradition they've got!! ) - the guts to believe in youth(7 key members of this team were part of the U21 team who won the European championships in 2009-Ozil, Khedira, Muller,Boateng, Marin,Badstuber, Kroos) Incidentally they thrashed the English in the finals-4-0!. I hope there is a lesson in this for countries such as Nigeria! |

Ghana threw away a golden opportunity to qualify for the second round today-dropping 2 points against 10-man Australia. They have it all to do in their last match against the Germans. Somehow I don't see them getting anything from that game even though the matches have been difficult to call so far.I see Germany and Serbia going through from this group |
