V0LV0tic: As a woman who has also dated a white man, there is a big different between a white, black and Asian man because they are all different(backgrounds, cultures etc.

You cannot say one is better then the other but it depends on the type of Girl you are.

If you are the more traditional type a black man would be more suited for you(culture etc), if you are the independent type(21st century) you will go for 21st century type of guy or most likely a non-black male.

It is kind of bad to generalize that all black man are a certain way when you have not been with all black men but do what is best for you. Not all non-black men hate black women, the white guy i dated wanted to marry me but my family unfortunately are the old school types and want me to marry a Nigerian.

If you have a supportive and understanding family too and you really want to marry a white man then go ahead.

50calibre: Hahahahahahaha! Why should I be bitter, are the only black woman on earth? For all it's worth, black men even got a choice and good shot with women of all races. It's only astounds me to see black women or men condemning their own race, it is something only peculiar to the black race and it is a spit on the face of our mothers and fathers.

Great men fought and died to emancipate black people from slavery, to create social equality, equal opportunity, it is now left for us to emancipate ourselves from mental slavery and the moment we begin to see white people as our equals, there would always be a problem.

Nothing wrong in dating or marrying a white person but skin colour shouldn't be a factor

Exactly - if I am seeking to employ her, I will ask her what her 10 years experience means, and by her answer I will decide if it's relevant to my requirements or not.



Bite who? Folk should not seek to impose their own interpretations of what the lady has claimed on the rest of us. What she means by 10 years experience is clear - her time in the NHS in various roles from when she was 14. Clearly it is not 10 years, uninterrupted, medical doctor level experience.

It cannot be, except by those who want to be fraudulent themselves. She has publicly stated what she means by nearly 10 years experience - it comprises of her voluntary roles as well as other positions held within the NHS. She did not say she has 10 years experience as a General Practitioner or a Consultant.

fsb: 1. Na posters like dis that should be banned for lying...how many international /ISO accreditedhealthcare companies have you worked for - that you come here to say your experience began at 2nd year unless you're a registered nurse.

2. while the young lady has done very well by setting up the company, the nwa**** poster was trying to make the following point - you can sell yourself and your company without garnishing it with lies and portraying yourself differently. Working as an administrative assistant does not count as medical experience - don't even argue if you dont have an MD after your name.

Having said that, thumbs up to her anyway, wish more graduates could set up small business that are changing the way things are done in Nigeria/Africa even though its not easy out there....

somebody: Huh? Who mentioned nursing? In the UK, experience gained while studying counts towards relevant experience. That is why it is highly recommended for students to gain "relevant experience" during their summer hols. And the medical students I know did some sort of internship in the hospitals they were posted to.

Just maybe, it was an error on you or your colleague's part that checked the GMC register - should we now start calling you a fraud? My point - mistakes do happen and yes her experience during med school counts for experience. I have many doctor relatives and during med school (even the ones in Africa), go for placements in US and Canada to work in hospitals. What do you call that - all na medical experience. Kudos to the young doctor for her brilliance.

My own Education / work experience is not your problem here so shut your face will ya? I just gave an example from my point of view how work experience on a résumé is estimated.

The Doctor in question included her Volunteering/Residency/Intern/ whatnot experience in her resume ,is that a problem? And how's that considered a Fraud?

Good thing you acknowledged her success hence what's expected from us & not bashing her / questioning her credibility because of her Tribe like you lot.

Yes ma'am it's part of it.... My medical experience on my Résumé started from my 2nd academic year which commenced in the hospitals for extensive practicums such as bed making, Temp, BP and running back and forth at the emerg. And many more.
Next time ask instead of flushing your dirty mouth and ignorance on a public forum.

Why on Earth would anyone stab a man/woman simply because he/she cheated on you and the man in question isn't even your husband. Are there no reasonable ways to address the issue? From the OP post it can be safely assumed that the women were promiscuous both of them have about three children from different men why didn't they kill the father(s) of their kids for dumping them? All I'm saying is that a man has no right to be violent against a woman so too a woman doesn't have the right to also be violent against a man. There is no justification in any violent act be it a male or female except of course in a case of self defence.

If its dating fine I get it but marriage! Are you cut out for that? Because it seems to me like you are in some sort of fairy tale Hollywood fantasy where you get to bag a hot brad Pitt. I see black women of mature age turning down white guys because they want a guy who has got similarities with them, a strong family unit with traditional black values, a guy they can converse with in their local language.

Step away from fantasy and look at the real world.
