The romance section looks a little bit dead today. Let's share stories about our experiences in the past, or at the moment about internet dating/romance; and how we feel about this age of globalisation. All my experiences about internet dating happened years back, during my college days and the platform back then was Hi5. I'm older now and I don't really have time for faceless people. I'll drop a brief and concise freestyle about my experience. Enjoy! Hi5 and MSN messenger was the hype when I was in college. We were all young and we all had big dreams of messing with as many girls as possible, and Hi5 provided the platform for all my peers to showcase their looks, cornrows(all the guys had it back then including my humble self), abs, and new designer creps and garms. I was the ladies' man; tall, long air, well chiseled body, pretty face assassin; and I got the girls in 'decade' folds. However, one stood out of the lot, and I know I would never have met her, if not for Hi5. We were two different people and we both lived in different parts of the city. We've known each other for like 6 years now. We dated for like 3 years but she's more like my sister now, and the only person out there that knows my deepest secrets. She's also like the only Nigerian girl that I talk to(though I've been with loads of Nigerian girls). Internet dating/romance isn't really my thing anymore since I grew out of my teen years; and I don't really have time for stressful and long courtship; I get bored of it easily. I think internet dating isn't that bad if you have got the temperament for it. Post your story! ![]() |
Weird looking muthaphucking he-bytch/she-nyggah/mangina/man-bytch/homoEROTIC male specie. Throw this monkey in the zoo before he corrupts the sane people living in that cesspit called Nigeria. |
Love is always right there in front of us, but the problem is that most can't see it. Love is beautiful, love is great, and love is the answer. Don't go about looking for love, let love find you because it's just right there. Open ya heart, mind, and soul. The love doctor and I've got the JUICE! ![]() |
They shouldn't mix like two dycks. GEJ is an enemy of progress, stay in ya lane, GEJ! |
Let this nyggah be, slime bytches. Nigerian bytches are not even good looking. |
This nyggah really and truly has a BASKET MOUTH! What a befitting name for a befitting mouth! |
obadiah777: i thought we are the most educated in the world with phds and masters ?Being the most educated is different from being an intellectual property. Nigerians might be educated but we're definitely not an intellectual property. How many educated Nigerians think 'out of the box' and take risks outside their comfort zones? Just take a look at the comment pattern on nairaland, most feign intelligence, but they're empty up there. We just don't have what it takes. |
There is no cowardly super power out there with unintelligent citizens. Compare the comments on NL with the comments on South African or Egyptian forums, and the difference is clear. You can't be a super power when you're pro-everything except your country. Most would support America and the West to the detriment of their own country, it's shameful and appalling. Most Nigerians are book smart but definitely not intelligent. You also need to have a highly intellectual populace to be able to pull it off and that's something Nigeria lacks. Forget about Nigeria, the country is a failure!! |
Highly impossible! We don't have what it takes to be a super power, but we can always be somewhere in between. Nigerians just don't have the cerebral capacity, bravery, and nationalistic mentality to pull it off. |
Be warned, if you don't want to get raped on this thread verbally, don't try to diminish the great achievement of this great man with your stone age and stupid rhetoric. Exit the thread now!! |
emenim: This is the greatest news of the century, and Nigerians should be proud of himSay that again!!! |
.... |
Joan Johnson: U are a terrible person, hw dare you speak dat way abt a wholeI don't like Nigerian girls as well, can you give me 'a piece of your mind', plz? |
The handles are hysterical. Cdamsel - so you're a damsel now with ya flat butt and flat chest, no? Get chest-erised and butt-erised before you start blowing ya trumpet. ![]() |
Y'all are boring folks, no punchlines, no wittiness, no wordplay, and no creativity. ![]() |
Yoruba landing!!!! ![]() The Kings of Nigeria, there are two people in Nigeria; Yoruba and the rest. Follow our lead. ![]() |
onatisi: u can never tell who i am,it depends on the person i am dealing with, have a nice timeI have been on this forum long enough to know that most Nigerians feign intelligence and it's just the same crap everyday of the week. Some try too hard to sound intelligent and the rest shouldn't even be on the internet giving opinions about anything. In the words of Ice Cube: It's the same ol same Bush run shit like Sadaam Hussien. |
Angry black women moaning all over the thread and shyte. Is it that time of the month again? But it's shocking you lot had to go through the shyte at the same time, I call that "miracle in st anna." ![]() I stay away from Nigerian girls as far as possible. They can't stimulate nor add anything to your life, except probably a few Igbo girls and their juicy garden of eden. Igbo girls are juicy as phuck. |
onatisi: why do u say so?state ur reasonsAre you the police and when did Nigerians start having high cerebral hemorrhage capacity? |
