So Paul never learned from Christians he just started one day without anyone telling him what to know about Christianity.
What Paul meant here is that forming a congregation among the gentiles was his assignment which Jesus gave him directly if what he meant is that he never learned anything from Christians then everyone should start their own ministry without preaching or teaching so Jesus' instruction to preach and teach is useless because everyone will claim they got what they are saying directly from God.
How does that make sense to you?
Well on that note this is what Paul himself said to Christians in Corinth:

For who makes you different from another? Indeed, what do you have that you did not receive? If, in fact, you did receive it, why do you boast as though you did not receive it? 1Corinthans 4:7

Now how can someone who was never taught by fellow believers utter such and expect his listeners to agree with him that it's impossible for them to become Christians without learning anything from Christians before them?

This is what Jesus God's only begotten Son established when he commanded his disciples to go from house to house and door to door preaching and teaching whoever welcome them.
Note what Malachi said: God instructed angels to pen down the names of those who have godly fear and those meditating on His name.

So the last book of the Old Covenant told us how our names will be written for the WORKS we did in the name of God's Son {Malachi 3:16} while the last book of the New Covenant told us what will happen to those whose names are not found in that book! Revelations 20:15
