Both sides were wrong. airline security were completely unprofessional (by posting the woman nudes online and the way she was restrained). they need proper training on ways to properly restrain an unruly passenger. they should have been there before any person disembark from the plane and should have gone straight to her seat and have her cuffed behind her back.
The final power lies in the flight crew. if she was asked to switch off her phones she must obey that order disobeying that lawfull order is an offence. it is irrelavant if the phone is put on flight mode or not. if the order was your phone should be switched off or put on flight mode. then you could do any.

As much as it's widely accepted that the presidential elections was rigged, but it has to be proven in the Nigerian courts and those who went to court couldn't show any tangible documented proof. Its just like when people say the former VP has corruption cases, but no court has found him guilty. Was it not because of corruption cases many accused AA of fearful of entering the USA and Saraki had to put him on a diplomatic status and they all attended some function in the first tenure of Trump.

The legal system and the courts deals on proofs and not on emotions.
If it were to be emotions then we do know that many politicians would be in prison and rot there.

The air hostess has no right to block the passenger from leaving the plane. Since you said they had called the airport security, they would have just allowed her to alight from thr plane while the airport security pick her up on the ground while she's still walking into the terminal sections

The different portions of the video makes that air hostess of commiting a crime and just like the aviation minister said, he will have to get the rule book and see if the conduct of the flight crew towards the passenger was in line with legal protocols.

Nevertheless from the various version in the media space, the scuffle started before the plane took flight and this conflict emerged when it landed at it's destination and all other passengers alighted and it occurred.

The flight crew should have radioed airport security on ground for them to handle the issue rather than the air hostess who took it upon herself to restrict the lady from leaving the plane.......that is an offence too much.
I heard the lady shouting in one of the videos that they wanted to steal her phone....... Please under what authority is any member of the flight crew taking her phone from her?

The police doesn't even have that power without your consent or that of your lawyer depending on the gravity of the crime is any.....!!!!

Kwam 1 was high on alcohol while kwam 2 was high on phone addiction. If kwam 1 had been punished, kwam 2 would have behaved herself.

I even read on instagram from another passenger account on same plane saying the reason she assaulted the crew was because she was not allowed to leave the plane for refusing to switch off her phone after she was advised and warned.

Restricting her from not leaving the plane when it has landed is an offence. This whole thing is just one funny mess and Ibom air crew/staff should just hope and pray the lady doesn't get to have an activist lawyer that would show them shege and the Nigerian aviation authority and Nigerian government will get a blow too.

The idea that a phone use will disrupt communication generally no longer holds true today.

The matter wasn't handled professionally by the flight crews and security staffs.

If anyone is told to put off their phone, they can easily put in on silent if they won't pick an incoming call or better put it on flight mode. Nobody supervises anyone when they are told to switch off their phones except if it's a security meeting then all phones are dropped outside.
I'm wondering if that was the lady's first time in entering an air plane...

One thing I've learnt in my years as a believing and practicing born again Christian is that "whatever the Lord says to any man or a people" there's a part the man/people must play for such to come to play. It not just physical but also spiritual.

God means different thing to different people. God is not a Christian construct. Muslims, Ifa worshippers, Judaisms etc all have a concept of God and they call him whatever it pleases them.

However, Yeshua or Jesus is a Christian construct even though Yeshua was not a Christian. Getting the name right is very critical otherwise we could be worshipping demons while mistaking it to be Christ.

We're talking about the name of the saviour. You can't translate the name of the saviour.

Certainly, it was Jesus that his parents called him when he was alive nor was it Jesus that the angels said his name should be.

If you look at Muslim as a religion, they still kept the original name of their prophet. In translation, alot of things are lost. This is why there's so much errors in the English version of the bible.
