There's no place in the constitution a sole administrator is mandated or even compelled to declare his assets or liabilities. He is not an elected officer and he didn't apply for that office.

Henry Ikem Obih came from ExxonMobil and had served as ED in NNPC during Buhari's time. David Ige worked in NNPC. Yusuf Usman also had a stint in Shell and NNPC. Some of these guys graduated first class and had a strong mix of public sector and private sector experience. The appointments are spot on and well thought out. We'd assess their performace within the next two years, God willing.

We all wish them to succeed in their new appointments as we wish the nation to succeed as well.

I really don't understand the stand of this statement.

All this people calling for State of emergency in Lagos State as it was called in Rivers State are only just trying to be humorous.

The Lagos State government has a budget running already which was passed by a legitimate legislative house so if the legislative house is not in order it doesn't bother the daily affairs of the State.
So whatever in-fighting existing in the legislative house doesn't affect the Lagos State economy or threaten the security of Nigeria.

Anyways I think Obasa is trying to push his luck if he truly wants to continue with the court case and he may not like the outcomes of it till the SC.


Already the game is on in Lagos but it doesn't affect PBAT in anyway.

The President may have genuinely advised Mr Obasa to withdraw the court case, but the President is not lawyer, so he can be forgiven for not knowing the implications.

The house of Assembly members only backed down out of respect for the President. It seems they genuinely did not want Mr Obasa to return under any circumstance.

So the conflict is still simmering in the background, and with Mr Obasa appearing not to change his style, it is only a matter of time before they again attempt to remove him.

Mr Obasa's lawyers will know this is a real possibility, and so I won't be surprised if they advised their client not to withdraw the case.

They don't need to remove him again if he is truly pursuing the case in the High Court.

Obasa should step down from the office of speakership till the Court says otherwise if that is what he wants. Let the court reinstate him while he is not sitting on it and let's see his body action.

Everybody is just commenting without reading properly. A one storey building is just a building with one deck only. Yes, 5 and 6 inches will more than suffice for it. 9 inches blocks only come into play compulsorily when it is a 2 storey building. For a one storey, 9 inches is optional. In 90% of duplexes and blocks of 4 flats in nigeria, 5 and 6 inches blocks are used. Unless it is specified by the structural engineer which means the pillars are 9 inches too.

Please can you kindly show us a detailed building plan of such completely approved by any LGA or State's building regulators?

- Malaysian Supergene oil palm seedling is the most Productive Oil Palm Hybrid worldwide.
- Supergene oil palm seedling is more disease-resistant compared to Tenera.
- Malaysian Supergene oil palm seedling has a higher Oil-to-Bunch Ratio, more than 25%, bigger seeds, thinner shells, and smaller kernels compared to Tenera.

Generally speaking, Malaysian Supergene oil palm seedling is much better. The nuts are bigger, the productivity is higher, and the waiting period before production is greatly reduced.

A nursery in Enugu handled this Malaysian Supergene seedling project. We bought one seedling @2,200 Naira.

In a recent interview, the former Vice President, Atiku had admitted that he had side-stepped the former Rivers helmsman, Wike for Arthur Okowa in the PDP's Vice Presidential race in 2022 because the latter placed first in the Committee's nomination process.

Unfortunately Wike cannot do that. Wike served as the representative of the President, in his capacity as the minister. The President is the Governor of the FCT.

Please don't allow him do such for that is not standard practice.
It's always recommended that 9" blocks used in such kind of building.
This is irrespective of how professional he is.
