Alcohol is prohibited in Kano though Federal Law permits it. The State government uses her machinery to round up and destroy alcohol wherever they find them. Same should apply to prohibited trades and activities in Southern states. Where open grazing is bound, round up any/all stray and open-grazing cows and destroy them while the herders should be prosecuted according to the prevailing state laws.

All the present Southern governors are slaves to the North. They do eye and lip service to the North.

If on your plan there's going to be a toilet/bathroom on same position as you have on the ground floor corresponding to that on the up floor then your plumber will have to chisel through the lintel downwards through upwards or vice versa exposing the rods and fix the waste pipe through the rods......I hope there is sufficient space for your pipe to pass through.....

But if the positioning of the ground floor toilet/bathroom is not in alignment with that on the upper floor section then there's no need t do anything that will affect the lintel.

That is the story line and that's the sorry state of affairs that Fubara wanted to overturn because he felt he couldn't do the wishes of his successor....


If not for Wike, it will be very distance and distant for an Opobo man to become Governor of Rivers State.....

The falling out of whatever happened pre-2023 was also a signal that the old men are back with their usual trick and they will do all there is to seize power since they feel it's their entitlement.....

Well, the kid on the block who kept the party for their return is no longer a kid but a full man and will not sit around and be pushed by any one of them.

This fight is not over till they are all retired from national politics.

Those from the South South who feel Wike is undermining the interest of the PDP should ask themselves why did the PDP give Wike the go ahead to accept the ministerial appointments both from the National and the State...,!!!!!

I still find it funny that many investors don't actually have family members or friends that can stand in as their eyes to supervise the jobs done at the site, while the architect, engineer, builder or contractor does render his professional services.
Just because you're using a family member or friend doesnt mean you don't want to pay the person what is obtainable......


Please if any one is in need of such extra services I volunteer my self if only you are willing to pay what is obtainable given each project...
