What is this former magistrate judge business with even the State governor, how much more the Sole Administrator?


There are channels of communication and the State Governor or Sole Administrator will never break those channels.

He is just a magistrate judge amongst magistrate judges and there's a superior officer who is the Chief Magistrate Judge at that level.

Apparently he is saying he can't work with the Chief Magistrate Judge and also the CJ of the Rivers State....!!!

Why are we not seeing other colleagues of him resigning, if that is the case?


There's more to his side of the story that's not been told.

I will not be surprised that he is a strong and vocal advocate of Gov. Fubara and he has been warned to either attend to his duties as a magistrate court judge or resign voluntary....

I guess we all know that upon the judgement of the SC that made it clear that Ahmaewule is the legitimate Speaker and his co travellers still remain members of the RSHA and same judgment nullified the LGC elections and the chairmen all elected LG officers vacated their offices as even ordered by Gov. Fubara.

By this and the notices given by the RSHA led by Speaker Ahmaewule, we all know all those who had gotten appointments that were not screened, approved and cleared by the RSHA led by Speaker Ahmaewule ceases to be maintain their appointments.


So, can we be told which of the those that are been removed by the Sole Administrator as it's been said?


Also do they not think that even those especially the LGC sole administrators as appointed has received due nodding by the presidency or so they want PBAT too come and announce such to them?

So if and when the Sole Administrator takes them to the FHC in Abuja will the NBA coming to defend herself and tell the Court that the Sole Administrator is an illegitimate, illegal and an imposter representing the RSG and should be disregarded and the case thrown out for the SOLAD holds no place in the constitution of the FRN?

What they forgot is that the case will not be handled in the state level and they will have to settle out of court if Ibas really want to deal with them. Heads will roll in that Rivers NBA

If they don't know that it will be handled at the federal level then it shows the level of corruption that has eaten into the system that's affecting their thinking....

I don't think there will be any out of court settlement. It will be all the way out to ensure a repeat of such never comes up again in future.


Don't be surprised that you'll start hearing corruption issues of some of it's Exco members and those top leaders who are standing against the refund of the money.

The difference between NBA and supreme court judges is that supreme court judges made themselves government puppets which is not suppose to be so. While NBA has proven to be an independent body.

House of assembly members and the senate are the legislative body in government but today, they now dine and wine with the executive to the extent that, the executive is not afraid of them anymore. They are now more of a puppet than a respectable legislative body. So you see, the bodies you mentioned are nothing to write home about because of the way they gave their birth rights to the executive which is the government of the day.

We all know that persons or associations who collect monies not worked for are actually puppets to the person giving the money.

What NBA did in Enugu is their own way of protesting the illegality of tinibu and wike and that is the reason why we support NBA at least for this one. I'm my experience in the field of "Criminalistics", donation of such amount before such a event will be beneficial to the governor whether in material terms, association wise or career path. The donation is not coming on the day or at the venue of the event. The money you claimed Wike donated was for market reconstruction like you said. Have you ever thought about the link between NBA and SIM? Let me ask you, was the money meant to build a hall for the event? Or for food for the event?
Ibas may have a paper work on the money trail and the narration on it may not even carry "donation". Maybe that was why Ibas said he'll use legal means to retrieve the money. To make things worst, SIM is not saying anything about it maybe because the matter may result in further digging into past transactions.
Note: There's a difference between "Philanthropy" and "Charity". One is short term relief and the other is more long-term and strategic. Maybe he wants to be in the good book of NBA...

It will be good if the NBA refunds that money.

If these things up are what it is, Gov. Fubara should know that they may be likely going to expose more of such transactions.

Rufai is on point here. Most people don't understand the cost implications of hosting massive events. Transportation and hotel cost alone for the organisers and guest can swallow the 300million.
Other costs I can remember will include
Security ( Nigerian police officers deployed will also be paid same for private security )
Media crew
Health emergency crew
Stage setup, printing
Feeding
And so many more.

Nevertheless, we know some of the money will be misappropriated but doesn't relegated the fact that hosting such conferences can gulp a billion easily.

Also, returning the money that's has been budgeted as part of the funds for hosting can derail the planning and execution of the conference.
The sole admin is very manipulative and cheeky.

The NBA never condemned the destruction of the RSHA building but they condemned the placement of SoE in the State !!!!

Wike built houses for the judiciary when he was govenror of Rivers State......Nobody complained and we didn't hear he has bought the State judiciary when he was using them to fight opposition in the State then. Everyone against the opposition was very happy. We did not hear the CJ of Rivers State has been bought because everybody hates the APC back im Rivers State.


Wike is now in Abuja building houses for judiciary but because there's a political issue between Wike through the Ahmaewule led RSHA and Gov. Fubara, the narrative have changed and that Wike and PBAT have bought the CJN and the judiciary.


Nobody complained that Gov. Fubara was building houses for the judiciary as well in Rivers State and nobody complained that the CJ of Rivers State has been bought.

Now that the NBA received #300 million from the RSG which they claim it's a gift and the SOLAD is saying it is more like a fund for hosting rights, the NBA is telling stories......


If I may ask, since it's a gift and the RSG gave them #300 million and they have sought it nice to go spend RSG money in Enugu State...... Please how much did they Enugu State government give them and possibly other State govermnents?
