As a Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly he has the right to call for the arrest of the so called lawyer who is representing him in court; Is that hard for him to do?

Take a cue from Osun APC LG chairmen, despite all the noise they are making, their mandate will expire in October of this year.
Jackson don already run new elections and once October reach, APC chairmen mandate go expire and PDP LG chairmen go take over.
Time is of the essence.

If there is a court judgment that stipulates that the APC chairmen remains till October, then that PDP LG election is just an election done to waste the time of people.
It will be considered that there was no election and a new one will have to be done.
