There are two laws of succeeding here:

2013 is some hours away! Those resolutions for the new year, how exactly do you intend to keep them? Or is 2014 going to be another 'failed year' for you? Let's see how you can overcome your resolutions and actually keep them this year:

1. Itemize only what's important: We are all guilty of this. On your list, I can bet you that there are up to 3 items that are completely unnecessary. Why should you include them? If you are a civil servant and plan on getting a V12 monster truck in 2014, I'll like to know what for? Going to work or offroading? Be realistic! Only include what is very important for 2014. The rest? Ruthlessly trim them down!

2. Differentiate between your needs and wants: Humans are very funny: just because Emeka bought a new house does not mean Musa would kill himself and include a new house on the 2014 list! Emeka may be mates with Musa...but he may be married with children while Musa may still be single. For the single dude therefore, the house is a want, not a need. Don't include things you only 'want' on the list but don't 'need', that way, you'll achieve better!

3. Do not deviate: The main reason why you may never achieve your new year resolutions is when you deviate from them because you have suddenly found something 'better'. With this distraction, achieving your dream simply becomes a mirage! If you need to adjust that plan of yours, now is the perfect time to do it! But once 2014 begins to count, the task at hand is simply to achieve what's on paper...ok?

4. Plan Hierachically: This is called working smart. Instead of jumbling all your new year resolutions without planning, consider taking them step by step in such an manner that the achievement of one logically leads to the achievement of the next. In such a fashion, you'd feel that the whole lengthy resolution is just one resolution in essence!

A website being offline is mostly as a result of the server where it is hosted. Being machines, these servers also have their own 'downtimes' hence the term, 99.9% uptime. During the .1% downtime, a site could be offline as your screen shot indicates.
