Celebrities / Why Some Rich Men Are Stingy by BizLifeE: 1:37am On Dec 22, 2017
Why are some wealthy people so frugal?

Because wealth and frugality are related. You can become wealthy in very few general ways:

You can inherit;

You can invent something that people want to buy;

You can be amongst the most hard working, capable and talented at something people will pay for;

You can rent seek (use connections to take from others that which you do not deserve), or;
You can save and invest (live below your means).

As you can see, most of that list is not available to most people. One item, #5, is generally
available (this may be a bit of a USA truth, I cannot speak to other countries).

Bonus, if you live your life according to #5, then your children have a chance for #1.

Health / How You Can Live Up To 100 Years (CONFIDENTIAL) by BizLifeE: 11:35pm On Dec 05, 2017
I'm only 26, and am not a doctor, so I'm in no place to tell people how to live to 100. But this is a subject that interests me, and I read a lot about it.

I would suggest starting with a plan like the below:

1. Speak with your doctor and assess your current health situation. Assuming that there are no major outstanding health issues, get some extra labwork done that your doctor might not suggest:

- Fasting blood glucose
- Fasting insulin
- Hemoglobin A1c
- C-Reactive Protein
- Vitamin D-Hydroxy
- HDL / LDL Cholesterol
- Omega-3 vs Omega-6 fat ratio

Keep in mind the lab reference values are usually very conservative and cover a wide range of subjects. You'll probably want to do a little research and find the ideal levels for yourself. For example, with fasting blood glucose, most labs reference 60-99 mg/dL as normal when 60-80mg/dL is ideal, and people with greater than 80mg/dL are often on their way to developing some form of insulin resistance.

2. Move away from a western diet. Stop eating sugars and refined carbohydrates. (Try to get over the western concept of "breakfast foods."wink Make vegetables the base of your diet, around 10 servings per day, not including root vegetables which are high in sugars and carbohydrates (potatoes, carrots, etc ...). Limit intake of high glycemic index fruits (watermelon, pears, apples, grapes). Eat wild fish and lean meats. Sugar, when abused, is really bad for you.

Since this kind of vague, but here is a sample diet for a day:

Breakfast: Wild salmon, small portion of brown rice, green tea, pickled vegetables

Lunch: Vegetable medley salad (spinach, peppers, onions, garlic, a little carrot, raddish, broccloli, feta cheese, olive oil, vinegar)

Dinner: Green-tea glazed chicken, black beans, salsa.

3. Practice caloric restriction. Of the above food limit total caloric consumption to about 85% of what is necessary to mainain an ideal weight for your height. If this is difficult, consider fasting one day a week or doing daily 12-hour mini-fasts, such as not eating between 9pm and 9am.

4. Stop drinking all sweetened beverages, including fruit juices. Instead of drinking a glass of orange juice, just have an orange. Instead, drink lots of purified water and green tea if possible. If you have the genetic marker for a slow caffeine metabolism, limit caffeine consumption as much as possible. Try to stay away from artificial sweeteners, though if necessary, use stevia extract.

5. Get in shape. 30 minutes of light cardio 3-4 times a week and weight resistance training 2-3 times a week seems to be beneficial. Consider walking to work if possible. Too much exercise can wear your joints, so seek a balance.

6. Once all the above steps have been completed, consider a vitamin supplement regemin to address any inbalances. For most people, this is a basic multivitamin, supplemental Vitamin D, and fish oil. Women may also need calcium. Also consider supplemental aged garlic, green tea, and pomegranate extracts.

7. Reduce stress. Don't sleep next to your blackberry. Go outside, have fun, laugh, be with friends. All octogenerian societies have very strong and supportive social networks. We're not sure why, but being socially engaged seems to correlate heavily with longevity.

8. Remove contaminants. Get an air filter for your house. Limit chemical use and dry cleaning.

Remember: nobody is perfect, but following these principles as much as possible seems to be what most modern research suggests can lead to increased longevity.

Good luck.

Business / Why Exchangers Should Not Betray Their Customers by BizLifeE: 4:15am On Nov 28, 2017
There are honest and reliable exchangers out there.

Most customers of exchangers don’t go to the exchangers offices. They just locate them online, contact them, sign up on their websites, and then transfer digital currencies or Naira cash to them. And they are never disappointed.

Some customers are not so lucky. They transfer digital currencies or Naira cash to exchangers who turn out to be fraudsters. They lose their hard-earned money.

That’s why some customers would never want to do business with exchangers until after they locate their offices.

Needless to say, we have many customers who have never seen us face-to-face and they’re very happy with our services.

If an exchanger doesn’t have an office, or they tell you that you should not come to their office or you cannot locate their office; please do not do business with them.

Customers Do Online Exchange Business With Exchangers Because Thy Trust Them. Period.

Exchangers should therefore, not betray that trust.

If customers send you Naira cash, please process their orders. If you cannot process their orders quickly, tell them and let them know the reason. If you cannot process their orders at all, send their cash back to them.

If customers send you digital currencies, please process their orders. If you cannot pay them quickly, tell them and let them know the reason. If you cannot pay them at all, refund their digital currencies.

If you would need to delay customers, please let them know and how long the duration would be (providing that they agree to that).

IF YOU BETRAY THE TRUST A CUSTOMERS HAS IN YOU, YOU CAN NEVER GAIN THAT TRUST BACK.

Forget about advert campaigns. Forget about online customers support (who cannot really make any decisions). Forget about the beauty of your websites or your coding skills. Forget about any other things.

At the end, what matters most is for you to retain the trust your customers have in you. If you betray a customer, you lose that customer forever. If you lose one customer you have automatically lost 10 customers.

Business / Why You Need To “whitelist” An Important Email Now by BizLifeE: 3:59am On Nov 19, 2017
We send occasional automated email messages to our members so that we keep them updated on what is going on as far as our exchange business is concerned.

However, most of these automated messages are wrongly interpreted as spam and they go to spam area/inbox.

This is the reason why most of our customers don’t know the latest events, announcements and promos we offer.

For example:

1. We are going to announce Black Friday promos to our customers.

2. We are going to announce our 5 new VIPs on January 2018 (we choose 5 VIPs instead of 2).

3. We are going to announce an unbelievable cash rewards to all our customers who use Access Bank.

4. We are going to update our Neteller funding and withdrawal rates, and notify you.

5. We are going to announce some gifts to our customers, etc.

You cannot be aware of all these important announcements if our newsletters go into your Spam box or you don’t read our email.

HOW NOT TO MISS IMPORANT UPDATES FROM US
(Gmail users) Please go to your Spam inbox and select our newsletters/email messages, and then click on “Not Spam.”

(Yahoo!Mail users) Please select our newsletter/email messages, and then click on “Move,” and then click on “Inbox.”

There are also other ways to “Whitelist’ our messages, if you know them.

Thank you!

Business / Re: If Your Nigerian Bank Account Is Dormant For 6 Years… by BizLifeE: 10:12pm On Nov 08, 2017
There are some whose accounts are dormant for more than 10 years, and they're still alive. Poverty isn't a good thing.

Some don't even have any accounts at all. Ignorance is not a good thing.
Business / If Your Nigerian Bank Account Is Dormant For 6 Years… by BizLifeE: 11:31am On Nov 08, 2017
What happens to funds in a dormant bank account in Nigeria after the 6 years has elapsed and there's nobody to claim it?

We had an elderly customer in the Bank, who usually makes one bulk withdrawal from his savings account every year.

Young men, supposedly posing as his sons, came with his death certificate, to report he was dead.

They also informed the Bank that they were in the process of obtaining a letter of administration, that will give them access to his funds.

In Nigeria, this is usually done through the courts and can take awhile.

As they were working on this, the Customer went to one of our branches and attempted to make his usual once a year transaction.

His account at that time was frozen and flagged 'deceased' and the Bank was in the process of verifying the death certificate submitted by his supposed sons.

The urgent interview with him, helped the Bank to arrest the young men, his close relatives, who were in the process of obtaining a letter of administration that will give them access to his large funds.

Though the Bank sends all such documents for official verification, these fraudsters through mail intercepts can tamper with such confirmations.

The above scenario occurred with an inactive account, an account becomes inactive if no transaction has occurred on it in the last six months.

After a year of no transaction, the account becomes dormant and the balance is transferred to a warehousing Dormant account in the Bank.

Dormant accounts are time Bombs most Nigerian Banks are very careful about, as fraudsters can go to any length to have access to these funds .

Monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on all dormant balances are made by Banks to the monitoring authorities.

At the expiration of the six years, the monitoring Authority will advise the Bank on the further handling of these funds.

Business / Digital Currencies: Why We Don’t Do Automated Transactions by BizLifeE: 12:43pm On Oct 23, 2017
Automated transactions don’t make sense to us because of the reasons below:

We deal with human beings who want to buy or sell. For demand and supply to make sense, there must be a willing buyer for what you want to sell. There must also be a willing seller for what you want to buy.

As stated on our website, contact us before you send any e-currency to us. After we ask you to go ahead, then send it to us and hold on for your payment. Likewise, when you contact us first before buying e-currency from us, you can be sure that we’ll process your order fast (once your payment has been confirmed).

There are times when we don’t want to buy a particular digital currency. We tell you this. There are also times when we don’t have the digital currency you want to buy. We also tell you this, so that you won’t send money to us when we don’t have what you want to buy.

There are times when en exchanger doesn’t have enough cash to pay you because the capital has been tied down. You’ll send money to them through automated order and your payment would be delayed for several days or months? Is that what you want?

Even if your payment would be delayed for several days, there must be a mutual agreement first. Then you can go ahead to place the order if the agreement is OK by you.

Many people have blindly sent digital currencies to exchangers who do automated transactions, only to see that you don’t get paid. They display their e-currencies/digital currencies wallets for you to see so that it’ll be easier to send funds to them. But you’ll see that it’s never easy for you to get your money. You’ll face unpleasant surprises.

There are people who end up receiving only half of their monies after they’ve been delayed for many weeks or months. Some would even be thankful that they receive half.

When you transfer cash to buy digital currencies that are not currently available, you deliberately give yourself unnecessary heartaches (because you’ll be delayed for too long, whereas your need for the digital currency is urgent). It’s good to ensure that an exchanger has what you want to buy, +the exact amount, before you send your money to them.

If you send money to any exchanger (no matter how popular) that doesn’t have a physical address you can visit, you’ll regret it forever, we guarantee you. Some even display fake addresses.

At ItuGlobal/InstantForex, we encourage our customers to inform us before they buy or sell digital currencies. We’ll then tell them to go ahead and how soon we’ll process their orders. By doing this, we don’t delay any customers or make them regret doing business with us.

We’re the fastest-paying exchanger in the country. No-one pays faster than us and our customers know this.

Food / This Is The Most Consumed Product In Nigeria by BizLifeE: 2:30am On Oct 19, 2017
What is the most consumed product in Nigeria?

Sachet Water.

Sachet water or ‘Pure Water' as it is called in Nigeria is in my honest opinion, the most consumed product in Nigeria.

Hundreds of millions of sachets are consumed everyday, and the demand for this product seems to always be on the rise. One reason for this, is that the population keeps increasing and Nigeria as we know is one hell of a hot place. There is also the issue of the lack of good and drinkable water supply in the country and sachet water seems to be the only solution for the common man who can't afford bottled water.

They come hot and cold and can be bought in sachets and bags. They are very cheap and some Nigerians drink more than 10 sachets a day.

Travel to any major city in Nigeria and you will see how the streets are littered with empty sachets of pure water. This is testimony to the quantity that is consumed everyday.

Pure Water still remains one of the most consumed products in Nigeria and the one thing that stands between the common man and waterborne diseases.

Business / Digital Currencies: How To Avoid Falling Victim To Scammers by BizLifeE: 11:34pm On Oct 08, 2017
It’s come to our notice that there are some scoundrels (419 - scammers) going about, claiming to be our representatives and encouraging our existing/potential customers to send funds to them.

This message would help you to avoid falling victims to such scoundrels.

We don’t dupe people into losing their money. We don’t steal people’s cash or e-currencies and we even refund monies sent to us by mistake. Therefore, we feel pain when an unscrupulous person tries to use our good name, which we have worked very hard to build over the years, to scam people.

The Best Way To Avoid Scammers Impersonating Itu Global/Instantforex
These are the best things to do to avoid scammers using our name:

USE ONLY THE CONTACT DETAILS ON OUR WEBSITES: To reach us, please use only the contacts info on our 2 websites. We also have the contact details for our Payeer Department, which can be seen on .com.ng (when you click on the Payeer link).

However, some scammers are smart: for example, a scammer may change their Skype profile name to “ituglobal” or “Mustapha Azeez” to scam people. They can even use our logo. So how do you know that you’re dealing with the real Itu Global/InstantForex?

YOU MUST LOGIN ON OUR WEBSITES TO VERIFY OUR REAL E-CCURENCY OR NAIRA ACCOUNTS: The single most important thing to do is to register on our website and login to confirm our accounts.

1. For you to buy/sell Perfect Money and Epay, please login on .com.ng to see our Perfect Money and Payeer wallet numbers. Once you login there, you can click on “Buy” or “Sell” under “My Account.” You can also see our corporate account number. Don’t transfer funds into any ewallets/accounts apart from the ones you see there.

2. To buy/sell Payeer, please click on the Payeer link on our website – .com.ng – and see the Payeer account and personal bank account used for Payeer business. Don’t transfer funds into any ewallets/accounts apart from the ones you see there.

3. To fund/withdraw Neteller on Instantforex.com.ng, please register on the website and then login. Even if you’re not verified by us, you can easily login into the website to see out Neteller account and corporate account. You can simply click on “Withdraw Neteller” or “Fund with Neteller.” Don’t transfer funds into any ewallets/accounts apart from the ones you see there.

WE DON’T DO ANY CRYPTOCURRENCIES: We’re often surprised when we hear people claiming to be on our websites, and still asking us if we buy/sell Bitcoin or other cryptocurrrencies. Please don’t ask us about what we don’t list on our websites. We deal only on Perfect Money, Epay, Payeer, and Neteller (and nothing more).

Once again, we don’t do Bitcoin, Etherium, Dash, Litecoin, etc. We don’t deal in any digital currencies not listed on our website. Always login on our 2 websites (.com.ng and Instanforex.com.ng) to verify our ewallets and bank accounts.

CONCLUSION
We cannot be held responsible for fraud activities perpetrated by criminals. You are advised to always login on .com.ng and Instantforex.com.ng to see our banking details and e-currencies accounts. This would help you avoid sending your funds to scammers.
