Kcinho: We've No Hand In Abducted Herdsmen - Abia Community
Leaders of Ngodo, Mbaugwu-Uturu community in Isikwuato Local Government Area of Abia State, have denied any involvement in the alleged abduction of five Fulani herdsmen by suspected gunmen.
The herdsmen were allegedly abducted in the bush when their cattle grazed on some farmers’ crops in the community.
The South East Chairman of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN), Alhaji Gidado Siddiki, who told journalists in Awka, Anambra State about the kidnap of the herdsmen, fingered the local vigilantes in the incident.
In a swift reaction, the President-General of Mbaugwu-Uturu Community, Mr. Maduike Damian, refuted Siddiki’s allegation.
He said: “I am on top of that situation. But that act was not carried out by our people. In fact, we have mobilised our youths to assist the police in fishing out the culprits. I married from the North and as such, I wouldn’t support any act that will bring us on a collision course with the Fulani.
“In fact, the report available to me has it that there are a group of hoodlums living in that bush for about a year now. I was surprised,” Damian said.
A senior Army officer involved in the military’s search for the missing herdsmen told The AUTHORITY that “in my capacity I can’t talk to the press but my commanding officer will get back to you for details. He is currently in a meeting in Ohafia.”
A youth leader in the community, who would not want to be mentioned for security reasons, said they have mobilised to assist security agents to trace the victims.
In his narration, Siddiki had claimed that two herdsmen were first abducted before three others were “kidnapped by a gang of vigilantes.”
Siddiki said: “Some gangs who claimed to be vigilantes in Ngodo, Mbaugwu-Uturu community, Abia State, invaded the camp of two Fulani herdsmen and abducted them. Their cows, as a result, were scattered in the bush. Initially, when they didn’t return to the camp the following morning, their colleagues at a general camp thought that they missed their way. So, three persons went to search for them. Sadly, three of them were equally abducted by the same gang as they went without weapons.”
According to him, “we went to Okigwe Divisional Police Station, Imo State, to report the matter but they said that that area is not under their jurisdiction. So, we went to Isikwuato Police Division, they also declined having jurisdiction there. We had no option than to report to the military in Abia State.”

godson36: Governor Fayose have been collecting Tax from all living things in Ekiti for some months now. I don't need to discuss about other tax which he is collecting. All I want to talk about here is the tax which his government has leveled schools.
Some private school students have failed to go to their various school to receive lecture for some weeks now. This is because Fayose is now collecting tax from schools which students are made to pay the total some of #1,000 as tax for the government.
For any school that fails to collect this amount from student and pay to the government, the school will be sealed. The problem now is that, what of the school who cannot meet the tax leveled on them with the number of students they are having.
When Government are encouraging Northerners to go to school by giving them free meal, fayose is busy asking Ekiti students to pay tax for them to go to school...
Below is a picture of a school closed by Fayose....... I guess you are clueless like your president. These schools are not for profit. They are charging a large amount of money and making a lot of money. What is wrong with asking them to pay tax? I note that you conveniently ignored the fact that these schools are charging students N1000 as "tax" |

keyman0007: Why do ladies like to pretend to be confused, when in the actual sense they know what they are doing, and what they want. It jut so annoying.
So this year i raise the marriage thing with my lady and she is like she wants to go for masters, that i should come see her parents then we do an introduction of some kind and she leaves, I told her a masters in the UK will mean i will wait till December 2017 to get married if she goes to a UK school and maybe 2018 if its a US or canadian school. I told her i am not trying to tie her career down, that why doesnt she go to LBS, since its an MBA she wants to do. I also discussed with my folks who are also desperate and they were like i should forget her she isnt the only lady in the world. what the guarantee if she goes she will not see someone else.
Sha i pulled out of the relationship and began to search again. only for her to come back and say she is sorry, she has reflected about every and that she is ready for marriage. Cos i liked her i dumped all other female admirers i had began to develop relationships with . I told her again about the LBS master and even told her that i am willing to allow her go do her masters oversees after we get married long as her dad will be willing to pay. Or if God blesses me i can sponsor it. She said she is ready for marriage even if i proposed today.
Sha with her change in position i decided to go see her parents in Lagos, the dad was receptive but the mum seem abit tough, wanted to knw what i did for a living and dall that. I then go see her uncle in Abj. I also told my folks she is having a rethink on the masters thing, that soften my parents. I then invited her to my place. She met my parents they really like her. she also met my siblings as well. My father even called her dad self and they seem to have started getting along.
Only for this babe to begin to say she will submit her school application to fulfill all righteousness. Then 2 days back she says i need to go see her folks to make my intentions. Then she is like she thinks she shd go for her masters now and brought the whole introduction story up again. That we should do introduction and then she travels. I told her i think she is trying to trap me, she is trying to trap me, We have been in a relationship for 2 year no kisses, no sex we even rarely hug. i am 28 she is 22. It is either she goes for her masters and then if she is still single when she returns am i also still single then we get married. It is nt heard of, in my culture. She is not even considering doing it in LBS.
We are not talking at the moment. I am thinking of a way to break this news to my folks. cause they have already started seeing her as my wife. I have told her i wont move an inch further in the relationship if she cant tell me what indeed her plan her. it is either she goes overseas or does it in Nigeria and if it is overseas am nt giving any commitment.

GoodSonOfGod: Sportinglife can reveal exclusively today that Frenchman Paul Le Guen has tacitly accepted to coach Nigeria’s senior team, the Super Eagles in a two-year deal that is renewable based on the team’s performance.
SportingLife scooped further that the Frenchman demanded that the NFF gets him a house in Abuja where he hopes to stay and monitor the domestic league players plying their trade weekly.
Indeed, Le Guen will get a house in Lagos where he would go to watch the league matches in the two stadia in Lagos and also the games in the South South, South East and South West areas of the country.
Interestingly, SportingLife reported yesterday that NFF chieftains have offered the new helmsman a whooping 40,000 Euros monthly and that the new tactician would pay for the services of his assistant and a trainer from the monthly 40,000 euros which he has accepted to earn during his three-year tenure.
Le Guen, who was born 1 March 1964, is a French football manager and a former player. His last role was as manager of the Oman national football team, from which he was relieved in November 2015.
Interestingly, NFF chiefs have decided to allow the technical crew that prosecuted the two-legged ties against Egypt in Kaduna on March 25 and in Alexandria on March 29 in tact, given the remarkable manner in which they worked as a team for the games.
Indeed, on Tuesday, NFF hierarchy would meet with the sports minister, Solomon Dalung where the issue of Le Guen’s employment would be exhuastibly discussed, just the NFF’s plans for the Russia 2018 World Cup competition with draws of the competition slated to hold in June.
NFF men are also toying with other options principal of which is the urgent need to fill the void that would arise in the squad when Samson Siasia head for the Rio’ 2016 Olympic Games, in the event that the minister isn’t persuaded to employ a foreign coach for the Super Eagles after the Tuesday’s meeting in Abuja.
Already, the NFF have contacted renowned agents to shop for international friendly games meant to keep the Eagles busy now that the drawsfor the Russia 2018 World Cup would be held later in June.

Stupedinluv: At 20, i have come to realise the joy and fulfilment in living life to the fullest. Coming from a noble home, i was not raised to be a man's stooge not to talk of an animal's. My worth was defined from the day i stepped into earth and has been shapened overtime. I was taught the right and the wrong. And that moral laws condone no breaker. If a woman must be condemned and despised for a crime, a man must by all means face the same. I believed this and i knew before God and men it was the truth. I didnt just believe, it became real to me and has influenced my judgement.
However, the society has flung half of this truth and has held on to a part because of how drunk in power it has become and the advantage this fist had fetched it.
We are aware now of this evil conditioning that a woman who sleeps around is a slut and should be desired less but a man who does same a stud and should be the craving of every woman. Many men have quietly nodded in agreement and a few mouthy ones have not failed to vocalise their agreement. And women? So many to the shame of dignity and womanhood have sang along with the men. And you wonder which would sacrifice her pride to make a stud!?
Because to make more studs we need more sluts. Can any of you women come out and offer yourself to a man who would dump you for another. If you cannot hold your peace and stupidity!
A stud is a man who is sexually attractive to so many women. So they say! but i see a stud as an animal who is unable to control its sexual desires, hates monogamous relationships and (therefore) deserves to be judged and condemned.
Women who say they are attracted to studs and hate inexperienced men need not only their heads examined but their consciences and should not take offence when they are called sluts. Cos only a slut or zombie would reason this way.
A stud has nothing tangible to offer except to toy with my emotion, cause me heart breaks and render me unproductive.
For every stud out there there are ten whores rendering my gender useless and subjecting me to prove myself as a woman of pride and esteem all the time. Nothanks. But he was looking for the right one before he finally found you. As they say, one has to kiss a lot of frogs to find the prince. |

ijaw1stson: – Abia governor says importation of rice should be discouraged – Encourages members of his cabinet to own a farm each – Tasks President Buhari’s administration to get alternatives for survival
Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia state has removed foreign rice from his food menu. The executive governor of Abia state, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu has reportedly boycotted the eating of foreign rice, Eagle Online reports.
The governor, it was gathered, has refused to take foreign rice in the last six months as he has reportedly struck it out of his menu.
His reason is that he wants to demonstrate to everybody worldwide that Nigeria, with her rich agricultural potentials, has the capacity to fend for itself in food production.
He said: “We cannot be blessed with the kind of arable land we have in the North and the fertile rainforest in the South and still be dependent as a country on foreign food.”
The governor informed further that as a way of tackling the prevailing economic challenges caused by the global oil slide, the country must develop a new policy that will not allow importation of foreign foods, rather encourage the cultivation of local foods.
While stressing that this is time for Nigerians to value the richness of our local menu, he advised the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration to look for alternative measures of survival in agriculture.
Ikpeazu, who is presently leading an agricultural revolution in the state has ordered all members of his executive council and principal officers to own a farm this year, stating said they must return to land in order to recover its original status as the food haven of Nigeria.
This latest move by the Abia governor is coming after his Lagos state counterpart recently partnered with Governor Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi state to put an end to the importation of rice and see to the processing and distribution of food between the two states. The partnership is aimed at bringing about national food sufficiency and food security, as well as creating employment and wealth distribution for the benefit of both states and the nation in general

Romance › Re: How I Got Saved From Masturbation. by Bjergtrolde: 2:01pm On Mar 31, 2016 |
1luvmypple: Hi everyone, good evening. i have been an adent member of this great forum for a long time now. Today i want to talk about how i was able to come out of masturbatio,i know that a lot of people have posted something like this before but i promised God that i was going to share my testimony here. Some time ago, i posted for help on how to quit masturbation and porn. Lot of people gave me their on advice but today i want to thank God for saving me from it. I started masturbation in 2005 when i was in jss3 and ever since then it has eaten deep into my life. I searched everywhere for help but to no avail. This thing was killing me slowly but nobody was noticing. It took away my happiness, self esteem, strength and in fact everything good in my life. In the beginning of 2014 i vowed not to indulge in it anymore but six months later i found myself in it again. To me it was as if i was the only one plagued with masturbation so in July 2015 i went online to look for help on how to quit ,there i saw people that had the same problem with me. Some have even been doing longer than myself. It was there i then i took the decision that i want to quit. I said i want to testify that i was able to come out of it and also use my testimony to show people that God can save one from whatever addiction one has. I told myself that whatever that has a beginning must surely have an end and that the end for my addiction have come. I prayed farvently and told God that i want to testify and help bring people out. From that time till now God has really helped me and i haven't indulged in it again. I stay alone almost all the time and the thought of masturbation has never crossed my mind. I have quite watching porn because i know that is the genesis of my problem.
I want to say to someone out there that is trying to quit his/her addiction that God can help you. With prayer and chastity you can come out of it. Ever since i stopped my addiction i have been able to gain my self esteem back, gain focus, strength and everything i lost is gradually coming back to me. The only problem is that my penis have degenerated to an alarming stage because i masturbated to a point where i no longer have to stimulate my penis before ejaculating, merely thinking about sex scenes or me sexing a girl I'd just cum on myself. Although i can still have an erection but the penis is very soft and looks weak. I don't know if anyone knows what i can do to get it back to how it was. I have tried kegel exercise, drank some herbal drugs, taken revive from Kedi health store but none has worked for me. My happiness is that i am done with masturbation and i can now focus on getting my life back.
Please pardon my poor use of English as i am not very good at writing. Mods please help me push it to the appropriate place where it can gain recognition . Thank you This is the type of story that is much better with pictures. |

According to my sister " He came back home this morning (1am) drenched in alcohol. His first complain was that my sister didn't come out to open the gate for him quick enough. She apologised and said she slept off waiting for him to come back. On entering the room she discovered as he was pulling off, that his boxers were "inside out". She asked him why that was as she saw him dress before he left him the previous day and that he was dressed correctly. She then told him that if he is playing any games outside he should always use protection so as not to infect her with STI. That was when he started beating and slapping her. She was crying as she was telling me this morning.
I calmed her down and told her to read her bible as she was already talking about having her own pound of flesh back. I also told her that whenever he comes home drunk she should do everything he asks to avoid further confrontations and wait till his head is "correct" before talking with him.
My problem now is that, how do I confront the man as I intend going to their house later on today. My major problem is that he should not lay his hands on my sister again coz that's what gonna make be go ballistic and nuclear simultaneously.
Advice me. Thanks. https://staging.concealednation.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/glock-19-review-concealed-carry.jpg |

Politics › Re: Rivers Killings: Buhari Orders Security To Punish Sponsors by Bjergtrolde: 11:42pm On Mar 15, 2016 |
Ezenwammadu: President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday in Malabo condemned recent political violence in Rivers State, saying the killing of people over political differences was “primitive, barbaric and unacceptable”. “We will deal decisively with all sponsors of violence. I have given the security services clear directives in this regard,” the president said. There has been an upsurge of violence in the oil-rich state ahead of National and State Assembly rerun elections on Saturday. The All Progressives Congress, Mr. Buhari’s party, accuses the Peoples Democratic Party-led Rives government of sponsoring and stoking violence against its members. Some APC members have been killed and beheaded. The government says the violence was a result of a supremacy battle by cultists. In his first public comments about the growing violence in Rivers State, Mr. Buhari said, “We will show that violence in any form will no longer be tolerated before, during or after elections.” He spoke at an interactive meeting with Nigerians resident in Equatorial Guinea.
President Buhari said the Independent National Electoral Commission will be encouraged to explore the possibility of allowing Nigerians abroad vote in the 2019 general elections. Noting that some African countries have started allowing their citizens resident abroad to vote in national elections, the president said he fully empathised with the desire of Nigerians in the diaspora to vote in national elections. President Buhari pledged that he would therefore do all within his powers to fulfil that desire. “I want all Nigerians to know that I respect them and their right to choose their leaders,” he said The president also said that establishing a new national airline was not currently on the Federal Government’s list of priorities. President Buhari declared that his administration’s main area of focus now was reducing the level of poverty in the country. The president said that developing the infrastructure needed to boost production in all sectors of the economy and create more jobs for young Nigerians, as well as other actions that will directly improve the living conditions of ordinary Nigerians will continue to be prioritized by his administration. President Buhari was responding to complaints by members of the Nigerian community about the absence of direct flights between Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea. The president assured them that his administration’s war against corruption will remain “fearless, relentless and merciless”. “We will be merciless and relentless in pursuing all those who abused public trust. Nigerians will see how some of the elite conspired to run the nation down,” he said. http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/200194-buhari-breaks-silence-vows-decisive-punishment-sponsors-rivers-killings.html Agatu killing nko? |

Politics › Re: Buhari: Boko Haram War, Anti Corruption War And The "Economic Crisis" by Bjergtrolde: 8:52pm On Mar 13, 2016 |
Clerverly: This thread becomes inevitable, given the current backlash and vents of frustrations from the Minority Voters and some people who have been displaced from their sources of "livelihoods" by the Change of government at the Center and the current stand of Mr. President on accountability...
Recall that during the campaign period, the three pillars of Buhari' Promise Were: Security (Boko Haram), Anti Corruption War and The Economy..
Let's us examine these three Pillars, on how Mr. President is faring on the above Mentioned indices:
1. Security (Boko Haram): When Buhari assumed power, the activities of Boko haram were on all time high..In fact, it was documented that Boko haram was occupying about 14 Local councils, this is in spite of the late push by the infamous and corrupt of government of Jonathan in early last year...
Now fast forward to 8 Months after, Boko haram has not only been defeated and cleared off the Councils, they have not been able to stage any attack for the Past 2 Months...
How did Buhari Achieve this feat and what were the initial reactions from the Wailers and critics alike?
When Buhari started this war against this evil in the North East, we could recall that he embarked on regional tours, to gather support from the neighboring countries, in order to have a coordinated and smooth approach on the war against Boko Haram. At this time, Nigerian Army was being reorganized, rearmed and re oriented on the new approach to the war... by President Buhari who equally is a retired Army General and a war Veteran.
However, when this planning was being put together by the Security team led by the indefatigable Mr. President, Boko Haram who had sensed that their time was coming to an end, embarked on last minute, wanton destruction and Killing of soft targets...it then looked like no progress was being made on the War...while the Buhari's government was assuring Nigerians the War was almost over, that Boko Haram had been technically defeated... The wailers, the haters and those who never wished him well from day one...shouted him down calling him incompetent, 'Dullard" and other unprintable names... But now the eggs are on their faces...The President, The Nigerian Army and the patriotic Nigerians have won the War...
2. Anti Corruption War: This is another area, Mr. President has continued to receive accolades from far and within on his Vigorous approach on war against corruption... The mighty, and the low, the generals and the ranks and files, The Father and The Son are all mingling freely in Kirikri and other jail yards, awaiting their days in court... Buhari Promised looters hell on earth...and hell, they are seeing.., Billions are being recovered daily.. Foreign countries who hitherto were reluctant and unwilling to repatriate Abacha's loot because the ones returned were relooted by the cronies of Past administrations are now doing so... Promised Kept!
Meanwhile for those who think, the cases in court now would drag forever like the Cases of Orji Uzor Kalu, Chimaroke Nnamani, etc..Sorry to disappoint you!! There is a new act passed by the 7th Assembly, to fasttrack Criminal cases, Known as The Administration Of Criminal Justice Act 2015-The Silent Revolution ...So like the election petition Cases, The criminal cases are now being heard on day to day basis...
How did Buhari Achieve this and what were initial reactions of the Same set of people who wanted Buhari to fail from day one?
When Buhari embarked on tour to some International countries pleading that they help in tracing and possible repatriation of the monies stashed by past governments officials in their countries... What were the reactions of Wailers and some critics then?.."Buhari should name names or shut up" "Nobody stole anything" "Why are they not being arrested" "Is all witch hunting" etc.. However, like Boko Haram war, they are now silent and covering their faces in Shame...
3. The Economy:
Just like the Boko Haram War, Buhari while working day and night to fix and kick start the economy is being harshly criticized by the same set of people who never believed in his style which has effectively defeated Boko Haram, fighting Corruption without fear and ensuring accountability in facet of governance. Nevertheless like an astute and detailed administrator, the President has embarked on the following measures to jump start the economy which the benefit will surely start creeping in on or before the Year;
A) A 6.8Trillion Budget which is awaiting passage by the National Assembly.
B) Full Implementation of TSA to ensure availability of funds for the government as at and when due..
C) Rallying OPEC to ensure Oil Price Stability, which has already started yielding fruits..
D. Setting up of Economic Team, which will be unveiled next month.
E. Diversification of the Economy thru Agriculture and Solid Minerals, which will commence immediately the Budget is passed..
Now the Big question is: If a President who effectively tackled Boko Haram that had bedeviled the country for the past 7 years, within 8months of assumption of power, Fought corruption with Zeal and determination that had never been seen before in the annals of the country...Why Do You Think The Same Man Cannot Effectively RESET Our Monolithic Economy Which Is Adversely Affected By The Astronomical Fall In Price Of The Only Commodity That Sustains It?
Therefore, Buhari Is Resetting Nigeria...And We Believe In Him..
May God Bless Us All I'll have one of what you are smoking. It has to be some heavy ***t |

Politics › Re: Mile 12: Akiolu, Others Back Assembly Over Market Relocation - VANGUARD by Bjergtrolde: 11:32am On Mar 09, 2016 |
HzRF: Lagos—Oba Rilwan Akiolu of Lagos, yesterday, supported the proposal by the state Assembly for the relocation of the popular Mile 12 market which witnessed misunderstanding between Hausa and Yoruba traders last week.
Oba Akiolu According to him, the relocation should however be embarked upon if it will bring peace and tranquillity to the communities. His view was also echoed by Oba Samuel Oloyede of Ikosi who noted that the call for the relocation of the market by the State House of Assembly was a step in the right direction.
Oba Akiolu also requested that Governor Akinwunmi Ambode should severely punish the perpetrators of the clash. Akiolu made the demands at a stakeholders forum organised at the Iga-Idugaran, Lagos Island for residents and stakeholders in the communities.
He lamented that the clash which further led to the destruction of property and displacement of residents was not acceptable. He described ethnic clashes in the state as one too many, urging residents to co-exist with one another, saying that Lagos is a melting pot of ethnic nationalities in the country and wondered why some people incessantly attempted to threaten the diversity of the state.
The monarch urged traditional rulers in the communities to give true leadership to their subjects and swiftly intervene in disputes before they escalate. Earlier, the Sarkin Hausawa of Lagos State, Alhaji Aminu Yaro, lamented that the incident was unfortunate and promised to constantly engage the leaders of Arewa communities on peaceful co-existence with their host.
His words “The incident was unfortunate. We will do our best to talk to everybody on how we can handle things better to avert this kind of problem.” Oba Samuel Oloyede of Ikosi on his part, thanked Akiolu for holding the meeting, saying it was an opportunity for stakeholders to strategise and find lasting peace at Mile 12.
