My own problem are those ladies that use to make flight anouncement. Hardly would you hear what they are saying. In order not to miss my flight due to this, usually inform the nearby security people about my destination and ask them to inform me when they announce flight going to my place. The anouncers should please be speaking like Nigerians for local flight because of local people like me.

@OP, you better respect your profession. It's very wrong to divulge such personal info.

The only infraction here is having sex with minors (eg the alleged 15yrs). If you are sure of this then, by all means he should be reported.

Other than that, unless he is forcing himself on the adult ladies, he's not doing anything wrong in the eyes of the law.

The best you can do is to talk with him about the dangers of such lifestyle. He could become reinfected with a more resistant strain (after all he doesn't know the status of those ladies)

You either have evidence to prove your case or you don't..

Not as simple as that. The evidence that is used also matters and circumstances surrounding it.

For instance if you use torture to obtain evidence against someone, no matter how compelling and useful it is, the court will strike it out.
