Buying a used car in Nigeria is not really ideal, couple with our road and user Conditions.

But not all are capable to spend money on oversea used cars or buying brand new ones.

That is why it is ideal for anybody buying a used car in Nigeria to spare a minimum of 10,000 naira of having a certified Auto Technician to check and report on the car condition before buying.

I just bought a Nigeria used Highlander 2004 v6 car. Whenever I make attempt to shift 5he gear from pack to drive it usually make grinding/shaking sensation and also when on drive atimes the gear slip or lose traction.
When I put it on my scanner it showed codes for heater sensor and crankshaft/crankshaft sensor pending.
Sir what can you say is wrong with car and possible solution to it. Thanks as I look forward to your reply.

About the slipping gear, boss check your transmission fluid. Don't check transmission fluid when the car is off or idle. You need to start the car, allow it to warm up to normal temperature then put it in drive and ask someone you trust to match the brake, then remove the dip stick if and check to see the level.. or prolly chat me up on WhatsApp for further discussion..
