As a Muslim man, it is not deceit to marry a second wife, even the wife is aware of this fact in the Quran and if she is not happy, an amicable divorce is always an option. NDIC promised to start refund as soon as possible some said from today being Monday,we are waiting to see how effective they are cos this is time to show their competency following their creation.
