The point is dat: d hostels should be opened as soon as possible ......during d election, d school can take any decision dat suits dem.

I meant if hostels opens before the elections and people get all relaxed and shi.t. When the d.day finally comes people that have travelled from far and wide will have to start looking for where to stay till the elections r all over.

that's how it is. They don't open immediately after resumption. I guess maybe to upgrade the facilities and all. Plus there's the election. They will send everyone away so I think opening after then is for the best.
