Abba Yusuf Bichi, son of the Director General of the Department of State Services (DSS), Yusuf Bichi, has knocked singer Teni for ‘disrespecting’ President Muhammadu Buhari.

He castigated Teni for acting ‘arrogantly’ when she was being conferred with a national honour by the President.

Singer Teni joined the list of six entertainers of 443 Nigerians to be conferred with National honours on Tuesday.

The footballer wrote: “Orobo with zero sense even her excellency okonjo bowed down her head as a sign of respect to the president and commander in chief of the armed forces likewise other high-ranking government officials.

“Who are you not to respect the President? This is disgusting and disturbing. Yoruba people are best known for their respect for elders but it got to your turn and you decided to be arrogant.”

I think there's a level of brow-raising moves here. RVSG withdrew criminal charges against Amaechi, Tonye Cole who are members of the APC, and derecognized PDP's Celestine Omehia as a former governor, asked him to refund every single benefit he got as a former governor.


From what I think, Wike might end up working with an aggrieved Amaechi to crumble PDP in River State for APC to take over, and crumble APC at the national level for Labour party. Let's just watch as things unfold by the day. This is politics.. No permanent enemy, no permanent ally.

Anyway, there's a good side to the entire circumstances, though. This conditions will tee the relevant authorities to the awareness of the road's deplorable conditions. I mean everyone has been able to see this that's been over the news for a couple of days - it will compel the responsible bodies to swing into swift action.

The road will soon register a massive development - I hope the government is sensible enough to see it my way, although I have much reservation about Buhari. The man has caused me much disappointment in this life.
