You are the real ignorant here. Afghanistan is currently under an extremist Government lead by Talibans and you are donating money that is not enough to spend to them? Why is ASUU on strike, why are we been kidnapped on our roads and why do we have high unemployment rate? If you think he is right then you are one of our biggest problem in this country. What is the difference between GMB donating to Taliban and donating to Boko Haram? Should we look far before we conclude about B position of terrorism?
I sincerely hope and pray this report is NOT TRUE.
The report is true. U understand nothing. Just shortsighted. If buhari didnt assist them, will all those problems u listed disappearhuh You don't understand the politics of aid. USA that u praise so much is more than $20trillion in debt with plenty national challenges, yet they still give aid around the world. Ask yourself why? Running a country it's not the same as running a kiosk or shop. What aid does is to buy goodwill and support.

Neither Yoruba Nation or IPOB are calling for war, they are calling for referendum

Its not their fault that many Nigerians dont know the difference between referendum and war
Referendum is illegal and means war. It's referendum Russia used to annex Crimea. So apparently these ipobists have learnt absolutely nothing.

Russia can not hold Ukraine because Russia is a poor country even before the sanctions, they don't have the kind of resources needed to keep 200,000 troops and military hardware in Ukraine, and the last time Russia installed a puppet in Ukraine, Ukrainians rebelled and kicked him out so they tried and failed and I see the same thing happening again.

Russia with the sanctions won't be able to feed Russians so what is he going to fund his occupation with?

As we speak, Ukranianias are getting ready for a long-drawn-out insurgency that Russia is too poor to sustain.

He gave the troops he sent to Ukraine expired food to eat, many of them are small boys, they are tired and clueless with poor morale, some are even crying hopelessly, they are abandoning their tanks and trucks . Many of their trucks and tanks are old and worthless Soviet-era rubbish, many of them broke down and didn't even make it to Ukraine.

A few weeks or months when the sanctions kick in and start biting the Russian population, they'll get rid of Putin themselves, even the Olighacks are now collateral damage, they are now fully separated from their wealth because of sanctions and to make matters worse for them, the wives and kids are part of the sanctions.

This is the beginning of the end of putin..
Russia still has the $70billion energy contracts with the west.

From what is going on, Russia will eventually take over Ukraine. My opinion is that Putin is copying what Israel did in Jerusalem: sack the place and repopulate with your own people.

Not that I support Russia (the attack on Ukraine is not short of genocide) but America and the west are just hypocrites. When israel did the same thing to Palestine, america rose up in full support. America invaded Afghanistan, France invaded Libya and till tomorrow all french speaking African countries are slaves of France. So the west lack any moral justifications for sanctioning Russia.

It's just a matter of time before the tides start turning against their campaign. Russia will eventually win. But if they can preserve their victory in the long run, is another matter

CareerRe: What Is Your Opinion About Age And Managerial Position by blackpanda: 4:59pm On Mar 03, 2022
KOPArespect:
Good afternoon nairalanders, I will try to be brief.

I graduated 2018 as a 25 years old boy, went for service in 2019 and started working at a private secondary school as a teacher. The pay was poor and i began job hunting with about 30 different CV's for different job positions.

To cut the long story short, I got an interview invite for a managerial position in a hotel that I have no idea of. A week to the interview date, I did my homework and research about the job details, prepared for the interview and I pass... Ever since, I have been doing well.

The only challenge i have is the manner at which people get sacked at my place of work. As a matter of fact, myself and 2 other line managers are the remaining one out of about 13 of us employed in July 2020 and the fear of being sacked has made me to keep on with my job hunting game.

Now I am 29, with a slim stature and a childish/female-like voice. With the power of my CV, I have been invited for interview by the 2 best international brand of my industry Marriott and Hilton, but the moment I show up, the first thing I use to hear is are you sure you are Mr ****, then after the whole interview, they will be like; 'you are good but still small' cry

Now I am depressed and I have been trying to hit the gym to see if there can be a change in my size.

My question is; what has age got to do with leadership, potentials and capability? And what will you advise?
I understand how you feel because its the same thing i am going through. I work in one of the most key government Ministries. At 35years of age the entire Ministry knows my name. infact many people tell me how the Ministry may not be able to function optimally had it been i didnt work there. But when it comes to juicy postings, highly beneficial responsibilities, i get sidelined. they keep chanting "wait your turn". The most annoying thing is that those old mama and papa who get these opportunities will still turn around to give me the work to do. The are old, lazy and totally not ready to do any work. They only want to go on foreign trips, eat money and dont come to work

More strength to Russians.

Russia is Winning the war on ground while Ukraine is winning the war on media - CNN and BBC.

Ukraine should free herself from the diabolical machinations of the west. The comedian of a president should realise that comedy is totally different from Governance.

Russia is making moves while CNN and other medias are busy projecting Ukraine to win while Russia is busy nuking Ukraine to ashes.

Ride on Putin.

China will soon roar..
I truly don't understand you guys mentality. Is it that u love bloodshedhuh Even the Russians in Russia are against Putin's madness

Saudi Arabia

Saudi prince ibn Salman became crown prince in his 30s. He is the de- facto ruler of Saudi Arabia because the king is very hold and not healthy.

When houthi rebels took over government in Yemen in an apparent coup. Ibn Salman hurriedly declared war on Houthis and conducted airstrikes in Yemen instead of negotiating with waring parties. He declared support for the other party. Houthi rebels are backed by Iran with endless support and supply of weapons. Shame will not allow Ibn Salman to stop the war without any achievement. Millions Yemenis have been plunged into poverty and cholera diseases especially among children due to the senseless war that has last seven years with thousands of death.

Ukraine

US president recently told Ukrainian president zelensky that America can't grant his request to declare no-flight zone in Ukraine because they will not want to involve in a direct conflict with Russia. This means Zelensky erroneously believed that US and NATO will attack Russia if Ukraine get into war with Russia.

He refused to acknowledged genuine Russian security concerns if NATO is allowed in Ukraine. He wanted to negotiate with Russia but not ready to shift ground meaning he is not aware of Russia position in the global politics.

Zelensky was professional comedian without any experience in leadership.

Nigerians must not fall for the tricks of not too young to rule most especially at the Federal level. Our youth must start their political career at the local government level, then gradually to state and then federal with this, they would acquire prerequisite experience. A political career from local government, state and before one gets to federal level one would have been closed to 60.

Most of our leaders that we called old men today started as young politicians.
Most importantly, experience and knowledge matters in leadership and not just age.
[/s]

I don't think you know what u are saying. Ukrainian President has demonstrated exemplary and exceptional leadership. Few could have been as brave as he is.

Btw Russia doesn't really care whether Ukraine joins NATO or not. Putin wants USSR back. He already took Crimea and wants to do same to the entire ukraine

Ukraine would've postponed this war diplomatically, 'cos she is not ripe yet to go to war with Russia. Ukraine is fighting a defensive war. Since it started on Thursday, has Ukraine being able to fire a rocket/missile into Russia?. Has any infrastructure in Russia suffered any blast? If not, Ukraine should pls submit and plan themselves better, my prayer is with them though.
