On a more serious note though, It is a step forward in the right direction, though its a rather hard one to make. You can never spot hawkers on the streets in civilized countries, however, there should be some sort of way to recompense the massive loss of jobs and/or revenue this decision will make.

My brother, see me see trouble o. I see it everywhere in all transformers. They just place a thick wire where I know a fuse is supposed to be. It is Nigerian standard, and then God is expected not to let bad things happen as we're a prayerful nation. Nigeria is a joke. I'm frustrated to the bone, it seems I'm losing my mind. If you see how many degrees and certificates people acquire in order to occupy positions that ultimately bring this kind of ruin to fellow Nigerians, you'll be amazed. This country is a tragedy!

The savage apes have done it again! Land of the Apes. Where better people love such animals because they are intelligent and make a good tourist attraction, the animal called Nigerian just wants to murder. So it was one day I was walking on the street I saw a young girl throw a wounded pigeon on the tarred road so that oncoming cars can crush it to death. It doesn't occur naturally to the Nigerian animal that she should even help treat the bird (that is if she's not the one who handicapped it sef). All they think is to kill, destroy...and that's how they start from childhood. I had to fight with myself to continue on and not deal with the barbarian as my whole life is in shit now for always doing such and I don't want the Nigerian apes to take aim at me anymore because this time, I will not survive. Returning from my trip, I well and truly found the hapless bird crushed as expected. The reason why Nigeria can't develop is that we're still wild animals (minus me). We were only forced into apparent modernity by the colonisers. It is not the problem of political structure; it is the problem of our mind: BLACK MAN IS STILL AN APE!

Nigeria is a jungle fit for only apes. Indeed most Nigerians are more ape-like than the most refined form of human life of the 21st century. I will continue to vent my frustration in this forum whether the mods get angry or not. We refuse to hear the truth and better our ways and that's why we get worse and worse as a society everyday. I've given up trying to do something to better the Planet of the Apes and so I will only mock them on Nairaland, Twitter and Facebook. Almost 20 years of trying is enough

Young man, federal agencies and parastatals are setup with various responsibilities. NDLEA oversees hard drug related activities, NAFDAC oversees food and soft drug related activities. JAMB was set up, like other agencies/parastatals, to handle admission and matriculation activities. No federal or state university has the right to conduct any entrance examination. It is the responsibility of JAMB to conduct credible entrance examination, and handle matriculation in various federal, state, and private universities. Universities can work with JAMB in making the UTME examination fair and credible.

Either you slow down the population rate so that more can be spent on those of us who are currently here or you ramp up economic development. Ideally, a responsible government would do both.
