Depending on the location, but within the city centre rent for a self contain is within the range of 50 to 90k depending on the facilities within the said building. For choice areas like Barnawa, Ungwar rimi, Malali budget like 100k to 150k.

NB You can still get prices within the range of 30k to 50k it all depends on the location and quality of the property
